本发明公开了一种车用复合底板及其制造方法,所述车用复合底板具有底层和上层构成的两层结构,所述底层为铝蜂窝夹芯材料层,所述上层为无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层。本发明的一种新型的车用复合底板采用了铝蜂窝夹芯材料层和无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层两层复合的结构,使该车用复合底板既具有高强度、高刚性,同时又具有很好的防滑、耐磨性,并且阻燃低烟,而且结构简单、制造方便,是一种新型结构的车用复合底板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用复合底板及其制造方法,特别涉及一种具有高强、高刚性、难燃、低烟型的车用复合底板及其制造方法。
背景技术
在车辆制造领域,随着对安全因素的考量和要求的不断提高,行业对于车用材料的性能有越来越高的要求,特别是在材料的防火性能方面。如果使用非防火材料,在发生车辆燃烧时,特别是在高速行驶时,将产生剧烈燃烧,在此情况下,驾乘人员几乎没有逃生的可能。为了更好地降低由于车用材料的燃烧问题导致的安全隐患,一般选用阻燃的材料作为一些可燃材料的替代品。但目前使用的大多数车用阻燃材料,由于添加了一些有害的阻燃剂,如卤素、氮磷系阻燃剂,会造成在燃烧时产生大量的有毒烟气,造成车内人员的窒息,因此其并没有起到很好地保护驾乘人员的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既具有高强度、高刚性,同时又具有很好的防滑、耐磨性并阻燃低烟的车用复合底板及其制造方法,可以应用在高铁、地铁、客车等车辆上。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种车用复合底板,该车用复合底板具有底层和上层构成的两层结构,所述底层为铝蜂窝夹芯材料层,所述上层为无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层。所述底层和所述上层之间的连接方式可以为粘接或其他任何现有技术中用于连接铝类材料和橡胶材料的合适方式。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层与所述铝蜂窝夹芯材料层之间采用粘结薄膜进行粘结,以使两者形成牢固的结合。所述的粘结薄膜可以为铝塑板专用的粘结薄膜,或任何可以用来粘结金属铝和橡胶类的物质的粘结薄膜。
本发明优选,所述的铝蜂窝夹芯材料层是由铝蜂窝芯材和铝板通过粘结剂粘结而成的以铝蜂窝为芯材的夹芯结构。这种铝蜂窝夹芯材料具有较低的质量,优异的刚性和剪切性能,同时完全不燃烧,具有很好的安全性,满足作为车辆底板的强度、防火性能的要求。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述无机阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的一种或其混合物。在所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材中,所述无机阻燃剂的质量含量为20%~80%,优选为30~70%。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述的无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层的橡胶是天然橡胶、丁氰橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或两种及以上的混合物。在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述橡胶也可以是热塑性弹性体橡胶例如苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯弹性体(SEBS)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)等的一种或两种及以上共混物。
本发明还提供所述车用复合底板的制造方法如下:将无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材、粘结薄膜、铝蜂窝夹芯板材依次叠加铺放,铺放好的材料放入到设定温度在120~200℃的热压机中,在0.1~0.5MPa的压力下加热20~300秒,使粘结薄膜熔融,实现所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材与铝蜂窝夹芯板材的粘结,然后冷却,即可得到由无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材和铝蜂窝夹芯板材构成的所述车用复合底板。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供和制造的车用复合底板具有如下明显的优点:
(1)本发明的一种新型的车用复合底板采用了铝蜂窝夹芯材料层和无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层两层复合的结构,使该车用复合底板既具有高强度、高刚性,同时又具有很好的防滑、耐磨性,并且阻燃低烟,而且结构简单、制造方便,是一种新型结构的车用复合底板;
(2)本发明的车用复合底板由于采用了铝蜂窝夹芯板材作为所述车用复合底板的支撑材料,在保证整个车用复合底板的强度、刚性的前提下,大大降低了整个车用复合底板的质量;
(3)本发明的车用复合底板采用无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材作为上层材料,保证了该车用复合底板的防滑性能和耐磨性,能够满足车用底板的防滑、耐磨的要求;
(4)本发明的车用复合底板的铝蜂窝夹芯板材本身不燃,提高了整体复合底板的防火等级;
(5)本发明的车用复合底板采用无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材作为复合底板的板面材料,不仅保证了材料的防火性能,而且大大降低了材料在分解时的发烟量,提高了整个复合底板的安全性。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

具体实施方式
天然的无机阻燃剂,例如氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝,由于在分解时产生水,没有其他任何有毒的气体产生,这些无机阻燃剂填充的材料在受热分解时不会产生大量的有毒气体,同时具有抑烟的效果,具有低烟、无毒且放热量小的优点,已经在一些防火要求非常严格的领域得到了广泛应用。
本发明提供一种车用复合底板及其制造方法,该车用复合底板具有底层和上层构成的两层结构,所述底层为铝蜂窝夹芯材料层,所述上层为无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层。
在本文中,由「一数值至另一数值」表示的范围,是一种避免在说明书中一一列举该范围中的所有数值的概要性表示方式。因此,某一特定数值范围的记载,涵盖该数值范围内的任意数值以及由该数值范围内的任意数值界定出的较小数值范围,如同在说明书中明文写出该任意数值和该较小数值范围一样。

实施例
请参见图1,本实施例提供的一种车用复合底板,具有底层和上层构成的两层结构,所述底层为铝蜂窝夹芯材料层30,所述上层为无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层10。所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层10与所述铝蜂窝夹芯材料层30之间采用粘结薄膜20进行粘结,以使两者形成牢固的结合。所述的粘结薄膜20可以为铝塑板专用的粘结薄膜,或任何可以用来粘结金属铝和橡胶类的物质的粘结薄膜。
在本实施例中,所述的铝蜂窝夹芯材料层30是由铝蜂窝芯材32和铝板31通过粘结剂粘结而成的以铝蜂窝为芯材的夹芯结构。其中,铝蜂窝芯材为一层,铝板为上下两层。这种铝蜂窝夹芯材料具有较低的质量,优异的刚性和剪切性能,同时完全不燃烧,具有很好的安全性,满足作为车辆底板的强度、防火性能的要求。
在本实施例中,所述无机阻燃剂可以为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的一种或其混合物。在所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材中,所述无机阻燃剂的质量含量为20%~80%,优选为30~70%。
在本实施例中,所述的无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层的橡胶可以选自天然橡胶、丁氰橡胶、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或两种及以上的混合物。此外,所述橡胶也可以是热塑性弹性体橡胶例如苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯弹性体(SEBS)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)等的一种或两种及以上共混物。上述无机阻燃剂在各种不同的橡胶板材中的具体优选含量可由本领域技术人员通过实验得到,此处不再详述。
本实施例的所述车用复合底板的制造方法如下:将无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材、粘结薄膜、铝蜂窝夹芯板材依次叠加铺放,铺放好的材料放入到设定温度在120~200℃的热压机中,在0.1~0.5MPa的压力下加热20~300秒,使粘结薄膜熔融,实现所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材与铝蜂窝夹芯板材的粘结,然后冷却,即可得到由无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材和铝蜂窝夹芯板材构成的所述车用复合底板。
在本发明及上述实施例的教导下,本领域技术人员很容易预见到,本发明所列举或例举的各原料或其等同替换物、各加工方法或其等同替换物都能实现本发明,以及各原料和加工方法的参数上下限取值、区间值都能实现本发明,在此不一一列举实施例。

1.一种车用复合底板,其特征在于,所述车用复合底板具有底层和上层构成的两层结构,所述底层为铝蜂窝夹芯材料层,所述上层为无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用复合底板,其特征在于,所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层与所述铝蜂窝夹芯材料层之间采用粘结薄膜进行粘结。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用复合底板,其特征在于,所述的铝蜂窝夹芯材料层是由铝蜂窝芯材和铝板通过粘结剂粘结而成的以铝蜂窝为芯材的夹芯结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车用复合底板,其特征在于,所述无机阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝的一种或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车用复合底板,其特征在于,在所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材层中,所述无机阻燃剂的质量含量为20%~80%。

8.一种权利要求1-7中任一项所述的车用复合底板的制造方法,其特征在于:将无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材、粘结薄膜、铝蜂窝夹芯板材依次叠加铺放,铺放好的材料放入到设定温度在120~200℃的热压机中,在0.1~0.5MPa的压力下加热20~300秒,使粘结薄膜熔融,实现所述无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材与铝蜂窝夹芯板材的粘结,然后冷却,即可得到由无机阻燃剂填充的橡胶板材和铝蜂窝夹芯板材构成的所述车用复合底板。
