背景技术
月经期间由于内分泌作用,女性的身体机能发生各种变化,以致全身及局部抵抗能力降低,如不注意经期卫生,往往容易引起急慢性疾病,甚至影响妇女身体健康及生育能力。卫生巾的作用是吸附经血、隔垫作用。抗菌卫生巾能起到保洁阴部,起到防治妇科疾病的作用,降低使用卫生巾后容易产生皮肤瘤痒、红肿。
卫生巾是一种具有吸收力的物质,主要的材质为棉、无纺布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸,侧边的设计主要用来防止侧漏,因为使用时会和卫生棉本体呈现某个角度,更容易和鼠蹊部流生摩擦,因此使用柔软材质的侧边的卫生巾较受女性青睐。卫生棉的背胶是不透水材质,可将经血保留在卫生棉中,用来吸收女性月经来潮时,自阴道流出的经血。而现有技术中的卫生巾存在以下几个缺点:1、女性在生理期容易被感染,现有技术中,部分卫生巾具有杀菌功能,但是,需要使用长达24小时以后,其杀菌率才能达到99%以上,而女性在实际使用过程中,对于一片卫生巾,通常不会超过4小时就会更换,因此现有技术中的卫生巾,根本没有达到杀菌要求,尤其是不具备安全快速杀菌的功能。抗菌肽具有广谱杀菌作用,是广泛存在于生物体内,具有抵御外界微生物侵害,消除体内突变细胞的一类小分子多肽。在动物的免疫细胞、空腔脏器粘膜、皮肤及植物中都广泛存在。两栖类动物由于生活在温暖湿润、微生物复杂的环境中,其皮肤裸露、潮湿,为微生物提供了极好的生存环境。故在长期的进化过程中,两栖类动物靠其皮肤分泌大量的抗菌肽抵御外来微生物的侵袭。

本发明提供一种卫生巾,其特征在于:包括无纺布层、多功能芯片层、第一无尘纸、高分子吸水纸、第二无尘纸和透气PE膜,所述多功能芯片层设置于所述无纺布层下,所述第一无尘纸设置于所述多功能芯片层下,所述高分子吸水纸设置于所述第一无尘纸下,所述第二无尘纸设置于所述高分子吸水纸下,所述透气PE膜设置于所述第二无尘纸下;所述无纺布层上设置有导流槽;所述多功能芯片层是以水刺无纺布为基体,所述水刺无纺布内含有茶树精华、负离子材料和远红外材料。
本发明另外提供一种卫生巾,其特征在于,在多功能芯片层表面层涂覆有杀菌多肽层。
上述杀菌多肽层厚度为5~30um。
本发明另外提供一种多肽层的制备方法,将多功能芯片层浸入聚乙烯亚胺的水溶液,该水溶液中聚乙烯亚胺的浓度为5-10mg/ml,含0.14mol/LNaCl中往复振荡浸泡40分钟,会在新片层的内外表面形成聚合物底层;然后置于100mL质量百分比浓度为0.01%的4,4’-二苯基二硫醇的甲醇溶液中反应5小时,反应后的芯片层经甲醇充分浸洗后真空干燥,与抗菌肽分别在辣根过氧化物酶和过氧化氢作用下反应,得到表面键合抗菌多肽的芯片层。当芯片层与经血接触湿润后,细菌接触芯片层后,芯片层表面的二硫键断裂,还原释放多肽,发挥杀菌作用。
本发明另外提供一种抗菌肽的制备方法,所述的抗菌肽SEQ ID NO:1~22任一所示,为申请人通过获得的人参基因组序列,寻找其中具有潜在编码功能的小开放阅读框,将这些小开放阅读框分别翻译出对应的氨基酸序列,利用三维结构分析软件从中筛选抗菌肽,根据预测筛选的抗菌肽序列,利用固相合成法合成其中的部分多肽,并且使C端酰胺化,N端不含有蛋氨酸,制备抗菌肽,进行相应的功能验证,筛选得到了22个抗菌肽。
本发明另外提供一种卫生护垫,包括无纺布层、多功能芯片层、高分子吸水纸和透气PE膜;其特征在于:多功能芯片层涂覆有SEQ ID NO:1-22任一所示的肽。
本发明的有益效果在于:本方法制备的带有抗菌肽涂层的卫生巾,具有杀灭阴部细菌的功效,同时所述的卫生巾能够安全快速杀菌,马上见效,10分钟内杀菌率达到99.99%,能够安经止痛、舒缓情绪、减缓痛经现象和去除异味,能够超强吸水、超强透气不漏水、彻底解决侧漏问题,并且不含荧光剂,不含给人体带来副作用的伤害,具有推广应用的价值。

具体实施方式
实施例1抗菌多肽的筛选获得
通过前期筛选获得的人参基因组序列,寻找其中具有潜在编码功能的小开放阅读框,将这些小开放阅读框分别翻译出对应的氨基酸序列,利用三维结构分析软件从中筛选抗菌肽,根据预测筛选的抗菌肽序列,利用固相合成法合成其中的部分多肽,并且使C端酰胺化,N端不含有蛋氨酸,制备抗菌肽,进行相应的功能验证,筛选得到了22个抗菌肽,分别命名为WSJ-1~22。其序列分别如SEQID NO:1-22所示。
实施例2抗菌肽的效果验证
将WSJ-1多肽用蒸馏水溶解成浓度为2mg/ml,采用琼脂糖扩散法进行抗菌活性检测。琼脂糖扩散法中使用的菌株为沙眼衣原体、金黄葡萄球菌、淋病奈瑟菌、白带虫、白色念珠菌。菌株复苏后,接种于对应的培养基过夜培养后,分别取50微升菌液涂布于固体培养基。静置带菌液吸收后,分别加入浓度为2mg/ml的多肽溶液10微升。37℃培养16小时后,观察抑菌圈的有无和大小。同时观察抑菌圈一周内是否有变化,判断抑菌时间长短。结果见表1。
表1多肽抗菌活性分析结果
“+”表示抑菌圈的大小大于0.5cm;“++”表示抑菌圈的大小大于1cm;“+++”表示抑菌圈的大小大于1.5cm;“++++”表示抑菌圈的大小大于2cm。
从以上结果可以看出,本发明的多肽具有较好的杀灭妇科病菌的效果。
实施例3卫生巾的制备
将多功能芯片层浸入聚乙烯亚胺的水溶液,该水溶液中聚乙烯亚胺的浓度为5-10mg/ml,含0.14mol/LNaCl中往复振荡浸泡40分钟,会在新片层的内外表面形成聚合物底层;然后置于100mL质量百分比浓度为0.01%的4,4’-二苯基二硫醇的甲醇溶液中反应5小时,反应后的芯片层经甲醇充分浸洗后真空干燥,与SeqIDNO:1的抗菌肽分别在辣根过氧化物酶和过氧化氢作用下反应,得到表面键合抗菌多肽的芯片层。将所述多功能芯片层设置于所述无纺布层下,所述第一无尘纸设置于所述多功能芯片层下,所述高分子吸水纸设置于所述第一无尘纸下,所述第二无尘纸设置于所述高分子吸水纸下,所述透气PE膜设置于所述第二无尘纸下;所述无纺布层上设置有导流槽;所述多功能芯片层是以水刺无纺布为基体,所述水刺无纺布内含有茶树精华、负离子材料和远红外材料。
将Seq ID NO:2-22任一的抗菌肽按照实施例3的多功能芯片层制备方法,制备得到对应的多功能芯片层,并进一步的制备成为相应的卫生巾。
实施例4卫生巾效果验证
为了验证本发明的抑菌效果,本发明卫生巾芯片样品经第三方权威检测机构测定,测试过程及结果如下:
检测方法:按《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)进行试验,作用时间为2min、5min、10min、20min,试验温度为19~21℃。阳性对照组平均菌落数,沙眼衣原体3*105cfu/ml;金黄葡萄球菌7*105cfu/ml;淋病奈瑟菌5*105cfu/ml;白带虫6*105cfu/ml;白色念珠菌7*105cfu/ml;
测试结论:测试样品作用2min、5min、10min,3种时间内对5种病菌菌的抑菌率均为100%,说明本发明的卫生巾具有极好的杀菌效果,并且杀菌效果迅速。
为了验证本发明的除异味效果,本发明卫生巾芯片样品经第三方权威检测机构测定,测试过程及结果如下:
检测方法:测试工作舱体积为0.1m3,测试温度为19~21℃,样品用量为1g,表面风速为0.3m/s,测试时间为3小时。测试结论:1g样品在0.1m3工作舱内3小时内对超出国标的甲醛的去除率为99.3%;1g样品在0.1m3工作舱内3小时内对超出国标的氨的去除率为98.5%。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可做出若干改进和润饰,运些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)
1.一种卫生巾,其特征在于:其结构依次包括无纺布层、多功能芯片层、第一无尘纸、高分子吸水纸、第二无尘纸和透气PE膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述多功能芯片层涂覆有SEQ ID NO:1-22任一所示的肽。
