Description

一种多层复合防晒伞布和防晒伞 技术领域
本发明涉及伞具领域，具体涉及一种多层复合防晒伞布和防晒伞。
背景技术
防晒伞的伞布是伞功能的重要组成部分，同时又是防晒功能高低的主要决定因素。现有技术中防晒效果较好的伞布是增加银胶涂层或黑胶涂层，黑胶涂层的防紫外线程度较高且不易脱落，但是由于黑胶层的颜色为黑色，可以吸收各种可见光，导致处于伞布下的使用者感觉到非常热。为了克服上述问题，现有技术中将黑胶层外层再涂上银胶层或其它颜色层，但是在使用过程中因折叠次数的增加，银胶层或其它颜色层容易脱落。
基于现有技术的缺陷，一种具有黑胶层且不会使黑胶层大量吸收热量的防晒伞布的需求是存在的。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种多层复合防晒伞布及由上述伞布制成的防晒伞。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
本发明提供一种多层复合防晒伞布，所述多层复合伞布由高密度碰击布、黑胶层和伞布复合组成，所述黑胶层设置在所述高密度碰击布和所述伞布之间。
进一步地，所述黑胶涂层以涂布的方式贴合到所述高密度碰击布。
进一步地，所述黑胶涂层以渗透的方式贴合到所述高密度碰击布。
进一步地，所述高密度碰击布、所述黑胶层和所述伞布的复合方式为 网线缝制或粘合。
进一步地，所述伞布为用于装饰的伞布。
本发明还提供一种防晒伞，包括上述的多层复合防晒伞布。
由于采用以上技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
本发明提供的多层复合防晒伞布中的黑胶层设置在高密度碰击布和伞布之间，既可以达到防紫外线的目的，又不会使黑胶层吸收大量的热，且黑胶层不会暴露在外界。本发明在使用过程中可实现较少黑胶层的磨损和脱落，使得防晒伞布的防晒效果更加持久。高密度碰击布设置在最外层，可以达到“一甩即干”的效果，能够使伞布更好的防水。用于装饰的伞布设置在最内层，由于上述伞布可以很好的吸附油墨，其印刷效果要比在普通伞布和胶层上牢固很多。
本发明的多层复合防晒伞布可以达到更高的防雨、防晒又美观的要求。用这种伞布制成的伞，更加防晒、耐用，质量较佳。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，下面结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
图1显示了多层复合防晒伞布11的示意图。多层复合伞布11由高密度碰击布111、黑胶层112和伞布113复合组成，黑胶层112设置在高密度碰击布111和伞布113之间。黑胶层112以涂布的方式贴合到高密度碰击布层111，即在高密度碰击布111的表面上涂有一层黑胶层112。伞布113为用于装饰的伞布。高密度碰击布111、黑胶层112和伞布113的复合方式为网线缝制。
一种防晒伞1，包括上述的多层复合防晒伞布11为伞布(如图3所示)。
实施例2
图2显示了多层复合防晒伞布11的示意图。多层复合伞布11由高密度碰击布111、黑胶层112和伞布113复合组成，黑胶层112设置在高密度碰击布111和伞布113之间。将黑胶层112制成液体试剂。并将液体试剂的黑胶层112以渗透的方式贴合到高密度碰击布111。伞布113为用于装饰的伞布。高密度碰击布111、黑胶层112和伞布113的复合方式为网线缝制。
一种防晒伞1，包括上述的多层复合防晒伞布11为伞布(如图3所示)。
作为本发明的另一优选实施例，高密度碰击布111、黑胶层112和伞布113的复合方式为粘合。

  1. 一种多层复合防晒伞布，其特征在于，所述多层复合伞布由高密度碰击布、黑胶层和伞布复合组成，所述黑胶层设置在所述高密度碰击布和所述伞布之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多层复合防晒伞布，其特征在于，所述黑胶涂层以涂布的方式贴合到所述高密度碰击布。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多层复合防晒伞布，其特征在于，所述黑胶涂层以渗透的方式贴合到所述高密度碰击布。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多层复合防晒伞布，其特征在于，所述高密度碰击布、所述黑胶层和所述伞布的复合方式为网线缝制或粘合。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的多层复合防晒伞布，其特征在于，所述伞布为用于装饰的伞布。
  6. 一种防晒伞，包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的多层复合防晒伞布。
