本实用新型涉及一种内圈直联锥套固定环构造的轴承,属于轴承技术领域。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件,它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。轴承的固定方式都有其不同的构造和特点,目前市场上轴承的固定式有紧定套固定式、同心环固定方式等。
紧定套固定式是将紧定套组件放入轴承内圈和轴之间,固定轴承时,拧紧紧定套上的锁紧螺母,使轴承内径的圆锥面与紧定衬套的外圆锥面紧密接触,从而把轴承固定在轴上,这种固定方式虽然能改善轴承与轴之间的同心恶化,但是,锁紧螺母在紧固的同时,紧定套会对轴承内圈产生一个拉力,长期使用后,会使轴承内部的旋转部件产生偏移,影响轴承的机能,而且,轴承锥孔与轴之间是多出一个间接的紧定套,增加了配合状况的不确定性。
同心环固定方式是在轴承内圈一侧设有与内圈同心的同心环,该同心环上设置有锁紧螺丝,将该同心环露出在轴承座外,紧固时,拧紧锁紧螺丝,这样同心环和轴之间会产生一个相反的作用力并使同心环变形,从而把轴承固定在轴上。通过这些固定方式来固定轴承时,都容易造成轴与轴承之间同心恶化,不仅拆卸困难,而且还会损伤轴承,缩短轴的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题而提供了一种内圈直联锥套固定环构造的轴承;由于该轴承设置有内圈、固定环与锥套,这样,使轴受到内圈径向抱紧力,通过锥套上的切槽使轴受到横向的摩擦力,不仅能够确保轴承与轴之间的紧固性,同时还能防止轴承内部的旋转组件产生偏移;另外,该轴承不仅设计合理、结构简单、拆卸方便,而且使用过程中对轴不造成损伤,适合多种形式的机械部件连接使用。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过如下技术手段实现的。
一种内圈直联锥套固定环构造的轴承,它由外圈、滚动件、固定螺钉、固定环、锥套、内圈部分组合而成,其特征是:外圈通过滚动件与内圈相连接,内圈上设置有两个固定螺钉,内圈通过固定螺钉、锥套与固定环相固定连接,锥套前端设置有若干切槽,锥套后端设置有圆环状凸起肩台,固定环上设置有四个拆卸螺钉,内圈、固定环、锥套内设置有轴。
本实用新型主要具有以下有益效果:
1、由于该轴承设置有内圈、固定环与锥套,这样,使轴受到内圈径向抱紧力,通过锥套上的切槽使轴受到横向的摩擦力,不仅能够确保轴承与轴之间的紧固性,同时还能防止轴承内部的旋转组件产生偏移。
2、该轴承不仅设计合理、结构简单、拆卸方便,而且使用过程中对轴不造成损伤,适合多种形式的机械部件连接使用。
