渔网,捕鱼用的网。目前尚未有用气味来诱捕鱼类的渔网。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种渔网,通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯85-90、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯3-5、氢化蓖麻油2-3、邻苯基苯酚0.5-1、丙烯酸十八烷基酯1-2、碳纳米管1-2、气味剂5-6;所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为用二氧化硅与玻璃微珠共混改性的超高分子量聚乙烯;所述的气味剂由动物内脏油脂10-15、肉桂粉2-3、鱼腥草3-5、臭鸡蛋2-3组成。
一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将改性超高分子量聚乙烯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、氢化蓖麻油、邻苯基苯酚、丙烯酸十八烷基酯、碳纳米管混合后使用单螺杆挤出机挤出;
(2)挤出成型后,置于格网上用气味剂加热熏蒸3-5h,再用常规方法编制制网即可。
有益效果:本发明添加了碳纳米管、氢化蓖麻油等添加剂,提高了渔网的物理强度与耐腐蚀性,同时采用气味熏蒸的方法实现了对龙虾的诱捕性,能显著提高捕获量。

下面根据实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯88、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯4、氢化蓖麻油3、邻苯基苯酚0.8、丙烯酸十八烷基酯2、碳纳米管1.6、气味剂6;所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为用二氧化硅与玻璃微珠共混改性的超高分子量聚乙烯;所述的气味剂由动物内脏油脂12、肉桂粉3、鱼腥草4、臭鸡蛋3组成。

1.一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯85-90、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯3-5、氢化蓖麻油2-3、邻苯基苯酚0.5-1、丙烯酸十八烷基酯1-2、碳纳米管1-2、气味剂5-6。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,其特征在于所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为制备方法如下:将超高分子量聚乙烯与二氧化硅、玻璃微珠在80-90℃下共混改性即可。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,其特征在于所述的气味剂由动物内脏油脂10-15、肉桂粉2-3、鱼腥草3-5、臭鸡蛋2-3组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将改性超高分子量聚乙烯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、氢化蓖麻油、邻苯基苯酚、丙烯酸十八烷基酯、碳纳米管混合后使用单螺杆挤出机挤出;
(2)挤出成型后,置于格网上用气味剂加热熏蒸3-5h再编制制网即可。
