Abstract

本发明涉及雨伞领域,具体的说是一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨,所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作,所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成。所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。本发明在现有雨伞的基础上,通过改变雨伞布料的组成,使得雨伞能够反射紫外线。

技术领域
本发明涉及雨伞领域,具体的说是一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞。
背景技术
中国是世界上最早发明雨伞的国家,从发明之日到现在至少也有3500多年的历史。现如今,伞已不再是传统意义上仅为遮风挡雨所用,它的家族可谓子孙繁衍,款式众多。随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对伞的样式、功能的追求也在不断求新,因而一些新样式的伞也不断被发明出来。现有技术中的雨伞主要有长柄伞和折叠伞,伞的种类也越来越多,伞面上的花纹也越来越丰富,伞的功能也应该不断创新。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,在现有雨伞的基础上,通过改变雨伞布料的组成,使得雨伞能够反射紫外线。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨,所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作,所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成。
所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。
优选的,所述的中层布为防水胶膜。
优选的,所述的内层布包括用于构成其主体的经线和纬线,且经线和纬线之间存在缝隙,该缝隙用PU涂料填充;所述的经线和所述的纬线为涤纶丝;所述的PU涂料由61%—75%的聚氨酯、25%—35%的甲苯和0.5%—2%的聚氨酯固化剂构成。
优选的,所述的PU涂料配比为:63%—74%的聚氨酯、27%—33%的甲苯和1%—2%的聚氨酯固化剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,在现有雨伞的基础上,通过改变雨伞布料的组成,使得雨伞能够反射紫外线。

本实施例的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨,所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作,所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成。
所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。
所述的中层布为防水胶膜。
所述的内层布包括用于构成其主体的经线和纬线,且经线和纬线之间存在缝隙,该缝隙用PU涂料填充;所述的经线和所述的纬线为涤纶丝;所述的PU涂料由61%—75%的聚氨酯、25%—35%的甲苯和0.5%—2%的聚氨酯固化剂构成。

1.一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨,所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作,其特征在于:所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成;
所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,其特征在于:所述的中层布为防水胶膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞,其特征在于:所述的内层布包括用于构成其主体的经线和纬线,且经线和纬线之间存在缝隙,该缝隙用PU涂料填充;所述的经线和所述的纬线为涤纶丝;所述的PU涂料由61%—75%的聚氨酯、25%—35%的甲苯和0.5%—2%的聚氨酯固化剂构成。
