Description

Moringa oleifera-containing composition for treating hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines or health-care products, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a moringa oleifera-containing composition for treating hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of daily living standard of people, the incidence of diabetes and hyperlipidemia is on the trend of rising year by year, and both diseases belong to chronic diseases, are difficult to treat, can generate various complications in a progressive manner, and seriously affect the life quality of people.
Diabetes is metabolic disorder characterized by chronic hyperglycemia caused by various reasons, the hyperglycemia is taken as a main characteristic clinically, common symptoms comprise polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia, emaciation and the like, the diabetes belongs to the category of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine has been recorded in Huangdi's internal classic, the traditional Chinese medicine has been recorded in LingShu & Wuchang's article, the five organs are all weak, the principal symptoms and pathogenic reasons of diabetes are good for fever and diabetes, the traditional Chinese medicine has the pathogenesis of lung dysfunction, the traditional Chinese medicine has the pathogenesis of spleen and stomach dysfunction and the traditional Chinese medicine has the pathogenesis of kidney dysfunction in the white tiger plus ginseng decoction for treating diabetes in the Shanghai's Wen Gu miscellaneous disease treatise for thousands of years, in the traditional Chinese medicine, the diabetes is caused by yin deficiency, congenital endowment deficiency, improper diet, overeating fatness, emotional disorder and excessive desire, the treatment of the diabetes needs to treat both symptoms and root causes, and the disease roots are eliminated in a mode of dialectical treatment by adopting treatment methods of clearing heat and purging fire, tonifying spleen and kidney and the like. Aiming at diabetes, a series of traditional Chinese medicine classic formulas exist, such as Baihu decoction, stomach-regulating qi-supporting decoction, Zhongwan pill, dark plum pill, six-position decoction, honey-fried licorice decoction, diabetes-treating formula and Yuquan powder, wherein the diabetes-treating formula is especially known as the diabetes-treating formula, the Yuquan powder and the Baihu decoction, wherein the diabetes-treating formula is originated from Zhudanxi which is one of Jinyuan four main people, and is prepared from coptis root powder, smallpox powder, human milk (or cow milk), lotus root juice, rehmannia root juice, ginger juice and honey which are stirred together to form paste for oral administration, and mainly treats the symptoms of diabetes, such as easy hunger, polyphagia, thirst, polydipsia and the like. Yuquan powder is originated by leaf Tianshi of famous warm disease doctors in Ming and Qing provinces, is composed of radix puerariae powder, radix trichosanthis, radix ophiopogonis, rehmannia glutinosa, sticky rice, schisandra chinensis and liquorice, can clear heat and purge fire, and is used for treating symptoms such as yang Ming interior heat, polydipsia and headache.
Hyperlipemia is one of the common diseases in modern cities, and the symptoms of high cholesterol content or high triglyceride content in human blood or high cholesterol content and triglyceride content in human blood are called hyperlipemia, namely hyperlipidemia, which is caused by overeating greasy food, irregular biology, lack of exercise and the like. The disease name of hyperlipemia does not exist in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the clinical manifestation of hyperlipemia is observed, and the ancient medicine is described by the words of phlegm dampness, blood turbidity, obesity, damp-heat and the like for household, and the symptoms belong to the category of 'leukemia' (also called as lipid turbidity disease) in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the formation, transformation and metabolism of grease in human blood are influenced by viscera such as spleen, stomach, liver, kidney, large intestine and the like, wherein the viscera such as spleen, liver, kidney and the like have the greatest influence on the formation of the grease. If the spleen qi is insufficient, the transportation and transformation functions are affected, which results in endogenous dampness, transformation of phlegm to obstruct channels and collaterals, stagnation of liver qi, hyperactivity of liver yang, impaired spleen and stomach function, abnormal transportation and transformation, and phlegm retention and heat accumulation of dampness, which results in abnormal transportation of food essence and accumulation of food essence in the body.
Moringa (Moringa), also called drumstick tree, tree with fallen leaves in tropical zone of many years, northern India, China also has a large amount of plants, which are mainly used as ornamental trees and also have certain economic value, and seeds can purify water and produce edible oil. The leaves and the fruit pods of the moringa oleifera are rich in various minerals, vitamins and 20 amino acids, and research shows that the content of vitamin E in each 100 g of fresh leaves of the moringa oleifera is about 9 mg, the content of vitamin C in each 100 g of the moringa oleifera is about 16.2 mg, and the content of vitamin C in each 100 g of the moringa oleifera is 7 times that of citrus. Therefore, the moringa oleifera can be used as vegetables, medicinal materials and food, is widely applied to nutrition enhancement, food therapy health care and medical health preservation, is known as a magic tree, can enhance immunity, is beneficial to regulating blood sugar, reducing cholesterol, resisting oxidation and free radicals and eliminating active oxygen of a human body, has obvious effects of reducing blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar after being taken for a long time, and can also prevent cancer, enhance digestion, nourish spleen and stomach, eliminate fatigue, balance skin pigment, inhibit bacteria, expel parasites and the like.
For the effective active substances of the moringa oleifera for reducing blood sugar, the moringa oleifera is generally considered to be flavonoid with the effects of resisting oxidation and removing free radicals, so that the flavonoid extract of the moringa oleifera is mostly adopted to prepare blood sugar-reducing health-care products or medicines, and for the moringa oleifera volatile oil, the high oxidation resistance of the moringa oleifera volatile oil is mostly utilized to develop cosmetics and the like.
