本发明公开了的一种1kv铝芯架空电缆,包括两根平行纵置结构相同的线缆,两根线缆之间通过多根连接筋连接;所述的线缆包括缆芯、挤包在缆芯外的外护套以及设置在外护套外的塑料冷却管,其缆芯由一根碳纤维丝以及平行对称纵置在碳纤维丝两侧的两根铝线构成。本发明具有耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐水蒸气、耐过热水性能、电绝缘性能、散热性好等优点。

一种1kv铝芯架空电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,尤其是指一种1kv铝芯架空电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会的发展,电缆的需求量不断上涨,人们对电缆的要求也越来越高,尤其是在架空电缆的环境中,电缆受到外部应力作用时,其内部的导线容易发生位移,导致电缆局部温度过高,影响电缆的通信效果;现有的电缆散热效果较差,在电缆工作过程中,不能将导体产生的热量有效的散发掉,导致导体温度过高,造成其载流量降低。
在电力远距离输送应用中,一般情况下,地上部分通常采用钢芯铝绞线,地下部分采用外挤包绝缘层的绝缘电缆。现有技术中,采用钢芯铝绞线,而不是普通钢丝,因为普通钢丝的抗拉强度比较小,就算是高强度钢丝也达不到长距离架设电缆之间的拉力。另外,架空跨距受到限制,且架空尺度大,不仅造成成本升高,且抵抗外部风力以及雨天的能力较差,如果遇到雷雨大风天气,以及冰雹冰冻,容易发生断裂而引起事故。因此,提供一种具有较高强度的架空电缆是本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种散热性好、不易发生位移,不易断芯的1kv铝芯架空电缆。
本发明所述的一种1kv铝芯架空电缆,包括两根平行纵置结构相同的线缆,两根线缆之间通过多根连接筋连接;所述的线缆包括缆芯、挤包在缆芯外的外护套以及设置在外护套外的塑料冷却管,其缆芯由一根碳纤维丝以及平行对称纵置在碳纤维丝两侧的两根铝线构成。
进一步改进,所述的铝线由铝导体以及挤包在铝导体外的三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的塑料冷却管内设有冷却液。
进一步改进,所述的连接筋采用塑料连接筋。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、采用铝导体替换钢丝,增大了抗拉强度,增强了拉力。
2、铝芯之间平行设置,并加设一根碳纤维丝,使得电缆在雷雨大风天气,以及冰雹冰冻,不容易发生断裂而引起事故。
3、本发明的线缆之间通过多根连接筋连接,在任意一根或多根连接筋损坏时,剩余的连接筋仍能固定连接两根线缆,使电缆受到外力碰撞时,使用更加安全牢靠;
4、本发明设有冷却管,通过冷却管的壁的热传递将在冷却管的整个圆周的周围达到平衡,并且实现有效热量传递到被布置在冷却管中的冷却液体,使得电缆整体的热量减少,减小了集肤效应;
5、电缆采用三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层,因为三元乙丙橡胶具有低密度高填充性,耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐水蒸气、耐过热水性能、电绝缘性能和耐电晕性以及弹性好,使得电缆也具有以上各性能,大大提高了电缆的性能优势。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种1kv铝芯架空电缆,包括两根平行纵置结构相同的线缆,两根线缆之间通过多根连接筋4连接;所述的线缆包括缆芯、挤包在缆芯外的外护套5以及设置在外护套外的塑料冷却管6,塑料冷却管6内设有冷却液,通过冷却管的壁的热传递将在冷却管的整个圆周的周围达到平衡,并且实现有效热量传递到被布置在冷却管中的冷却液体,使得电缆整体的热量减少,减小了集肤效应;其缆芯由一根碳纤维丝3以及平行对称纵置在碳纤维丝两侧的两根铝线构成。
其中,所述的铝线由铝导体1以及挤包在铝导体外的三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层2构成,因为三元乙丙橡胶具有低密度高填充性,耐老化性、耐腐蚀性、耐水蒸气、耐过热水性能、电绝缘性能和耐电晕性以及弹性好,使得电缆也具有以上各性能,大大提高了电缆的性能优势。
本发明提供了1kv铝芯架空电缆的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部份均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种1kv铝芯架空电缆,其特征在于:包括两根平行纵置结构相同的线缆,两根线缆之间通过多根连接筋连接;所述的线缆包括缆芯、挤包在缆芯外的外护套以及设置在外护套外的塑料冷却管,其缆芯由一根碳纤维丝以及平行对称纵置在碳纤维丝两侧的两根铝线构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的1kv铝芯架空电缆,其特征在于:所述的铝线由铝导体以及挤包在铝导体外的三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的1kv铝芯架空电缆,其特征在于:所述的塑料冷却管内设有冷却液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的1kv铝芯架空电缆,其特征在于:所述的连接筋采用塑料连接筋。
