Abstract

本发明涉及医用透析纸领域,具体的说是一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,包括辊筒、调距螺杆、分切刀和后盖。辊筒的两端架设在分切机上,辊筒内设置有四个互不相连的调距孔,且调距孔侧面与外界想通;分切刀外部套在辊筒上,内部设置在调距孔中;调距螺杆包括旋柄、一号轴承、杆体和二号轴承,调距螺杆设置在调距孔中,且杆体上设置有螺纹并从分切刀上穿过;旋柄固定在杆体一端的端面上;一号轴承和二号轴承套在杆体的两端。本发明可根据需要实时调节所分切的透析纸宽度,且操作灵敏,便于使用。

一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒
技术领域
本发明涉及医用透析纸领域,具体的说是一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒。
背景技术
透析纸多用在医疗灭菌上,单面是高密度聚乙烯醇,另一侧是透析纸,用于包装医疗器械进行灭菌,透析纸的好处是可以进出蒸汽,但不透水,使用时用封口机封合即可。在透析纸的制造过程中,要经过木浆水解、铺网、辊压、烘干精制纸张、收卷、分切和包装过程,而在分切过程中,由于分切后的产品需要用在不同的场合,因此透析纸的宽度需要根据需要来切出,如果依靠手工裁剪效率太低,而传统的分切机在调节透析纸分切宽度时不够灵活。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,可根据需要实时调节所分切的透析纸宽度,并能根据所需要分切成的份数来安装不同数量的分切刀,且操作灵敏,便于使用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,包括辊筒、调距螺杆、分切刀和后盖。所述辊筒的两端架设在分切机上,辊筒内设置有四个互不相连的调距孔;所述的调距孔包括环绕辊筒轴心设置的内孔,内孔侧面通过外孔与外界相通。
所述的后盖与辊筒的后端面联接,后盖上设置有四个盲孔。
所述的调距螺杆设置在内孔中,调距螺杆包括旋柄、一号轴承、杆体和二号轴承;所述的杆体设置在内孔中,杆体的侧壁上设置有外螺纹;所述的旋柄固定在杆体一端的端面上;所述的一号轴承套在杆体的一端;所述的二号轴承套在杆体的另一端,且二号轴承设置在后盖的盲孔内。
所述的分切刀包括刀刃、定向块和定位块;所述的刀刃呈环形,刀刃套在辊筒上;所述的定向块呈长方体形,定向块数量为四,且四个定向块分别固定在环形刀刃的内侧,定向块设置在外孔内,且定向块的横截面与外孔的横截面大小相等,定向块用于限制分切刀的自由度并使其在辊筒上移动时更加平稳;所述的定位块与四个定向块中的一个固定,当分切刀数量不止一个时,不同分切刀上的定位块设置在沿辊筒轴线投影后位置不同的定向块上;定位块中部设置有螺纹孔,该定位块设置在内孔中,且定位块还套在杆体上并与其配合;杆体旋转带动定位块平行于辊筒运动,使得分切刀在辊筒上移动。
优选的,所述的内孔呈圆柱形,外孔呈长方体形。
优选的,所述的定位块呈圆环形,且定位块的螺纹孔上涂有润滑油,使得定位块的调节更加轻松便捷。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,可根据需要实时调节所分切的透析纸宽度,且操作灵敏,便于使用;
(2)本发明的一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,能根据所需要分切成的份数来安装不同数量的分切刀,适用性强。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5,本实施例的一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,包括辊筒1、调距螺杆2、分切刀3和后盖4。所述辊筒1的两端架设在分切机上,辊筒1内设置有四个互不相连的调距孔11;所述的调距孔11包括环绕辊筒1轴心设置的内孔111,内孔111侧面通过外孔112与外界相通;所述的内孔111呈圆柱形,外孔111呈长方体形。
所述的后盖4与辊筒1的后端面联接,后盖4上设置有四个盲孔41。
所述的调距螺杆2设置在内孔111中,调距螺杆2包括旋柄21、一号轴承22、杆体23和二号轴承24;所述的杆体23设置在内孔111中,杆体23的侧壁上设置有外螺纹;所述的旋柄21固定在杆体23一端的端面上;所述的一号轴承22套在杆体23的一端;所述的二号轴承24套在杆体23的另一端,且二号轴承24设置在后盖4的盲孔41内。
所述的分切刀3包括刀刃31、定向块32和定位块33;所述的刀刃31呈环形,刀刃31套在辊筒1上;所述的定向块32呈长方体形,定向块32数量为四,且四个定向块32分别固定在环形刀刃31的内侧,定向块32设置在外孔112内,且定向块32的横截面与外孔112的横截面大小相等,定向块32用于限制分切刀3的自由度并使其在辊筒1上移动时更加平稳;所述的定位块33与四个定向块32中的一个固定;定位块33中部设置有螺纹孔,该定位块33设置在内孔111中,且定位块33还套在杆体23上并与其配合;所述的定位块33呈圆环形,且定位块33的螺纹孔上涂有润滑油,使得定位块33的调节更加轻松便捷;杆体23旋转带动定位块33平行于辊筒1运动,使得分切刀3在辊筒1上移动。
本实施例的一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒在使用时,转动旋柄21使杆体23转动,杆体23带动定位块33移动,进而带动刀刃31在辊筒1上移动,从而达到改变裁切宽度的目的;另外,当裁切的份数超过两份时,可在辊筒1中继续安装分切刀1,并通过调节所有的调距螺杆2来调控分切刀3的位置。

1.一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,其特征在于:包括辊筒(1)、调距螺杆(2)、分切刀(3)和后盖(4);其中:
所述辊筒(1)的两端架设在分切机上,辊筒(1)内设置有四个互不相连的调距孔(11);所述的调距孔(11)包括环绕辊筒(1)轴心设置的内孔(111),内孔(111)侧面通过外孔(112)与外界相通;
所述的后盖(4)与辊筒(1)的后端面联接,后盖(4)上设置有四个盲孔(41);
所述的调距螺杆(2)设置在内孔(111)中,调距螺杆(2)包括旋柄(21)、一号轴承(22)、杆体(23)和二号轴承(24);所述的杆体(23)设置在内孔(111)中,杆体(23)的侧壁上设置有外螺纹;所述的旋柄(21)固定在杆体(23)一端的端面上;所述的一号轴承(22)套在杆体(23)的一端;所述的二号轴承(24)套在杆体(23)的另一端,且二号轴承(24)设置在后盖(4)的盲孔(41)内;
所述的分切刀(3)包括刀刃(31)、定向块(32)和定位块(33);所述的刀刃(31)呈环形,刀刃(31)套在辊筒(1)上;所述的定向块(32)呈长方体形,定向块(32)数量为四,且四个定向块(32)分别固定在环形刀刃(31)的内侧,定向块(32)设置在外孔(112)内,且定向块(32)的横截面与外孔(112)的横截面大小相等;所述的定位块(33)与四个定向块(32)中的一个固定,定位块(33)中部设置有螺纹孔,该定位块(33)设置在内孔(111)中,且定位块(33)还套在杆体(23)上并与其配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,其特征在于:所述的内孔(111)呈圆柱形,外孔(111)呈长方体形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种裁切宽度可调的医用透析纸分切辊筒,其特征在于:所述的定位块(33)呈圆环形,且定位块(33)的螺纹孔上涂有润滑油。
