Abstract

本发明提供一种滑门油箱盖防撞机构,包括油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置,所述油箱门感应装置设置在汽车油箱口处,所述滑门控制装置设置在滑门滑动轨道上,所述油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置通过传动拉线进行连接。通过感应杆对油箱盖打开进行确定,并通过转台上的连接杆对传动拉线进行拉动,并通过转动轴带动挡块抬起,限定滑门滑动的程度,避免滑门撞击油箱盖,提高安全性能,并由于是全机型结构,减少电路存在,避免电气元件损坏导致设备寿命减少。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车滑门领域,尤其涉及一种在油箱盖开启时防止汽车滑门打开撞击油箱盖的滑门油箱盖防撞机构。
背景技术
目前在汽车滑门领域中,由于汽车滑门打开时会滑动至车辆后部,但是由于在加油或检查时,需要将车辆后部的油箱盖打开,但是滑门在打开时容易撞击到打开的油箱盖,造成油箱盖及滑门损坏,进而影响车辆的使用寿命。因此,解决车辆油箱盖打开时滑门打开撞击油箱盖的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在油箱盖开启时防止汽车滑门打开撞击油箱盖的滑门油箱盖防撞机构,通过设置油箱门感应装置对油箱门打开时进行检测,并通过传动拉线带动滑门控制装置上的挡块弹出,使滑门打开的程度限定至一半,使滑门打开时不会撞击油箱盖,解决了车辆油箱盖打开时滑门打开撞击油箱盖的问题。
本发明提供一种滑门油箱盖防撞机构,包括油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置,所述油箱门感应装置设置在汽车油箱口处,所述滑门控制装置设置在滑门滑动轨道上,所述油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置通过传动拉线进行连接。
进一步改进在于:所述油箱门感应装置包括壳体和感应杆,所述感应杆设置在壳体的左端,所述壳体中部设置有转台,所述转台上设置有旋转弹簧,所述壳体右端设置有传动拉线,所述转台上设置有连接杆,所述连接杆与传动拉线连接,传动拉线的另一端连接在滑门控制装置上,所述滑门控制装置包括底座和转动轴,所述转动轴设置在底座中部,所述底座上设置有挡块,所述挡块通过转动轴进行抬起落下动作,传动拉线与转动轴连接,带动转动轴转动。
进一步改进在于:所述壳体左端设置有卡置装置,通过卡置装置对油箱门进行卡紧锁死。
进一步改进在于:所述底座下部设置有锁死装置,通过锁死装置对转动轴8进行锁死。
进一步改进在于:所述传动拉线中部设置复位按钮。
本发明的有益效果:通过感应杆对油箱盖打开进行确定,并通过转台上的连接杆对传动拉线进行拉动,并通过转动轴带动挡块抬起,限定滑门滑动的程度,避免滑门撞击油箱盖,提高安全性能,并由于是全机型结构,减少电路存在,避免电气元件损坏导致设备寿命减少。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种滑门油箱盖防撞机构,包括油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置,所述油箱门感应装置设置在汽车油箱口处,所述滑门控制装置设置在滑门滑动轨道上,所述油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置通过传动拉线5进行连接。所述油箱门感应装置包括壳体1和感应杆2,所述感应杆2设置在壳体1的左端,所述壳体1中部设置有转台3,所述转台3上设置有旋转弹簧4,所述壳体1右端设置有传动拉线5,所述转台3上设置有连接杆6,所述连接杆6与传动拉线5连接,传动拉线5的另一端连接在滑门控制装置上,所述滑门控制装置包括底座7和转动轴8,所述转动轴8设置在底座7中部,所述底座7上设置有挡块9,所述挡块9通过转动轴8进行抬起落下动作,传动拉线5与转动轴8连接,带动转动轴8转动。所述壳体1左端设置有卡置装置10,通过卡置装置10对油箱门进行卡紧锁死。所述底座7下部设置有锁死装置11,通过锁死装置11对转动轴8进行锁死。所述传动拉线6中部设置复位按钮12。
通过感应杆2对油箱盖打开进行确定,并通过转台3上的连接杆6对传动拉线5进行拉动,并通过转动轴8带动挡块9抬起,限定滑门滑动的程度,避免滑门撞击油箱盖,提高安全性能,并由于是全机型结构,减少电路存在,避免电气元件损坏导致设备寿命减少。

1.一种滑门油箱盖防撞机构,其特征在于:包括油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置,所述油箱门感应装置设置在汽车油箱口处,所述滑门控制装置设置在滑门滑动轨道上,所述油箱门感应装置和滑门控制装置通过传动拉线(5)进行连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑门油箱盖防撞机构,其特征在于:所述油箱门感应装置包括壳体(1)和感应杆(2),所述感应杆(2)设置在壳体(1)的左端,所述壳体(1)中部设置有转台(3),所述转台(3)上设置有旋转弹簧(4),所述壳体(1)右端设置有传动拉线(5),所述转台(3)上设置有连接杆(6),所述连接杆(6)与传动拉线(5)连接,传动拉线(5)的另一端连接在滑门控制装置上,所述滑门控制装置包括底座(7)和转动轴(8),所述转动轴(8)设置在底座(7)中部,所述底座(7)上设置有挡块(9),所述挡块(9)通过转动轴(8)进行抬起落下动作,传动拉线(5)与转动轴(8)连接,带动转动轴(8)转动。
3.如权利要求2所述的滑门油箱盖防撞机构,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)左端设置有卡置装置(10),通过卡置装置(10)对油箱门进行卡紧锁死。
4.如权利要求2所述的滑门油箱盖防撞机构,其特征在于:所述底座(7)下部设置有锁死装置(11),通过锁死装置(11)对转动轴(8)进行锁死。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的滑门油箱盖防撞机构,其特征在于:所述传动拉线(6)中部设置复位按钮(12)。
