本发明涉及雨伞领域，具体的说是一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨，所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作，所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成。所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。本发明在现有雨伞的基础上，通过改变雨伞布料的组成，使得雨伞能够反射紫外线。

技术领域
本发明涉及雨伞领域，具体的说是一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞。
背景技术
中国是世界上最早发明雨伞的国家，从发明之日到现在至少也有3500多年的历史。现如今，伞已不再是传统意义上仅为遮风挡雨所用，它的家族可谓子孙繁衍，款式众多。随着科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对伞的样式、功能的追求也在不断求新，因而一些新样式的伞也不断被发明出来。现有技术中的雨伞主要有长柄伞和折叠伞，伞的种类也越来越多，伞面上的花纹也越来越丰富，伞的功能也应该不断创新。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题，本发明提供了一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，在现有雨伞的基础上，通过改变雨伞布料的组成，使得雨伞能够反射紫外线。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨，所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作，所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成。
所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。
优选的，所述的中层布为防水胶膜。
优选的，所述的内层布包括用于构成其主体的经线和纬线，且经线和纬线之间存在缝隙，该缝隙用PU涂料填充；所述的经线和所述的纬线为涤纶丝；所述的PU涂料由61％—75％的聚氨酯、25％—35％的甲苯和0.5％—2％的聚氨酯固化剂构成。
优选的，所述的PU涂料配比为：63％—74％的聚氨酯、27％—33％的甲苯和1％—2％的聚氨酯固化剂。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，在现有雨伞的基础上，通过改变雨伞布料的组成，使得雨伞能够反射紫外线。

本实施例的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨，所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作，所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成。
所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。
所述的中层布为防水胶膜。
所述的内层布包括用于构成其主体的经线和纬线，且经线和纬线之间存在缝隙，该缝隙用PU涂料填充；所述的经线和所述的纬线为涤纶丝；所述的PU涂料由61％—75％的聚氨酯、25％—35％的甲苯和0.5％—2％的聚氨酯固化剂构成。

1.一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，包括伞布和支撑伞布的伞骨，所述的伞骨采用尼龙和玻璃纤维的混合材料制作，其特征在于：所述的伞布由位于最内侧的内层布、位于最外层的外层布和位于二者中间的中层布组成；
所述的外层布为陶瓷微粉与涤纶材料混合而成的材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，其特征在于：所述的中层布为防水胶膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，其特征在于：所述的内层布包括用于构成其主体的经线和纬线，且经线和纬线之间存在缝隙，该缝隙用PU涂料填充；所述的经线和所述的纬线为涤纶丝；所述的PU涂料由61％—75％的聚氨酯、25％—35％的甲苯和0.5％—2％的聚氨酯固化剂构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隔绝紫外线的防晒型雨伞，其特征在于：所述的PU涂料配比为：63％—74％的聚氨酯、27％—33％的甲苯和1％—2％的聚氨酯固化剂。
