Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于卷绕连续的材料条的卷绕装置,具有用于在条材方向上将该材料条切断成多个材料条段的至少一把刀和用于翻转所述材料条段的边缘的折叠装置。为了提供允许尽量简单且无折叠地卷绕具有翻边的材料条的卷绕装置,设有振动装置,能借助该振动装置使所述至少一把刀横向于该条材方向运动。

卷绕装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用于卷绕连续的材料条的卷绕装置,具有用于在条材方向上将材料条切断成多个材料条段的至少一把刀和用于翻转材料条段边缘的折叠装置。
背景技术
这样的卷绕装置由US8,221,298B2公开且尤其被用于拉伸薄膜的卷绕。
拉伸薄膜用于保护并包装单独货品例如至货板上。货品在此利用拉伸薄膜被裹起来,从而货品借助自附着的拉伸薄膜相互连接。
事实表明,拉伸薄膜的边缘经常是在裹绕到货板上时薄膜开裂的起始点。拉伸薄膜卷的边缘的已轻微受损可能使拉伸薄膜卷不可用,这尤其在手裹膜应用中是紧要的。这样的受损例如出现在绕成的拉伸薄膜卷在运输中错误地碰到角部或落地时。
还已知的是,拉伸薄膜通过在卷成卷之前的边缘翻转或折叠而更耐损伤,结果具有较少开裂。但边缘翻转也导致膜卷边缘在直边卷绕时不允许地变厚变硬。
因此,在边缘翻转情况下需要将膜边缘在卷上周期性横向移位。这例如可以通过使卷轴侧向振动或借助可成角度运动的导辊在各个获得物裁切之后进行。
但是,膜条在卷绕之前的换向或振动又可能产生折叠,所述折叠又可能不利地影响到膜的作用。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的任务是提供一种卷绕装置,其允许尽量简单且无折叠地卷绕具有翻边的材料条。
该任务通过一种振动装置来完成,所述至少一把刀可借助该振动装置横向于条材方向运动。
因而,本发明的一个重要认识在于,使被用于获得物裁切的刀梁横向于膜方向振动。用于在获得物裁切之后翻转边缘的装置或是被安装在相同的刀梁上且相应执行与刀一样的振动运动,或是它们被安装在设于刀梁后面且执行与刀梁同步的振动运动的一个梁上。
其结果就是,翻边在位置固定的相应卷轴上横向移位且可以实现边缘结构缩小的卷绕。在此,所述运动的行程和频率是可调的且能按照需要根据条材速度、膜厚和增大的卷直径来调整,从而出现最佳的边缘几何形状。
不同的变型适用于后面的用于产生折叠侧边缘的翻转装置。一个变型在于每个翻边设有一个翻转装置。每个所述翻转装置可直接并排投入使用或先后投入使用。也可以想到边缘翻转装置居中伸入切口中以便开动起来,为此影响到两个边缘,且在伸入时通过适当的运动学改变位置或形状,从而它们仅还影响到一个边缘。这可以针对相邻的边缘来同时或先后进行。
翻转装置的另一个变型在于,由多个获得物制造和吸走一个条带段。接着,通过该条带段已在两个边缘之间产生距离,这使得单独翻转各边缘成为可能。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有许多优点。
在现有技术中已知的使翻边横向振动的方法通常是很昂贵的,因为须分别在获得物裁切后使每个单独获得物都振动起来。为此需要一般昂贵的、复杂的且需要高强度维护工作的附加装置。
根据一个本发明的解决方案,在获得物宽度和获得物数量方面不存在限制。
根据一个优选实施方式规定,该振动装置包括被驱动的皮带,在该皮带上安装有所述至少一把刀。该皮带例如可以是循环齿形带,其通过被电动机驱动的齿轮来运动。
根据另一个优选实施方式规定,该振动装置包括被线性马达驱动的刀梁,在该刀梁上安装有所述至少一把刀。
还优选设有用于控制该振动装置的控制单元。为此,可通过该控制装置设定所有可能的运动形式或裁切样式。尤其也可以想到一直测量卷成卷材的厚度分布且根据所测的厚度分布如此控制该振动装置,即,得到尽量均匀的厚度分布。
本发明尤其有利地被用于卷绕在流延膜生产设备或吹塑膜生产设备上制造的拉伸薄膜。

具体实施方式
图1示出本发明的第一实施方式。材料条101是在流延膜生产设备上制造的拉伸薄膜。
拉伸薄膜101在其制造后朝着方向102被输送,进而到达刀梁103。刀梁103通过振动装置在方向104上被来回运动且共具有五把切割刀105。在边缘处,在左右两侧都出现边角料111、112,它们可以被继续加工以用于其它目的。
在刀梁103后面出现S形条带106、107、108和109,确切说大致按照如图1所示的形状。在此,所述S形边缘绝不一定是形状相同的。该振动装置的运动幅度和运动频率也可以是无规律的。另外也可以想到各个刀105被单独控制,因而完成不同的运动。
图2示出本发明的第二实施方式。材料条201还是在流延膜生产设备上制造的拉伸薄膜。
拉伸薄膜201在其制造后朝着方向202被输送,因而到达刀梁203。刀梁203通过振动装置在方向204上被来回运动且共具有三把切割刀205。左右两侧的最外边缘未被裁切,故不同于根据图1的实施方式地没有边角料。
在刀梁203的后面出现S形条带206、207、208和209,确切说大致按照如图2所示的形状。在此,所述S形边缘绝不一定是形状相同的。该振动装置的运动幅度和运动频率也可以是无规律的。另外也可以想到这些刀205被单独控制,因而完成不同的运动。
所述外条带206、209分别具有一个笔直边缘和一个S形边缘,并且以这样的形状被继续加工以用于特殊目的。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于卷绕连续的材料条的卷绕装置,具有用于在条材方向上将该材料条切断成多个材料条段的至少一把刀和用于翻转所述材料条段的边缘的折叠装置,其特征是,还具有振动装置,能借此使所述至少一把刀横向于该条材方向运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷绕装置,其特征是,该振动装置包括被驱动的且安装有所述至少一把刀的皮带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷绕装置,其特征是,该振动装置包括被线性马达驱动的刀梁,在该刀梁上安装所述至少一把刀。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的卷绕装置,其特征是,该卷绕装置具有用于控制该振动装置的控制单元。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的卷绕装置,其特征是,所述材料条是在流延膜生产设备上或在吹塑膜生产设备上制造的拉伸薄膜。
