Abstract

本发明涉及一种高精度滚子轴承,其特征在于它内圈、外圈、滚珠、保持架、密封圈、固定圈、锁紧圈和固定螺母;滚珠为腰鼓形;外圈套装在内圈一端外侧,两排滚珠通过保持架设置在内圈和外圈之间,与滚珠对应的外圈内壁为内凹腰弧形,与滚珠对应的内圈外壁为人字弧形;在滚珠外侧的内圈与外圈之间设有一密封圈;固定圈固定在内圈另一端,锁紧圈套装在固定圈外侧的内圈上,锁紧圈内壁为圆锥形,与锁紧圈对应的内圈的端口外壁为圆锥形,内圈的端口上均匀设有若干切口;在固定圈上设有若干固定孔,在锁紧圈设有通孔,在固定孔中连接一固定螺母。本发明具有能提高轴承使用精度和寿命的优点。

Description

一种高精度滚子轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚子轴承,尤其一种高精度滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前用于套装在大型装备的转轴上的滚子轴承,如图1所示,包括内圈1、外圈2、钢球3、保持架4、密封圈5、防尘盖6和紧固螺钉7,外圈套装在内圈外侧,在外圈内壁与内圈外壁各设有一钢球凹槽8;钢球通过保持架设置在内圈和外圈之间的凹槽中,在保持架两侧由内而外分别设有密封圈和防尘盖,紧固螺钉设置内圈一端;该滚子轴承套装在大型装备的转轴后,通过紧固螺钉将轴承与转轴锁紧;在转轴工作运行过程中,易对转轴产生损伤,且在紧固过程中用力不当,且由于钢球对内圈的作用力为线性,易使轴承安装后内圈的内壁与转轴之间不能紧密贴合,由此使内圈产生变形,从而易使内圈发生磨损,影响轴承的使用精度和寿命。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种能提高轴承使用精度和寿命的高精度滚子轴承。
本发明的技术内容为:一种高精度滚子轴承,其特征在于它内圈、外圈、滚珠、保持架、密封圈、固定圈、锁紧圈和固定螺母;滚珠为腰鼓形;外圈套装在内圈一端外侧,两排滚珠通过保持架设置在内圈和外圈之间,与滚珠对应的外圈内壁为内凹腰弧形,与滚珠对应的内圈外壁为人字弧形;在滚珠外侧的内圈与外圈之间设有一密封圈;固定圈固定在内圈另一端,锁紧圈套装在固定圈外侧的内圈上,锁紧圈内壁为圆锥形,与锁紧圈对应的内圈的端口外壁为圆锥形,与锁紧圈对应的内圈的端口上均匀设有若干切口;在固定圈上设有若干固定孔,在锁紧圈设有若干固定孔一一对应的通孔,通过通孔在固定孔中连接一固定螺母。
为方便将轴承从转轴上拆卸即使锁紧圈松开,其还包括拆卸螺母,在锁紧圈上设有若干拆卸孔,拆卸螺母设置在拆卸孔中。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是,本发明通过将滚珠设为腰鼓形并设为两排,从而使滚珠对轴承内圈的作用力为面形,能使轴承安装后内圈的内壁与转轴之间紧密贴合,同时当外圈发生偏移时,滚珠能在内圈与外圈之间作细微移动,从而不影响内圈,提高了轴承的使用精度,也可降低噪音;本发明通过锁紧圈使轴承内圈锁紧在转轴上,也使内圈不产生变形,减少了内圈的磨损,提高了轴承的使用精度和寿命。

具体实施例
如图2、图3和图4所示,一种高精度滚子轴承,其特征在于它内圈11、外圈12、滚珠13、保持架14、密封圈15、固定圈16、锁紧圈17、固定螺母18和拆卸螺母19;滚珠13为腰鼓形;外圈12套装在内圈11一端外侧,两排滚珠13通过保持架14设置在内圈11和外圈12之间,与滚珠13对应的外圈12内壁为内凹腰弧形,与滚珠13对应的内圈外壁为人字弧形;在滚珠13外侧的内圈11与外圈12之间设有一密封圈15;固定圈16固定在内圈11另一端,锁紧圈17套装在固定圈16外侧的内圈11上,锁紧圈17内壁为圆锥形,与锁紧圈17对应的内圈11的端口外壁为圆锥形,与锁紧圈17对应的内圈11的端口上均匀设有若干切口11.1;在固定圈16上设有若干固定孔16.1,在锁紧圈17设有若干固定孔16.1一一对应的通孔17.1,在锁紧圈17上设有若干拆卸孔17.2,通过通孔17.1在固定孔16.1中连接一固定螺母18,拆卸螺母19设置在拆卸孔17.2中。
本发明的工作原理为,安装轴承时,将轴承通过内圈11套装在转轴上,然后通过固定螺母18缩紧,由锁紧圈17收紧设有切口11.1的内圈11,由此将轴承固定在转轴上,在拆卸轴承时,先松开固定螺母18,再通过拆卸孔17.2中的拆卸螺母19顶在固定圈16上,从而先将锁紧圈17从内圈11上卸下,由此即可方便将轴承拆卸。

1.一种高精度滚子轴承,其特征在于它内圈、外圈、滚珠、保持架、密封圈、固定圈、锁紧圈和固定螺母;滚珠为腰鼓形;外圈套装在内圈一端外侧,两排滚珠通过保持架设置在内圈和外圈之间,与滚珠对应的外圈内壁为内凹腰弧形,与滚珠对应的内圈外壁为人字弧形;在滚珠外侧的内圈与外圈之间设有一密封圈;固定圈固定在内圈另一端,锁紧圈套装在固定圈外侧的内圈上,锁紧圈内壁为圆锥形,与锁紧圈对应的内圈的端口外壁为圆锥形,与锁紧圈对应的内圈的端口上均匀设有若干切口;在固定圈上设有若干固定孔,在锁紧圈设有若干固定孔一一对应的通孔,通过通孔在固定孔中连接一固定螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度滚子轴承,其特征在于它还包括拆卸螺母,在锁紧圈上设有若干拆卸孔,拆卸螺母设置在拆卸孔中。
