一种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法。
背景技术
壁纸产品是一种以多种印刷工艺组合,并需要进行高温加热、发泡、压花等工艺成型的室内装饰材料。它是以图案设计为基础,以不同的加工工艺技术为手段,并以丰富人们的物质文化生活、促进精神享受为最终目的的室内艺术产品。由于产品主要是应用于室内装潢,所以产品又需体现出人性的个性美,突出时尚,并不断富有创新精神的“室内时装”效果。
传统的PVC壁纸在生产过程中,由于配方及工艺的缺陷,生产出的壁纸立体感不强。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明通过无数次试验和尝试,提供一种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,该方法所得的壁纸质感好、视觉好、色彩丰富且具有立体浮雕效果。
本发明的方案如下:一种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、原纸选取
b、涂布胶粘
在选取的原纸上涂布一层发泡浆料,涂层厚度为12-20丝,用量为每平方米120-380g,涂布速度为40-70米/分,经过160-185℃温度烘干裁切得到半成品;
上述的发泡浆料由以下原料组成,聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填充剂、物理发泡剂和钾锌稳定剂,重量比为1:0.5~0.7:0.2~0.6:0.02~0.06:0.07~0.08;
c、图案制作及印刷
c1、使用25丝-35丝激光雕刻印刷辊进行基础底纹印刷,使用的激光雕刻印刷辊数量为2-5支;以激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料突出壁纸花形部位,使得激光雕刻印刷辊上的的发泡浆料与原涂布上的发泡浆料相互结合;
c2、经过145°℃-180℃温度烘干后,再上印刷花形的6.5丝的电雕辊或8-15丝的激光雕刻印刷辊,上色填充,丰富花形的色彩;
所述的25丝-35丝激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料由以下原料组成,低粘度聚氯乙烯树脂、物理发泡剂、钾锌稳定剂、轻质碳酸钙、钛白粉、增塑剂和OB增白剂重量比为1:0.08:0.1:0.25:0.1:0.7:0.0022
d、烘干
发泡印刷完成后,经过180~200℃的三段烘干区进行烘干,时间为30~45秒,烘后再经过手工雕刻压纹辊进行冷却压纹套压,压力为1.0×105Pa-3.0×105Pa,再经过整形辊裁切、收卷后得到立体浮雕PVC壁纸。
进一步,所述步骤b和步骤c中的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
进一步,所述步骤b和步骤c中的物理发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
进一步,所述步骤b中的填充剂为轻质碳酸钙和钛白粉的混合物,混合比例为5:0.8。
进一步,所述步骤c中的填充剂为轻质碳酸钙和钛白粉的混合物,混合比例为5:0.8。
进一步,所述步骤d中三段烘干区温度分别设定为195℃、185℃和175℃,呈递减趋势
本发明通过配方及工艺的改善,使得生产出的PVC壁纸质感好、视觉好、色彩丰富且具有立体浮雕效果。
目前的PVC壁纸生产中,一般不会用到激光雕刻印刷辊,让激光雕刻印刷辊上的发泡浆料与原涂布上的发泡浆料相互结合发泡,主要原因是在使用后会产生表面不平整的问题。本发明大胆使用25-35丝的激光雕刻印刷辊和6.5丝的电雕辊,传统的电雕辊使用5丝的;激光雕刻印刷辊上的发泡浆料中低粘度聚氯乙烯树脂、物理发泡剂、钾锌稳定剂、增塑剂的重量比为1:0.08:0.1:0.7,精确了各配方含量。同时,本发明使用的填充剂为轻质碳酸钙,它可以使生产出的壁纸柔软性更好,结合度强。物理发泡剂使用偶氮二甲酰胺,相比传统的微球发泡,偶氮发泡所得的壁纸立体效果更好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、原纸选取
b、涂布胶粘
在选取的原纸上涂布一层发泡浆料,涂层厚度为18丝,用量为每平方米250g,涂布速度为60米/分,经过175℃温度烘干裁切得到半成品;
上述的发泡浆料由以下原料组成,聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填充剂、物理发泡剂和钾锌稳定剂,重量比为1:0.6:0.4:0.05:0.07;
c、图案制作及印刷
c1、使用30丝激光雕刻印刷辊进行基础底纹印刷,使用的激光雕刻印刷辊数量为3支;以激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料突出壁纸花形部位,使得激光雕刻印刷辊上的的发泡浆料与原涂布上的发泡浆料相互结合;
c2、经过160℃温度烘干后,再上印刷花形的6.5丝的电雕辊或12丝的激光雕刻印刷辊,上色填充,丰富花形的色彩;30丝激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料由以下原料组成,低粘度聚氯乙烯树脂、物理发泡剂、钾锌稳定剂、轻质碳酸钙、钛白粉、增塑剂和OB增白剂重量比为1:0.08:0.1:0.25:0.1:0.7:0.0022
d、烘干
发泡印刷完成后,经过180~200℃的三段烘干区进行烘干,时间为40秒,烘后再经过手工雕刻压纹辊进行冷却压纹套压,压力为2.0×105Pa,再经过整形辊裁切、收卷后得到立体浮雕PVC壁纸。
实施例2
一种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、原纸选取
b、涂布胶粘
在选取的原纸上涂布一层发泡浆料,涂层厚度为15丝,用量为每平方米190g,涂布速度为50米/分,经过165℃温度烘干裁切得到半成品;
上述的发泡浆料由以下原料组成,聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填充剂、物理发泡剂和钾锌稳定剂,重量比为1:0.55:0.3:0.35:0.075;
c、图案制作及印刷
c1、使用32丝激光雕刻印刷辊进行基础底纹印刷,使用的激光雕刻印刷辊数量为5支;以激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料突出壁纸花形部位,使得激光雕刻印刷辊上的的发泡浆料与原涂布上的发泡浆料相互结合;
c2、经过170℃温度烘干后,再上印刷花形的6.5丝的电雕辊或11丝的激光雕刻印刷辊,上色填充,丰富花形的色彩;
所述的32丝激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料由以下原料组成,低粘度聚氯乙烯树脂、物理发泡剂、钾锌稳定剂、轻质碳酸钙、钛白粉、增塑剂和OB增白剂,重量比为1:0.08:0.1:0.25:0.1:0.7:0.0022
d、烘干
发泡印刷完成后,经过180~200℃的三段烘干区进行烘干,时间为36秒,烘后再经过手工雕刻压纹辊进行冷却压纹套压,压力为1.5×105Pa,再经过整形辊裁切、收卷后得到立体浮雕PVC壁纸。
实施例3
一种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、原纸选取
b、涂布胶粘
在选取的原纸上涂布一层发泡浆料,涂层厚度为19丝,用量为每平方米360g,涂布速度为66米/分,经过180℃温度烘干裁切得到半成品;
上述的发泡浆料由以下原料组成,聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填充剂、物理发泡剂和钾锌稳定剂,重量比为1:0.65:0.55:0.05:0.078;
c、图案制作及印刷
c1、使用25丝激光雕刻印刷辊进行基础底纹印刷,使用的激光雕刻印刷辊数量为3支;以激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料突出壁纸花形部位,使得激光雕刻印刷辊上的的发泡浆料与原涂布上的发泡浆料相互结合;
c2、经过166℃温度烘干后,再上印刷花形的6.5丝的电雕辊或9丝的激光雕刻印刷辊,上色填充,丰富花形的色彩;25丝激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料由以下原料组成,低粘度聚氯乙烯树脂、物理发泡剂、钾锌稳定剂、轻质碳酸钙、钛白粉、增塑剂和OB增白剂重量比为1:0.08:0.1:0.25:0.1:0.7:0.0022
d、烘干
发泡印刷完成后,经过180~200℃的三段烘干区进行烘干,时间为30~45秒,烘后再经过手工雕刻压纹辊进行冷却压纹套压,压力为2.2×105Pa,再经过整形辊裁切、收卷后得到立体浮雕PVC壁纸。

a、原纸选取
b、涂布胶粘
在选取的原纸上涂布一层发泡浆料,涂层厚度为12-20丝,用量为每平方米120-380g,涂布速度为40-70米/分,经过160-185℃温度烘干裁切得到半成品;
上述的发泡浆料由以下原料组成,聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、填充剂、物理发泡剂和钾锌稳定剂,重量比为1:0.5~0.7:0.2~0.6:0.02~0.06:0.07~0.08;
c、图案制作及印刷
c1、使用25丝-35丝激光雕刻印刷辊进行基础底纹印刷,使用的激光雕刻印刷辊数量为2-5支;以激光雕刻印刷辊上的高温发泡浆料突出壁纸花形部位,使得激光雕刻印刷辊上的的发泡浆料与原涂布上的发泡浆料相互结合;

3.根据权利要求1所述的种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b和步骤c中的物理发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中的填充剂为轻质碳酸钙和钛白粉的混合物,混合比例为5:0.8。
5.根据权利要求1所述的种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中的填充剂为轻质碳酸钙和钛白粉的混合物,混合比例为5:0.8。
6.根据权利要求1所述的种立体浮雕PVC壁纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d中三段烘干区温度分别设定为195℃、185℃和175℃,呈递减趋势。
