本发明公开了一种成型用膜材料,包括透明薄膜层(102),所述透明薄膜层(102)一面设有胶层(104)。本发明还公开了作为模内装饰材料或制作保护套的应用。本发明公开的成型用膜材料,具有柔软有弹性、手感佳、耐冲击,防刮耐磨等特点,可印刷各种图案、标识,时尚美观,并可以具有防静电功能,表面不易粘灰尘,长效持久抗菌,还可以直接贴附于玻璃,不锈钢等光滑表面的特点,方便存放。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学材料领域,尤其涉及一种成型用膜材料。
背景技术
模内装饰技术(IMD)亦称免涂装技术,是当前比较流行的表面装饰技术,主要结构为表面透明硬化薄膜,中间印刷图案层,背面注塑层。但是由于采用透明硬化薄膜,导致触感偏硬,手感不佳,且硬化薄膜不耐冲击,无法提供良好的缓冲效果,易损坏。
硅胶材料、聚氨酯材料在手机、平板电脑等电子产品中被广泛使用,常作为保护套,具有防止产品外观损伤和增强防摔抗冲击的功能,但传统的此类保护套存在以下缺点:1、硅胶材料、聚氨酯材料直接进行注塑,不能印刷各种图案、标识,颜色单一,不时尚;2、表面易粘灰尘,影响产品外观,且细菌和真菌在表面容易附着和积聚;3、太过于柔软,挺度低,手感太差。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成型用膜材料,可作为模内注塑用材料,以替代原有透明硬化薄膜材料,具有柔软有弹性、手感佳、耐冲击,防刮耐磨等特点,可印刷各种图案、标识,时尚美观,并可以具有防静电功能,表面不易粘灰尘,长效持久抗菌。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种成型用膜材料,包括透明薄膜层,所述透明薄膜层一面设有合胶层。
优选地,所述透明薄膜层与所述胶层之间涂布有胶层易接着层。胶层易接着层使胶层与透明薄膜能够更牢固结合的功能。
优选地,所述胶层易接着层厚度为0.01~1微米,材料选自有机硅树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂中的一种或多种混合。
优选地,所述透明薄膜层(102)的另一面涂布有油墨易接着层(101)。油墨易接着层具有增强油墨附着力的功能,使得透明薄膜表面可印刷文字或各种图案。
优选地,所述透明薄膜层的材料选自PET、PP、PC、PMMA、PE、PVC或PU薄膜,厚度为10微米~3毫米。
优选地,所述油墨易接着层厚度为0.01~1微米,材料选自聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂中的一种或多种混合。
优选地,所述胶层厚度为3微米-3毫米,所述胶层的材料包括有机胶材料、补强材料和功能性材料。有机胶材料可以为有机硅材料(有机硅橡胶、有机硅树脂等)、聚氨酯类材料(聚氨酯橡胶、聚氨酯树脂等)以及其它类树脂或橡胶,例如有机硅硅橡胶可以为过氧化物引发型有机硅橡胶,缩合型有机硅橡胶,加成型有机硅橡胶以及通过以上类别硅橡胶为基础进行改性的硅橡胶类产品;聚氨酯橡胶可以为聚醚类聚氨酯弹性体和聚酯类聚氨酯弹性体以及通过以上类别弹性体为基础进行改性的聚氨酯橡胶类产品。
优选地,所述补强材料选自有机硅树脂、有机硅油、纳米二氧化硅、无机微粉末中的一种或多种混合。补强材料具有提升胶层内聚强度,改善胶层防刮耐磨性能。所述功能性材料选自弹性添加剂、导电材料、手感改性材料、抗菌剂中的一种或多种混合,其中,所述弹性添加剂选自有机硅油、改性有机硅油中的一种或多种混合,所述导电材料选自聚噻吩、金属粒子、离子液体、季铵盐类中的一种或多种混合,所述手感改性材料选自手感油、有机氟材料、改性有机硅材料的一种或多种混合,所述抗菌剂选自银、二氧化钛纳米粒子、三氟乙酸中的一种或两种混合。弹性添加剂可以提升胶层的抗冲击性能;导电材料可改善胶层的防静电性能,使得产品表面不易粘灰尘;手感改性材料可以改善材料手感。传统方式添加抗菌药物、短时间药物浸泡等方法对硅橡胶进行表面处理,提高硅橡胶的抗菌性,但上述处理只是短时间内有效,且易产生耐药性,临床应用受限,或者在材料中加入银离子抗菌剂,但会使外观受到一定影响,透明性下降,颜色偏褐;优选采用二氧化钛和三氟乙酸的组合抗菌方式能不影响硅胶外观,抗菌长效持久。
本发明还提供了一种所述成型用膜材料的新应用,作为模内装饰材料或制作保护套的应用。保护套可应用于手机、平板电脑、电子辞典、数码相机等一系列电子产品及其它需求产品。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的成型用膜材料,可作为模内装饰用材料,以替代原有透明硬化薄膜材料,同时产品可以直接热压成型用作手机、平板电脑等电子产品的保护套,产品具有防刮耐磨并可长期保持颜色鲜明不易退色的特点,表面柔软有弹性、手感佳、耐冲击,防刮耐磨等特点,可印刷各种图案、标识,时尚美观,并可以具有防静电功能,表面不易粘灰尘,长效持久抗菌;同时利用本产品制作的成型产品具有可以直接贴附于玻璃,不锈钢等光滑表面的特点,方便存放。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图1所示,在厚度为0.15mm、宽度为1000mm PET薄膜的透明薄膜层102上涂布加成型有机硅材料作为胶层104,胶层其它组成如下:50-60份的乙烯基有机硅橡胶,20-30份的纳米二氧化硅,10-20份的有机硅油,1-5份的导电离子液体,0.5-2.5份的铂金催化剂,0.5~2.5份含氢硅油,1-3份的三氟乙酸。涂胶厚度为0.1mm,涂布后的PET薄膜经高温发生交联固化反应后收卷制得最终的成型用膜材料。
实施例2:
如图2所示,在厚度为0.15mm、宽度为1000mm PET薄膜的透明薄膜层102上双面涂布水性聚氨酯涂料,涂层厚度为1μm,此涂层既可以作为油墨易接着层101又可作为胶层易接着层103,在带有油墨及胶层易接着层的PET薄膜任意一面涂布加成型有机硅材料作为胶层104,胶层其它组成如下:50-60份的乙烯基有机硅橡胶,20-30份的纳米二氧化硅,10-20份的有机硅油,1-5份的导电离子液体,0.5-2.5份的铂金催化剂,0.5~2.5份含氢硅油,1-3份的三氟乙酸。涂胶厚度为0.1mm,涂布后的PET薄膜经高温发生交联固化反应后收卷制得最终的成型用膜材料。
实施例3:
如图2所示,在厚度为10μm、宽度为1000mm PC薄膜的透明薄膜层102上一面涂布水性聚酯涂料,涂层厚度为0.1μm,此涂层作为油墨易接着层101,另一面涂布改性有机硅涂料,涂层厚度为0.2μm,此涂层作为胶层易接着层103,在带有胶层易接着层的一面涂布过氧化物引发型有机硅材料作为胶层104,胶层其它组成如下:50-60份的甲基有机硅橡胶,20-30份的纳米二氧化硅,10-20份的有机硅油,1-5份的季铵盐,0.5-2.5份的BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰),1-3份的三氟乙酸和二氧化钛纳米粒子混合物。涂胶厚度为3μm,涂布后的PET薄膜经高温发硫化后收卷制得最终的成型用膜材料。
实施例4:
如图2所示,在厚度为3mm、宽度为1000mm PMMA薄膜的透明薄膜层102上一面涂布水性丙烯酸酯涂料,涂层厚度为0.01μm,此涂层作为油墨易接着层101,另一面涂布改性有机硅涂料,涂层厚度为1μm,此涂层作为胶层易接着层103。利用有机锡催化有机硅材料挤出制备有机硅材料薄片作为胶层104,胶层其它组成如下:100份羟基硅油,10-20份的纳米二氧化硅,5~10份有机硅树脂,5-10份的有机硅油,0.1-1份的有机锡催化剂,1-3份的二氧化钛纳米粒子。挤出厚度为3mm的硅材料层并经过硫化。然后再将硅胶片与处理好的PMMA薄膜的胶层易接着层复合后制得最终的成型用膜材料。
实施例5:
如图1所示,在厚度为0.15mm、宽度为1000mm PET薄膜的透明薄膜层102上涂布聚酯型聚氨酯材料作为胶层104,胶层其它组成如下:50-60份的聚酯多元醇,20-30份的甲苯二异氰酸酯,5-10份的乙二醇,0.5-2.5份的有机锡催化剂,1-3份的三氟乙酸。涂胶厚度为0.1mm,涂布后的PET薄膜经高温发生交联固化反应后收卷制得最终的成型用膜材料。
实施例6
将上述制得成型用膜材料,作为模内装饰用材料,以替代原有透明硬化薄膜材料,同时产品可以直接热压成型,用于制作保护套,应用于手机、平板电脑、电子辞典、数码相机等一系列电子产品及其它需求产品。制得的保护套202可直接贴附于玻璃,不锈钢等光滑材料201的表面,如图3所示。

1.一种作为模内装饰材料或制作保护套的成型用膜材料,其特征在于,由透明薄膜层(102),位于所述透明薄膜层(102)一面的胶层(104),涂布在所述透明薄膜层(102)与所述胶层(104)之间的胶层易接着层(103),以及涂布在所述透明薄膜层(102)的另一面的油墨易接着层(101)构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的成型用膜材料,其特征在于,所述胶层易接着层(103)厚度为0.01~1微米,材料选自有机硅树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂中的一种或多种混合。
3.如权利要求1所述的成型用膜材料,其特征在于,所述透明薄膜层(102)的材料选自PET、PP、PC、PMMA、PE、PVC或PU薄膜,厚度为10微米~3毫米。
4.如权利要求1所述的成型用膜材料,其特征在于,所述油墨易接着层(101)厚度为0.01~1微米,材料选自聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂中的一种或多种混合。
5.如权利要求1所述的成型用膜材料,其特征在于,所述胶层(104)厚度为3微米-3毫米,所述胶层(104)的材料包括有机胶材料、补强材料和功能性材料。
6.如权利要求5所述的成型用膜材料,其特征在于,所述补强材料选自有机硅树脂、有机硅油、纳米二氧化硅、无机微粉末中的一种或多种混合。
7.如权利要求5所述的成型用膜材料,其特征在于,所述功能性材料选自弹性添加剂、导电材料、手感改性材料、抗菌剂中的一种或多种混合,其中,所述弹性添加剂选自有机硅油、改性有机硅油中的一种或多种混合,所述导电材料选自聚噻吩、金属粒子、离子液体、季铵盐类中的一种或多种混合,所述手感改性材料选自手感油、有机氟材料、改性有机硅材料的一种或多种混合,所述抗菌剂选自银、二氧化钛纳米粒子、三氟乙酸中的一种或两种混合。
