Abstract
本发明揭示了一种复合高强度耐用塑料,包括表层的耐磨层以及内层的高韧层,所述耐磨层由聚氯乙烯、补强剂、偶联剂以及耐磨剂组成,所述补强剂为硅藻土,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,所述耐磨剂为聚四氟乙烯,所述高韧层由聚丙烯、增韧剂、耐冲击改质剂以及填充剂组成,所述增韧剂为丁基橡胶,所述耐冲击改质剂为乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物,所述填充剂为云母粉。本发明通过双层复合结构设置,表层耐磨性好,不易损坏,内层韧性好,可有效的保护材料的使用,使用效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料领域,具体涉及一种复合高强度耐用塑料。
背景技术
用于接线端子的外层绝缘、防护用并被广泛应用于电线、电器、汽车、摩托车、空调、洗衣机、冰箱等各种电器线束;它具有使用方便、色彩鲜艳、金属防锈、标示、捆扎、阻燃、绝缘性能良好等特点。但是由于结构单一,通常硬度较大,针对一些精细产品的使用容易出现损坏,无法有效的保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过双层复合结构设置,表层耐磨性好,不易损坏,内层韧性好,可有效的保护材料的使用,使用效果好的复合高强度耐用塑料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种复合高强度耐用塑料,包括表层的耐磨层以及内层的高韧层,所述耐磨层由聚氯乙烯、补强剂、偶联剂以及耐磨剂组成,所述补强剂为硅藻土,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,所述耐磨剂为聚四氟乙烯,所述耐磨层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占51-56份,所述硅藻土占38-43份,所述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占6-10份,所述聚四氟乙烯占19-23份,所述高韧层由聚丙烯、增韧剂、耐冲击改质剂以及填充剂组成,所述增韧剂为丁基橡胶,所述耐冲击改质剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,所述填充剂为云母粉,所述高韧层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯占44-49份,所述丁基橡胶占15-19份,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占17-21份,所述云母粉占23-28份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐磨层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚氯乙烯占52份,所述硅藻土占39份,所述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占7份,所述聚四氟乙烯占20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高韧层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯占48份,所述丁基橡胶占18份,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占20份,所述云母粉占27份。
本发明所述为一种复合高强度耐用塑料,通过双层复合结构设置,表层耐磨性好,不易损坏,内层韧性好,可有效的保护材料的使用,使用效果好。

本发明所述为一种复合高强度耐用塑料,包括表层的耐磨层以及内层的高韧层,所述耐磨层由聚氯乙烯、补强剂、偶联剂以及耐磨剂组成,所述补强剂为硅藻土,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,所述耐磨剂为聚四氟乙烯,所述耐磨层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占51-56份,所述硅藻土占38-43份,所述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占6-10份,所述聚四氟乙烯占19-23份,所述高韧层由聚丙烯、增韧剂、耐冲击改质剂以及填充剂组成,所述增韧剂为丁基橡胶,所述耐冲击改质剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,所述填充剂为云母粉,所述高韧层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯占44-49份,所述丁基橡胶占15-19份,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占17-21份,所述云母粉占23-28份。
进一步地,所述耐磨层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚氯乙烯占52份,所述硅藻土占39份,所述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占7份,所述聚四氟乙烯占20份。
进一步地,所述高韧层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯占48份,所述丁基橡胶占18份,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占20份,所述云母粉占27份。
进一步地,所述耐磨层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占55份,所述硅藻土占42份,所述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占9份,所述聚四氟乙烯占22份。
进一步地,所述高韧层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯占45份,所述丁基橡胶占16份,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占18份,所述云母粉占22份。
另外,可通过调节产品各成分的不同重量份数,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种复合高强度耐用塑料,通过双层复合结构设置,表层耐磨性好,不易损坏,内层韧性好,可有效的保护材料的使用,使用效果好。

1.一种复合高强度耐用塑料,包括表层的耐磨层以及内层的高韧层,其特征在于:所述耐磨层由聚氯乙烯、补强剂、偶联剂以及耐磨剂组成,所述补强剂为硅藻土,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,所述耐磨剂为聚四氟乙烯,所述耐磨层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占51-56份,所述硅藻土占38-43份,所述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占6-10份,所述聚四氟乙烯占19-23份,所述高韧层由聚丙烯、增韧剂、耐冲击改质剂以及填充剂组成,所述增韧剂为丁基橡胶,所述耐冲击改质剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,所述填充剂为云母粉,所述高韧层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚丙烯占44-49份,所述丁基橡胶占15-19份,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占17-21份,所述云母粉占23-28份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合高强度耐用塑料,其特征在于:所述耐磨层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚氯乙烯占52份,所述硅藻土占39份,所述乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷占7份,所述聚四氟乙烯占20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合高强度耐用塑料,其特征在于:所述高韧层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚丙烯占48份,所述丁基橡胶占18份,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占20份,所述云母粉占27份。
