Abstract
本发明公开了一种铜线镀锡炉,它涉及一种铜线镀锡装置。它包括炉体、隔热保温棉、加热管、拉丝模具和热电偶,炉体采用不锈钢炉体,炉体内包裹有隔热保温棉,炉体的底部为凹形,凹形底的表面设有加热管,炉体的锡槽内放焊锡条,通过加热管融化,炉体的槽内设有用于控制温度的热电偶,炉体侧壁的铜线入口和铜线出口处水平对应设置有一套拉丝模具,出口模具略紧,防止锡液溢出,炉体上方设置有盖子。本发明保证作业环境安全无污染,提高施工和操作的安全性,镀锡成本低,实用性强,易于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种铜线镀锡装置,具体涉及一种铜线镀锡炉。
背景技术
铜线镀锡广泛应用于电线、电缆、漆包线生产中,铜线镀锡可增加铜的焊接性和装饰性,且不影响导电性,可用于电子工业、家具器具、食品包装等方面,传统的镀锡铜线生产需要用到酸洗,对作业环境有一定的影响,且施工及作业的安全性得不到保障,镀锡成本高,基于此,设计一种铜线镀锡炉还是很有必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种铜线镀锡炉,结构简单,设计合理,保证作业环境安全无污染,提高施工和操作的安全性,镀锡成本低,实用性强,易于推广使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种铜线镀锡炉,包括炉体、隔热保温棉、加热管、拉丝模具和热电偶,炉体采用不锈钢炉体,炉体内包裹有隔热保温棉,炉体的底部为凹形,凹形底的表面设有加热管,炉体的锡槽内放焊锡条,通过加热管融化,炉体的槽内设有用于控制温度的热电偶,炉体侧壁的铜线入口和铜线出口处水平对应设置有一套拉丝模具,出口模具略紧,防止锡液溢出,炉体上方设置有盖子。
作为优选,所述炉体内锡槽的上半部分右侧凸出设置,凸出的炉体侧设置有阀门,阀门可将锡液回收利用。
作为优选,所述镀锡炉的镀锡工艺流程为铜线经过放卷机,拉到模具矫直滑轮处进行矫直,再进入刷洗机经过铜刷刷洗,进行表面处理,刷洗机后设置助焊剂槽,铜线经过焊剂槽后进行加热,进入镀锡炉镀锡,镀锡完后经过冷却槽冷却后进入牵引机,铜线经过牵引通过收卷机进行收卷。
本发明的有益效果:(1)镀锡工艺通过物理机械原理,保证作业环境无污染,更为环保;
(2)镀锡炉制作简便,锡炉可以倾倒回收利用,节约成本;
(3)提高施工和操作的安全性,稳定实用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1-2,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种铜线镀锡炉,包括炉体1、隔热保温棉2、加热管3、拉丝模具4和热电偶5,炉体1采用不锈钢炉体,炉体1内包裹有隔热保温棉2,炉体1的底部为凹形,凹形底的表面设有加热管3,炉体1的锡槽内放焊锡条,通过加热管3融化,炉体1的槽内设有用于控制温度的热电偶5,炉体1侧壁设置有一套拉丝模具4,炉体1上方设置有盖子6。
值得注意的是,所述炉体1内锡槽的上半部分右侧凸出设置,凸出的炉体1侧设置有可将锡液回收利用的阀门7;所述拉丝模具4水平对应设置在炉体1的铜线入口和铜线出口,出口模具稍微紧一点,防止锡液溢出。
此外,所述镀锡炉的镀锡工艺流程为铜线经过放卷机8,拉到模具矫直滑轮9处进行矫直,再进入刷洗机10经过铜刷刷洗,进行表面处理,刷洗机10后设置助焊剂槽,铜线经过焊剂槽后进行加热,进入镀锡炉镀锡,镀锡完后经过冷却槽11冷却后进入牵引机12,铜线经过牵引通过收卷机13进行收卷。
本具体实施方式的特点主要是铜线经过刷洗机10铜刷清理后,通过物理加热的方式镀锡及自来水冷却,提高施工和操作的安全性,而且镀锡完成后炉子还可以向一方倾倒,从另一侧的阀门7处将多余的锡液倒出,便以回收利用。
本具体实施方式制作简便,节约成本,较市场上的镀锡装置一般铜线直径在4mm左右,本装置镀锡铜线最大直径可以达到20mm-25mm,稳定安全,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

1.一种铜线镀锡炉,其特征在于,包括炉体(1)、隔热保温棉(2)、加热管(3)、拉丝模具(4)和热电偶(5),炉体(1)采用不锈钢炉体,炉体(1)内包裹有隔热保温棉(2),炉体(1)的底部为凹形,凹形底的表面设有加热管(3),炉体1)的锡槽内放焊锡条,通过加热管(3)融化,炉体(1)的槽内设有用于控制温度的热电偶(5),炉体(1)侧壁设置有一套拉丝模具(4),炉体(1)上方设置有盖子(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜线镀锡炉,其特征在于,所述炉体(1)内锡槽的上半部分右侧凸出设置,凸出的炉体(1)侧设置有可将锡液回收利用的阀门(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜线镀锡炉,其特征在于,所述的拉丝模具(4)水平对应设置在炉体(1)的铜线入口和铜线出口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜线镀锡炉,其特征在于,所述镀锡炉的镀锡工艺流程为铜线经过放卷机(8),拉到模具矫直滑轮(9)处进行矫直,再进入刷洗机(10)经过铜刷刷洗,进行表面处理,刷洗机(10)后设置助焊剂槽,铜线经过焊剂槽后进行加热,进入镀锡炉镀锡,镀锡完后经过冷却槽(11)冷却后进入牵引机(12),铜线经过牵引通过收卷机(13)进行收卷。
