Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型唇彩，涉及美容美妆技术领域。这种新型唇彩主要由聚乙烯醇和植物天然色素制成，并添加了多种安全可食用的滋润护肤成分，涂在唇部之后约5分钟左右会逐渐风干形成一层可以撕下来的膜，而唇彩中的颜色就印在了唇部，在风干过程中唇彩中的滋润护肤成分起到了很好的滋润护肤效果，解决了撕拉形成在唇部的唇彩薄膜导致唇部受伤患皮炎的问题，同时，本发明的植物天然色素使用油性卸妆液很容易清洗干净，解决了难以卸妆干净造成唇部过敏的问题。

新型唇彩
技术领域
本发明涉及美容美妆技术领域，尤其是一种可以撕拉的新型唇彩。
背景技术
现在市面上出现的撕拉式唇彩从观感来说它与普通的唇部啫喱大同小异，只是涂在唇部之后约10分钟左右会逐渐风干形成一层可以撕下来的膜，而唇彩中的颜色就印在了唇部。嘴唇上色后，吃东西、喝水都不会脱色，可以可以保证一整天的鲜艳如初，其原理是采取直接给唇部染色的方式：使用了二甲基亚砜一类的皮肤渗透剂，利用有机物互溶的原理，可渗透到皮肤内部，与细胞膜或细胞基质中的物质结合，所以着色牢固。但是这种唇彩有如下负面效果：第一，唇部的皮肤很娇嫩，在唇部形成的薄膜紧贴唇部，长期撕拉这种在唇部形成的膜会把唇部的皮肤撕伤，容易引发皮炎；第二，着色度太高，且颜色太鲜艳，不自然，像古代女人用那种红纸抿嘴唇出来的效果；第三，卸妆太难，基本上是没有办法用卸妆液卸干净的，差不都要等两三天以后才会淡去，并且，色素长期难以清除的话可能造成色素沉淀和过敏的问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是提供一种不伤害唇部并有滋润唇部作用的可撕拉的新型唇彩，它可以解决撕拉形成在唇部的唇彩薄膜导致唇部受伤患皮炎和难以卸妆干净造成唇部过敏的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：这种新型唇彩，包括如下重量份的原料：聚乙烯醇10～14份，植物天然色素5～10份，甘油2～5份，聚山梨醇酯0.6～2份，尿素囊5～15份，芦荟凝胶2～5份，蜂蜜2～5份，维生素E0.1～0.3份，二甲基硅油0.5～0.8份。
上述技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：所述植物天然色素是可食用的植物的红色、橙色或者紫色部分经过烘干粉碎、有机物溶液提取、过滤、浓缩、干燥制得的。这些植物包括花卉、植物的种子、果实、果皮等。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明在唇部形成的唇膜柔软性好，抗张性能好，容易撕拉不仅不会伤害唇部皮肤还具有滋润作用：使用甘油作为聚乙烯醇成膜的增塑剂，形成的膜柔性好，抗张强度好；使用二甲基硅油作为脱膜剂，实验表面脱膜效果很好并且不影响聚乙烯醇膜的表观和抗张强度等性能；尿素囊、芦荟凝胶、蜂蜜和维生素E具有护肤作用，能促进组织生长，细胞新陈代谢，软化角质层蛋白，从而使嘴唇柔软且富有弹性，并有美丽的光泽；聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯作为乳化剂，不仅能使红木素均匀分散，还有助于形成的膜的柔软性能。
2、本发明使用植物天然色素作为着色剂，使用安全，上色均匀，色度自然并且适用范围广泛；并且，植物天然色素是油溶性食用色素，使用油性卸妆液很容易清洗干净，解决了卸妆难的问题。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
实施例一：
这种新型唇彩，使用的原料如下：聚乙烯醇粉末10 kg，石榴花色素5 kg，甘油2 kg，聚山梨醇酯0.6 kg，尿素囊5 kg，芦荟凝胶2 kg，蜂蜜2 kg，维生素E0.1 kg，二甲基硅油0.5 kg，水果香精0.4 kg，水90 kg。
所述石榴花色素的提取方法是先将石榴鲜花烘干粉碎得干红花粉；然后与所述干石榴花粉的重量为4～20倍的乙醇水溶液混合均匀，得混合液，质量百分比为50%的；接着将所述混合液在功率为150W、频率为40kHz、温度为25℃的条件下进行超声提取15～30min，并用0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤，将过滤后所得到的的滤液控制真空度为0.094～0.096MPa的条件下进行真空旋转蒸发，得到石榴花提取物浓缩液；将所得的石榴花提取物浓缩液控制温度为-55℃进行冷冻干燥，即得到石榴花天然色素。
这种新型唇彩的制作方法如下：
A、向聚乙烯醇粉末加入70～80℃的水10 kg，搅拌至所述聚乙烯醇充分溶解，得到聚乙烯醇溶解液；
B、在70～80℃的水浴中，向步骤A所得聚乙烯醇溶解液中加入石榴花色素、甘油、聚山梨醇酯、尿素囊、芦荟凝胶、蜂蜜、维生素E、二甲基硅油和剩余的水，搅拌10min，充分混匀得混合液；
C、将步骤B所得混合液放置在室温环境中3～5min，过滤得滤液，将所述滤液进行分装即可。
使用时，将这种新型唇彩凝胶涂抹于唇部，5～10min后将形成的膜撕掉即可。
实施例二：
这种新型唇彩，使用的原料如下：聚乙烯醇粉末14 kg，石榴花色素10 kg，甘油5 kg，聚山梨醇酯2 kg，尿素囊15 kg，芦荟凝胶5 kg，蜂蜜5 kg，维生素E0.3 kg，二甲基硅油0.8 kg，水果香精0.7 kg，水86 kg。
所述石榴花色素的提取方法和这种新型唇彩的制作方法同实施例一。
使用时，将这种新型唇彩凝胶涂抹于唇部，5～10min后将形成的膜撕掉即可。

1.一种新型唇彩，其特征在于包括如下重量份的原料：聚乙烯醇10～14份，植物天然色素5～10份，甘油2～5份，聚山梨醇酯0.6～2份，尿素囊5～15份，芦荟凝胶2～5份，蜂蜜2～5份，维生素E0.1～0.3份，二甲基硅油0.5～0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型唇彩，其特征在于：所述植物天然色素是可食用的植物的红色、橙色或者紫色部分经过烘干粉碎、有机物溶液提取、过滤、浓缩、干燥制得的。
