本发明涉及一种药物配方领域，具体地说是一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料药制成：白芷5～9、紫苏4～7、鹅不食草4～8、辛荑花4～7、防风4～8、六方藤5～8、碗花草根6～9、大蓟6～9、栀子7～9、薏苡仁6～9、夏枯草2～5、鸭跖草6～9、石上柏2～5、羽苞藁木4～6、草红藤2～4、豨莶4～6、猫人参2～4、佩兰4～6、诃子2～4，将上述19种原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。本发明的有益效果是，治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用。

治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
众所周知，过敏性鼻炎也称变应性鼻炎，是指特应性个体接触变应原后，主要有IgE介导释放，并有多种免疫活性细胞因子等参与的鼻粘膜非感染性炎性疾病，是一种吸入外界致敏性抗原而引起的以鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、嗅觉减退或丧失为主要临床特征的病症，其病因主要与空气中花粉、尘螨、真菌等致敏原有关。中医学认为，本病当属“鼻鼽”范畴，其发病是由于肺气虚弱，卫表不固，腠理疏松，风寒之邪乘虚而入所致。风寒之邪侵犯鼻窍，邪正相搏，肺气不通，津液停聚，遂致鼻窍壅塞、喷嚏、流涕等症。以往治疗过敏性鼻炎常用单一的西医疗法，但效果不甚理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有的技术不足，提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料药制成：白芷5～9、紫苏4～7、鹅不食草4～8、辛荑花4～7、防风4～8、六方藤5～8、碗花草根6～9、大蓟6～9、栀子7～9、薏苡仁6～9、夏枯草2～5、鸭跖草6～9、石上柏2～5、羽苞藁木4～6、草红藤2～4、豨莶4～6、猫人参2～4、佩兰4～6、诃子2～4，将上述19种原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
其组分（重量份）每副为白芷7、紫苏6、鹅不食草5、辛荑花6、防风5、六方藤7、碗花草根7、大蓟7、栀子8、薏苡仁8、夏枯草3、鸭跖草7、石上柏3、羽苞藁木5、草红藤3、豨莶5、猫人参3、佩兰4、诃子3。取上述19味原料药总重量为200克，加水900毫升在室温下浸泡4～5小时，文火煎熬至60～70分钟，去渣得滤液200毫升左右，药渣再加入水300ml，煎熬20～30分钟，去渣得滤液100毫升，共得300毫升左右的药汁，即制得本发明汤剂。装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用，每日1剂分2次口服，早晚各一次，每次空腹服150毫升。
本发明白芷有祛病除湿，排脓生肌，活血止痛等功能。主治风寒感冒，头痛，鼻炎，牙痛；紫苏发表散寒、理气和中，行气安胎，解鱼蟹毒。用于外感风寒、头痛鼻塞；鹅不食草祛风，散寒，胜湿，去翳，通鼻塞；辛荑花祛风寒，通鼻窍。用于风寒头痛，鼻塞，鼻渊，鼻流浊涕；防风有祛风解表，胜湿止痛，止痉的功效；六方藤祛风活络，散瘀活血；碗花草根治湿热黄疸，痰饮咳喘，疮疡肿毒，皮肤瘙痒；大蓟凉血止血，祛瘀消肿；栀子具有护肝，利胆，降压，镇静、止血，消肿等作用；薏苡仁有利水渗湿，健脾止泻，除痹，排脓，解毒散结的功效；夏枯草清热泻火，明目，散结消肿；鸭跖草行水，清热，凉血，解毒。治水肿，腮腺炎，黄疸肝炎，鼻衄；石上柏用于咽喉肿痛，目赤肿痛，肺热咳嗽，乳腺炎，湿热黄疸，风湿痹痛；羽苞藁木用于风热外感所引起的发热、咳嗽、咳痰等；草红藤清热解毒，消肿。用于阑尾炎，乳腺炎，腮腺炎，肺结核咯血；豨莶祛风湿，利筋骨，降血压；猫人参清热解毒。用于痈、疖、脓肿；佩兰有解热清暑、化湿健胃、止呕的作用；诃子具有涩肠止泻，敛肺止咳，降火利咽之功效。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量份）混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。

本发明中药组合物用于2012年至2015年临床观察过敏性鼻炎100例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料：
患者中，年龄13-59岁，病程多在1个月到4年，平均年龄47岁。
2、诊断标准：
诊断依据国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
以阵发性鼻痒，连续喷嚏，鼻塞，鼻涕清稀量多为主要症状，伴有失嗅、眼痒、咽喉痒等症；起病迅速，症状一般持续数分钟至数十分钟，间歇期无喷嚏及鼻塞；常因接触花粉、烟尘、化学气体等致敏物质而发病，有时环境温度变化亦可诱发。
3、治疗方法：
服用实施例1方法制得汤剂，每日1剂分2次口服，早晚各一次，每次空腹服150毫升，10天为1疗程。
4、疗效标准：
参照《中医药新药临床研究指导原则》：
痊愈：临床症状全部消失，3个月以上无复发；
显效：临床症状减轻，次数减少，但未全部消失；
无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。
5、治疗结果：
100例患者中，临床治愈72例，显效24例，无效4例，总有效率为96％。
6、典型病例：
党某某，男，29岁，鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏2年，经多方治疗无效，遇风则症状加重，口干口苦，苔黄。服用本发明药物，治疗2个疗程，症状明显减轻，继续服用3个疗程，痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
姜某某，男，47岁，过敏性鼻炎4年，每因接触冷空气和刺激性气味而加重。大量清水鼻涕，鼻塞，打喷嚏，鼻痒，舌质淡、苔薄，舌下脉络紫暗。服用本发明药物，每日1剂，4个疗程后，症状明显好转，继续服用2个疗程，痊愈，三个月后随访无复发。

1.一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料药制成：白芷5～9、紫苏4～7、鹅不食草4～8、辛荑花4～7、防风4～8、六方藤5～8、碗花草根6～9、大蓟6～9、栀子7～9、薏苡仁6～9、夏枯草2～5、鸭跖草6～9、石上柏2～5、羽苞藁木4～6、草红藤2～4、豨莶4～6、猫人参2～4、佩兰4～6、诃子2～4，将上述19种原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
