Abstract
本发明公开了一种含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,该组合物的主要特征在于:有效活性成分为咪鲜胺与有效成分B,有效成分B选自噻虫嗪或噻虫胺或者噻虫啉,其中咪鲜胺与有效成分B的重量比为1︰100~50:1,组合物制成悬浮种衣剂。本发明组合物可防治多种地下害虫和病菌,并具有明显的增效作用,扩大了防治谱,对小麦、蔬菜、棉花、花生、黄瓜、水稻上的害虫、病菌有较高活性;水稻和蔬菜病害包括水稻恶苗病、稻瘟病、油菜菌核病、油菜炭疽病、黄瓜灰霉病、黄瓜炭疽病。并且具有缓释作用,减少了农药用药量,对人畜安全,无药害,环境相容性好。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种含咪鲜胺的农药组合物。
背景技术
咪鲜胺(prochloraz)化学名称:N-丙基-N-[α-(2,4,6-三氯苯氧基)-1H-咪唑-1-甲酰胺,分子式:C15H16Cl3N3O2,本品为高效、广谱、低毒型杀菌剂,具有预防保护治疗等多重作用,内含咪鲜胺为咪唑类。常规使用防治瓜果蔬菜炭疽病、叶斑病,还可防治、水稻稻瘟病、水稻恶苗病、油菜炭疽病和菌核病。
噻虫嗪(thiamethoxam),化学名称:3-(2-氯-1,3-噻唑-5-基甲基)-5-甲基-1,3,5-恶二嗪-4-基叉(硝基)胺,噻虫嗪是一种全新结构的第二代碱类高效低毒杀虫剂,对害虫具有毒害、触杀及内吸活性,用于叶面喷雾及土壤灌根处理。其施药后迅速被内吸,并传导到植株各部位,对刺吸式害虫如蚜虫、飞虱、叶蝉、粉虱,有良好的防效。查阅相关文献,尚未见有该农药液相色谱法的报道。
噻虫胺(clothianidin),分子式:C6H8ClN5O2S,化学名称:(E)-1-(2-氯-1,3-噻唑-5-基甲基)-3-甲基-2-2-硝基胍噻虫胺是新烟碱类中的一种杀虫剂,是一类高效安全、高选择性的新型杀虫剂,其作用与烟碱乙酰胆碱受体类似,具有触杀、胃毒和内吸活性。主要用于水稻、蔬菜、果树及其他作物上防治蚜虫、叶蝉、蓟马、飞虱等半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目和某些鳞翅目类害虫的杀虫剂,具有高效、广谱、用量少、毒性低、药效持效期长、对作物无药害、使用安全、与常规农药无交互抗性等优点,有卓越的内吸和渗透作用,是替代高毒有机磷农药的又一品种。
噻虫啉(Thiacloprid)分子式:C13H5N4SCl化学名称:(3-((6-氯-3-吡啶基)甲基)-1,3-噻唑啉-2-亚基)氰胺,噻虫啉是新型氯代烟碱类杀虫剂。是防治刺吸式和咀嚼式口器害虫的高效药剂蚜虫4000——8000倍喷雾。
种子包衣技术是在传统的浸种或拌种技术基础上发展起来的一种应用很普遍的种子处理新技术。将干燥或湿润状态的种子,用含有粘结剂的农药或肥料等组合物所包,使在种子外形成具有一定功能和包覆强度的保护层,这一过程成为种子包衣,包在种子外面的组合物称之为种衣剂,是一种用于作物或其他植物种子处理的、具有成膜特性的农药制剂。种衣剂最大优点是能在种子外面形成一层比较牢固的薄膜。种衣剂在土壤中吸水膨胀而不被溶解,允许种子正常发芽所需的水分和空气通过,所含的农药和种肥等物质缓慢释放。所以,种衣剂具有杀灭地下害虫、苗期害虫,防治苗期病害和系统性病害,提高种子发芽率、促进种苗健康生长,较少种子用量等功效,最终达到防病治虫、保苗壮苗、提高产量的目的。
防治病虫害最容易产生的问题是抗药性的产生,其次为防治谱单一,农民使用时多次施药,造成环境污染严重,作物农药残留大,对人类健康不利。申请人将不同作用机理的杀菌剂与杀虫剂复配,达到一喷双防的目的,有效防治作物各种病害,扩大原单剂的防治谱,并不直接作用于作物,而在作物成长期间农药残留分解,对作物无残留或低残留,对食用者安全,并且增效作用显著,环境相容性极好,极大地减少了农药用药量,降低了农民的施药成本。
发明内容
本发明提出的含有咪鲜胺的农药组合物,通过咪鲜胺与噻虫嗪或咪鲜胺与噻虫胺或咪鲜胺和噻虫啉复配,加入适量的助剂制成悬浮种衣剂,用于防治水稻、蔬菜、棉花、小麦上的害虫,主要用于防治白粉虱、黄条跳甲、蚜虫、蓟马、金针虫、蛴螬、天牛、吸浆虫、水稻恶苗病、稻瘟病、菌核病、炭疽病、油菜菌核病、油菜炭疽病、黄瓜灰霉病、黄瓜炭疽病。效果非常突出,具有明显的增效作用。
一种含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,有效活性成分为咪鲜胺与有效成分B,其中咪鲜胺与有效成分B的重量比为1︰100~50︰1,优选为咪鲜胺与有效成分B的重量比为1︰40~20︰1,有效成分B选自噻虫嗪、噻虫胺或噻虫啉。
所述的含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:咪鲜胺与噻虫嗪的重量比为1︰30~10︰1;咪鲜胺与噻虫胺的重量比为1︰20~5︰1;咪鲜胺与噻虫啉的重量比为1︰30~5︰1。
所述的含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,组合物除有效成分还含有助剂,所述的助剂为湿润分散剂、成膜剂、消泡剂、着色剂、增粘剂、防腐剂、水中的一种或多种。
组合物制成悬浮种衣剂时,添加的助剂为抗冻剂、湿润分散剂、成膜剂、消泡剂、着色剂、乳化剂、防腐剂、水加至100%。
组合物制成悬浮种衣剂时包括如下组分含量:咪鲜胺0.2%~10%、有效成分B 0.2%~20%、湿润分散剂1.0%~8.0%,成膜剂3%~10%,消泡剂0.1%~1%、乳化剂1%~6%、着色剂0.1%~10%、抗冻剂0.2%~1.0%、防腐剂0.1%~1.0%、增粘剂0.1%~4.0%、水加至100%。
所述的抗冻剂选自:乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或两种。
所述的湿润分散剂选自:十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉BX、润湿渗透剂F、皂角粉、月桂醇硫酸钠、茶枯、蚕沙、无患子粉中的一种或多种。
所述的乳化剂选自:农乳500#(烷基苯磺酸钙)、OP系列磷酸酯(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯)、600#磷酸酯(苯基酚聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯)、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐、烷基联苯醚二磺酸镁盐、三乙醇胺盐、农乳400#(苄基二甲基酚聚氧乙基醚)、农乳600#(苯基酚聚氧乙基醚)、农乳700#(烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚)、农乳36#(苯乙基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚)、农乳1600#(苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚丙烯基醚)、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、OP系列(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)、By系列(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳33#(烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳34#(烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚)、司盘系列(山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯)、吐温系列(失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、AEO系列(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)中的一种或多种。
所选的成膜剂保证有限的农药成分集中作用于种子和根部,不易脱落和飞散,减少了农药在环境中的扩散以及对非靶标的接触,所述悬浮种衣剂还需要包括成膜剂。按照本发明所述成膜剂优先选蛋白成膜剂、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂、丁二烯树脂成膜剂、聚氨酯成膜剂、硝酸纤维成膜剂、丙烯酸树脂改性酪蛋白成膜剂、丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂、聚乙烯、丙烯酸酯改性丁二烯树脂、聚氨酯改性硝酸纤维成膜剂中的一种或多种。
所述的防腐剂选自苯甲酸、苯甲醛、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸钾、山梨酸、水杨酸钠、2-羟基联苯、对羟基苯甲醛或1,2苯并噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种或多种。
所述的增粘剂黄原胶、甲基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、丙烯酸钠、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、胃酸镁铝中的一种或多种。
所述的着色剂选自:碱性玫瑰精、水性玫红、酸性大红、FGR-131、RED-131、RED8110中的一种或多种。
所述的消泡剂选自:C8~10脂肪醇类、C10~20饱和脂肪酸类、有机硅消泡剂中的一种或两种。
本发明所公开的咪鲜胺与噻虫嗪、咪鲜胺与噻虫啉或咪鲜胺与噻虫胺复配的农药组合物。
其优点在于:
(1)不直接作用于作物,而在作物成长期间农药残留分解,对作物无残留或低残留。
(2)提高了有效活性成分的稳定性,用于拌种或灌根时可以避免药剂对种、苗危害。
(3)活性成分被包裹在囊壁中提高了安全性,实现了高毒农药低毒化。
(4)环境相容性极好,极大地减少了农药用药量,降低了农民的施药成本。
(5)本发明以咪鲜胺和噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、噻虫啉进行复配,二者优势互补,一次施药即可达到杀虫、治病的目的。对水稻、小麦苗期害虫和恶苗病有很好的防效,具有特效期长、安全、低毒、增效明显的优点。

咪鲜胺0.2%、噻虫嗪20%、甘油0.5%、羟甲基纤维素0.5%,蛋白成膜剂5%、硅酮类0.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、碱性玫瑰精0.1%、农乳500#(烷基苯磺酸钙)2%、去离子水加至100%重量份,制得20.2%咪鲜胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂
将噻虫嗪换成噻虫胺、噻虫啉同样可以制成20.2%悬浮种衣剂实施例。

将噻虫啉换成噻虫胺、噻虫嗪同样可以制成5%悬浮种衣剂实施例。
本发明实施例是采用室内毒力测定和田间试验相结合的方法。先通过室内毒力测定,明确两种药剂按一定比例复配后的共毒系数(CTC),CTC<80为拮抗作用,80≤CTC≤120为相加作用,CTC>120为增效作用,在此基础上,再进行田间试验。
应用实施例二:
按配比组成的混合物,按霍恩氏法用健康大白鼠、加入进行毒性试验,试验结果如下:
1.本发明对大白鼠急性经口大于4240mg/kg
2.本发明对大白鼠急性经皮大于2150mg/kg
3.本发明对家兔眼、皮肤均呈无刺激性,根据毒性分级标准为低毒。
4.防治水稻恶苗病和苗期害虫的作用。
5.本发明在植物上有非常良好的持续性防病、杀虫作用,试验方法是:在室内条件下,采用PDA平板孢子萌发法,测定孢子萌发数、萌发率、抑制率,求出EC50值和共毒系数,即共毒系数大于100的为增效作用,小于100的为拮抗作用。
实验结果如下

由表1可知,咪鲜胺与噻虫嗪复配悬浮种衣剂配比在50︰1至1:100时,共毒系数均大于120,说明两者在50:1至1︰100范围内混配均表现出增效作用,尤其是当咪鲜胺与噻虫嗪得配比在1:1至1:6时,增效作用更为明显突出,其中当咪鲜胺与噻虫嗪重量比为1︰6时共毒系数最大,增效作用最为明显。

由表4可以看出:咪鲜胺与噻虫胺复配后能有效防治水稻恶苗病、稻瘟病、蓟马、飞虱防治效果均优于单剂的防效,且防效时间长。在试验用药范围内对标靶作物无不良影响。
实施例2:
咪鲜胺与噻虫胺复配悬浮种衣剂用于防治油菜炭疽病、菌核病及油菜蚜虫、油菜小菜蛾的大田药效。

由表5可以看出:
咪鲜胺与噻虫胺复配后能有效防治治油菜炭疽病、菌核病、番茄烟粉虱治效果均优于单剂的防效,且防效时间长。在试验用药范围内对标靶作物无不良影响。
实施例3:
咪鲜胺与噻虫啉复配悬浮种衣剂用于防治黄瓜灰霉病、炭疽病、黄瓜蚜、烟粉虱大田药效。
实验结果如下表

由表6可以看出:
咪鲜胺与噻虫啉复配后能有效防治黄瓜灰霉病、炭疽病、黄瓜蚜、烟粉虱防治效果均优于单剂的防效,且防效时间长。在试验用药范围内对标靶作物无不良影响。
Claims (7)
1.一种含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:有效活性成分为咪鲜胺与有效成分B,其中咪鲜胺与有效成分B重量比为1︰100~50:1,有效成分B选自噻虫胺或噻虫啉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:咪鲜胺与有效成分B的重量比为1︰40~20︰1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:咪鲜胺与噻虫胺的重量比为1︰20~5︰1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:咪鲜胺与噻虫啉的重量比为1︰30~5︰1。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的含咪鲜胺的农药组合物,其特征在于:组合物的剂型为悬浮种衣剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含咪鲜胺的农药组合物用于防治小麦、蔬菜、棉花、花生、水稻上的虫害、病害的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的虫害包括白粉虱、烟粉虱、黄条跳甲、金针虫、蛴螬、天牛、蚜虫、蓟马、吸浆虫;所述病害包括水稻恶苗病、稻瘟病、菌核病、炭疽病、油菜菌核病、油菜炭疽病、黄瓜灰霉病、黄瓜炭疽病。
