背景技术

发明内容

在以下说明书中,将描述本发明的各方面。基于解释目的,将展示详细细节,以完全地理解本发明。本领域技术人员可以理解,还存在细节上不同的本发明的其他实施例,它们不会影响本发明的实质特性。因此,本发明不限于本发明说明书和附图中描述的,而只是由所附权利要求限定,权利要求最广泛的解释限定本发明合适的保护范围。
当用于数字量时,术语“约”指的是相对于标准值的±20%的范围。
除非另外指出,本文中描述的组合物给定的量为重量。
商业级KCl和NaCl通常包含少量MCl2(M=Mg、Ca、或其组合)杂质。这些MCl2盐明显比上面所述的碱金属氯盐更吸湿,从而导致最终产物倾向于聚集,然后破碎,使其不适用于在焊接时支撑管(如热塑性管)的末端的插入物。本发明人已经发现,添加少量MgO比单独KCl或NaCl能产生更适于用于在连接时支撑管的插入物的材料。在本领域已知KCl/MgO混合物相对于商业级KCl具有更低的吸水倾向,例如见美国专利号为6379414的文献。
在典型的实施例中,插入物由商业级KCl制成的材料制成,商业级KCl通常为平均尺寸约为0.5mm的颗粒形式。通常2-4微米的颗粒形式的MgO加入KCl中。在一些实施例中,加入相当于KCl的重量的2.5%至3.5%的MgO。
在一些优选实施例中,加入的MgO的量约为MCl2的重量的3倍。例如,当使用含有约0.2%MgCl2/CaCl2的商业级KCl,在优选实施例中,约加入0.7%MgO。MgO和MCl2的比例可以与这些优选实施例中使用的比例不同,只要不会明显影响最终产物的性能即可。因此,本发明人已经发现可以使用更低的比例(如约1.7)。本发明人考虑使用更高的MgO:MCl2比例,这也落入本发明的保护范围内,虽然在实际中,高的比例仅用于特殊环境中,因为相对于混合物中其他成分,MgO的更高的成本,以及当使用更高比例的MgO时产生增加的量的不溶物。
在优选实施例中,随后混合MgO和KCl,直至得到均匀的混合物,通常需要5-15分钟。将足够的水添加至(通常为2%)KCl/MgO混合物中,以使MgO与KCl中的杂质反应。
在插入物的一些实施例中,插入物由根据上述制备的材料制成,除了使用商业级NaCl代替KCl。
在插入物的一些实施例中,插入物由NaCl制成的材料制成。少量的(在典型实施例中,约为0.2wt%)MgCl2加入NaCl粉末中。在NaCl和MgCl2混合之后,再混合少量(通常约2%)水。将MgO(通常为MgCl2的重量的约3倍)加入湿混合物中,然后根据以上描述制备材料。可以用固体代替MgCl2溶液。
然后干燥湿混合物。可以通过本领域已知的任何方法进行干燥。在一些优选实施例中,在烘箱中干燥该混合物约2h,在该过程中,烘箱中的温度室温上升至120℃。当使用静态烘箱时,通常需要粉碎从烘箱中得到的块状物,在优选实施例中,随后使粉碎的块状物通过1mm的筛筛分,以得到粉末。当使用转鼓烘箱时,通过得到的干燥产物为粉末形式,从而不需要进一步粉碎或筛分。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在铸造插入物之前,将溶解增强剂,如Na2CO3和柠檬酸的混合物或NaHCO3和柠檬酸的混合物添加至材料中,以增加插入物的溶解速率。
在本发明的范围内还公开了按照如上所述制备的材料制成的插入物。将所述材料铸造成理想形状;非限制性的形状包括实心圆柱体和管。在本发明的优选实施例中,将粉末状的材料放置于理想形状的模具中,并按压成理想的形状。在典型实施例中,材料暴露至200-1000kg/cm2的压力下,直至获得理想形状的插入物。
通过这种方式制得的插入物通常在几分钟内,快速地溶解于流动水中,完全溶解大概用1h。
在本发明的范围内还公开了如上所述的插入物在连接管中的用途。
在本发明的范围内还公开了用于连接管末端的方法。将如上所述的插入物放置在待连接的管的末端内,插入物具有与管末端的内径匹配的外径。然后通过本领域已知的方法,如对接焊接连接所述管。然后在水流穿过连接管的作用下冲洗插入物,从而留下单独的连接管,在管内径处不会有任何限制,在管内部也不会残留任何焊接材料。该方法特别用于连接由热塑性材料制成的管。插入物足够坚硬,以支撑材料,并足够耐热,从而在焊接过程的条件下不会变形或断开。

Claims (57)

1.用于连接管的水溶性插入物,所述水溶性插入物由包含选自KCl、NaCl或其混合物的盐的材料制成,
其特征在于,所述水溶性插入物包括吸湿杂质,所述吸湿杂质包括选自由MgCl2和CaCl2组成的组中的至少一种物质;和
所述水溶性插入物包括MgO,MgO的量足以与所述吸湿杂质反应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述MgO包括直径为2至4微米的颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述盐包括商业级KCl。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述KCl为平均尺寸约0.5mm的颗粒形式。
5.根据权利要求3所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,KCL:MgO的重量比为96.5:3.5至97.5:2.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,在所述盐中,MgO的重量为杂质的重量的2.5至3.5倍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述盐包括NaCl。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,包括0.2wt%的MgCl2,0.7wt%的MgO,剩余的为NaCl。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述材料包括溶解增强剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述溶解增强剂选自(a)NaHCO3和柠檬酸的混合物,和(b)Na2CO3和柠檬酸的混合物。
11.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述水溶性插入物为管的形式。
12.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述水溶性插入物为实心圆柱体的形式。
13.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述水溶性插入物由以下物质组成的材料制得:
选自KCl、NaCl或其任意组合的盐;
吸湿杂质,其包括选自由MgCl2和CaCl2组成的组中的物质;
MgO,其量足以与所述吸湿杂质反应;和
可选地,溶解增强剂。
14.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述MgO包括直径为2至4微米的颗粒。
15.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述盐为商业级KCl。
16.根据权利要求15所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述KCl为平均尺寸约0.5mm的颗粒形式。
17.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,KCL:MgO的重量比为96.5:3.5至97.5:2.5。
18.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述盐中MgO的重量为杂质重量的2.5至3.5倍。
19.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述盐为NaCl。
20.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述溶解增强剂选自(a)NaHCO3和柠檬酸的混合物,和(b)Na2CO3和柠檬酸的混合物。
21.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述水溶性插入物为管的形式。
22.根据权利要求13所述的水溶性插入物,其特征在于,所述水溶性插入物为实心圆柱体的形式。
23.制备用于连接管的水溶性插入物的方法,该方法包括:
将选自KCl、NaCl或其混合物的盐与足以与所述盐中的吸湿杂质反应的一定量的MgO混合;
添加水,水的量足以使所述MgO与所述盐中的吸湿杂质发生反应;
干燥所述添加水的步骤得到的产物;和
铸造所述干燥步骤得到的产物,从而形成所述水溶性插入物。
24.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述混合步骤包括混合重量为所述盐中的杂质的重量的2.5至3.5倍的MgO。
25.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述混合步骤包括混合商业级KCl和MgO,KCl:MgO的重量比为96.5:3.5至97.5:2.5。
26.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述混合步骤包括混合重量比为99.1:0.2:0.7的NaCl、MgCl2和MgO。
27.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述混合步骤包括混合直至获得均匀混合物。
28.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述添加水的步骤包括向所述混合步骤的产物中加入小于或等于2wt%的水。
29.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述干燥步骤包括在不超过120℃的温度进行干燥。
30.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述干燥步骤包括在烘箱中进行干燥。
31.根据权利要求23所述的方法,还包括:
粉碎经过所述干燥步骤后获得的块状物;和
通过1mm筛进行筛分。
32.根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述干燥步骤包括在转鼓烘箱中进行干燥。
33.根据权利要求23所述的方法,进一步包括在所述铸造步骤之前添加溶解增强剂的步骤。
34.根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述添加溶解增强剂的步骤包括添加选自(a)NaHCO3和柠檬酸的混合物,和(b)Na2CO3和柠檬酸的混合物的溶解增强剂。
35.根据权利要求23所述的方法,所述铸造步骤包括:
将所述干燥步骤的产物放置在模具中;和
向所述模具施加压力,直至形成水溶性插入物。
36.根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述施加压力的步骤包括施加200至1000kg/cm2的压力。
37.一种制备用于连接管的水溶性插入物的方法,该方法包括:
添加水至选自KCl、NaCl及其混合物的盐中;
添加足以与所述盐中的吸湿杂质反应的一定量的MgO至前面步骤的产物中;
干燥所述添加MgO的步骤的产物;和
铸造所述干燥步骤的产物,所述铸造步骤包括:
将所述干燥步骤的产物放置在模具中;和
向所述模具施加压力,直至形成水溶性插入物。
38.根据权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述混合步骤包括混合重量为所述盐中的杂质的重量的2.5至3.5倍的MgO。
39.根据权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述混合步骤包括将商业级KCl与MgO以KCl:MgO的重量比为96.5:3.5至97.5:2.5混合。
40.根据权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括添加MgCl2至所述盐的步骤。
41.根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,所述添加MgCl2的步骤包括向所述盐中添加0.2wt%的MgCl2

54.一种用于连接两个管的相对末端的方法,包括:
将权利要求1所述的插入物插入到所述管的相对末端内;和
连接所述两个管,从而制得连接管。
55.根据权利要求54所述的方法,还包括使水流过所述连接管,直至所述插入物溶解。
56.根据权利要求54所述的方法,其特征在于,所述连接步骤包括对接焊接所述两个管。
