本实用新型公开了一种新型碳纤维电缆,包括碳纤维电缆芯线,其碳纤维电缆芯线外设置有3-4层玻璃纤维丝编制的绝缘外网,绝缘外网外包裹有橡胶保护套;所述碳纤维电缆芯线与绝缘外网之间设置有若干镁铝合金圆导线,镁铝合金圆导线呈环形包裹于碳纤维电缆芯线外围。本实用新型提高了电缆的抗拉强度,大大提高了电缆耐各种大风、暴雨等各种恶劣环境能力,而且可使架空跨距增加10%左右,可以满足宽阔江、河及大山区架设,并且抗拉强度提高,还使架空驰度减小,可降低架杆高度,两者结合,较大降低了架设成本,不仅弯曲性好,有利于成盘收线和施工放线,而且在传输电能过程中散热好,可以明显提高通电时导体发热温度等级。

本实用新型涉及电力用电缆。
背景技术
电力远距离输送,地上部通常采用钢芯铝绞线,地下采用再外挤包绝缘层的绝缘电缆。钢芯铝绞线,如果采用普通钢丝,其绞线抗拉强度仅为1240Mpa 左右,如采用高强度钢丝也仅只达1410Mpa 左右。架空敷设跨距受到限制,且架空驰度大,不仅造成架设成本高,而且抵抗外力能力差,遇突然外力如大风、暴雨,容易发生断线事故。因而现有普遍使用的钢芯铝绞线抗拉强度低,已成为电力传输瓶颈。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种新型碳纤维电缆,弯曲性好,抗拉强度更大,耐温性好,生产简单,无需专用设备,通流能力强。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种新型碳纤维电缆,包括碳纤维电缆芯线,其碳纤维电缆芯线外设置有3-4层玻璃纤维丝编制的绝缘外网,绝缘外网外包裹有橡胶保护套;所述碳纤维电缆芯线与绝缘外网之间设置有若干镁铝合金圆导线,镁铝合金圆导线呈环形包裹于碳纤维电缆芯线外围;所述碳纤维电缆芯线与绝缘外网之间设置有绝缘填充物。 
优化的,上述新型碳纤维电缆,其碳纤维电缆芯线由若干碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝绞股成束制成,直径为4-10mm。 
本实用新型不仅提高了电缆的抗拉强度,其抗拉强度可达1800 Mpa,可以较现有技术碳纤维增强芯提高9-10% ,抗拉强度的提高,大大提高了电缆耐各种大风、暴雨等各种恶劣环境能力,而且可使架空跨距增加10%左右,可以满足宽阔江、河及大山区架设,并且抗拉强度提高,还使架空驰度减小,可降低架杆高度,两者结合,较大降低了架设成本,不仅弯曲性好,有利于成盘收线和施工放线,而且在传输电能过程中散热好,可以明显提高通电时导体发热温度等级,从而增加载流量,可增加输电功率约50% 。
