本发明公开了一种用于捕鲢鱼的渔网,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯185‑190、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯3‑5、氢化蓖麻油2‑3、邻苯基苯酚0.5‑1、丙烯酸十八烷基酯1‑2、碳纳米管0.5‑1、诱捕微胶囊5‑6。本发明使用诱捕微胶囊对鲢鱼进行诱捕,气味持续长久有效,大大提高了鲢鱼的捕获量;此外,加入了改性超高分子量聚乙烯与碳纳米管等原料提高了线材的强度、韧性和耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种渔网,具体为一种用于诱捕黑鱼的渔网。
背景技术
渔网,捕鱼用的网。目前尚未有用气味来诱捕鱼类的渔网。
发明内容
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种用于捕鲢鱼的渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯185-190、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯3-5、氢化蓖麻油2-3、邻苯基苯酚0.5-1、丙烯酸十八烷基酯1-2、碳纳米管0.5-1、诱捕微胶囊5-6。
所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为制备方法如下:将超高分子量聚乙烯与二氧化硅、玻璃微珠在80-90℃下共混改性即可。
所述的诱捕微胶囊由以下原料制成:阿魏40-50、桂皮10-15、香油渣子5-10、大蒜汁10-15、干牛粪10-12、香油30-40、羟基纤维素钠150-160,制作方法分为以下步骤:
(1)将阿魏、桂皮用香油炒熟,粉碎为50-80目的细粉,将香油渣子晒干后与干牛粪分别研磨成50-80目的细粉;
(2)将步骤1得到的粉碎物混合后加入大蒜汁搅拌均匀得到混合物;
(3)使用羟基纤维素钠作为壁材,混合物作为芯材,用常规喷雾干燥法包囊固定即可得到粒径50-60um的微胶囊。
一种用于捕鲢鱼的渔网,由以下步骤制成:
(1)将原料置于70-80℃下均匀混合,然后放入挤出机挤出,挤出机一段温度为155-158℃,二段温度为158-160℃,三段温度为160-164℃,末段温度为162-168℃;
(2)挤出后放入喷丝箱拉丝牵伸得到渔网线,编制即得渔网。
有益效果:本发明使用诱捕微胶囊对鲢鱼进行诱捕,气味持续长久有效,鲢鱼的捕获量较常规渔网提高了80%以上;此外,加入了改性超高分子量聚乙烯与碳纳米管等原料使线材的强度提高了约20%、韧性提高了约15%、耐腐蚀性提高了约25%。同时,由于诱捕微胶囊粒径很小(50-60um),在实际生产中对渔网线的线材质量几乎没有影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于捕鲢鱼的渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯188、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯4、氢化蓖麻油3、邻苯基苯酚0.8、丙烯酸十八烷基酯1.5、碳纳米管0.6、诱捕微胶囊5.5。
所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为制备方法如下:将超高分子量聚乙烯与二氧化硅、玻璃微珠在88℃下共混改性即可。
所述的诱捕微胶囊由以下原料制成:阿魏40、桂皮12、香油渣子6、大蒜汁12、干牛粪12、香油36、羟基纤维素钠154,制作方法分为以下步骤:
(1)将阿魏、桂皮用香油炒熟,粉碎为80目的细粉,将香油渣子晒干后与干牛粪分别研磨成80目的细粉;
(2)将步骤1得到的粉碎物混合后加入大蒜汁搅拌均匀得到混合物;
(3)使用羟基纤维素钠作为壁材,混合物作为芯材,用常规喷雾干燥法包囊固定即可。
一种用于捕鲢鱼的渔网,由以下步骤制成:
(1)将原料置于75℃下均匀混合,然后放入挤出机挤出,挤出机一段温度为158℃,二段温度为160℃,三段温度为164℃,末段温度为166℃;
(2)挤出后放入喷丝箱拉丝牵伸得到渔网线,编制即得渔网。

1.一种用于捕鲢鱼的渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯185-190、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯3-5、氢化蓖麻油2-3、邻苯基苯酚0.5-1、丙烯酸十八烷基酯1-2、碳纳米管0.5-1、诱捕微胶囊5-6。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于捕龙虾的渔网,其特征在于所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为制备方法如下:将超高分子量聚乙烯与二氧化硅、玻璃微珠在80-90℃下共混改性即可。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于捕鲢鱼的渔网,其特征在于所述的诱捕微胶囊由以下原料制成:阿魏40-50、桂皮10-15、香油渣子5-10、大蒜汁10-15、干牛粪10-12、香油30-40、羟基纤维素钠150-160,制作方法分为以下步骤:
