技术领域
本发明涉及一种管材,尤其涉及一种抗冲击及耐压的PVC管材。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯硬质制品的抗冲击强度不高,目前主要通过加入CPE(氯化聚乙烯)、MBS(丁二烯和苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物)或高抗冲击ACR(丙烯酸酯共聚物)来改善制品冲击强度。但是CPE 产品的抗冲击性能提高有限;高抗冲ACR 和MBS 树脂可以保持制品一
定的刚性,提高制品的抗冲击性能,但是,单纯添加MBS 或ACR 仍无法满足PVC-M 管材及管件高强度、高抗冲的要求。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种成本低廉、提高强度及韧性、具有高抗冲击性,可有效解决硬质PVC 管材冲击强度低、易出现漏水、渗水、破裂的问题的抗冲击及耐压的PVC管材。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种抗冲击及耐压的PVC管材,由以下重量份的成分组成:
PVC树脂                    40~60;
三氧化二锑                   3~8;
硬脂酸锌                    10~12;
钛白粉                      3~5;
抗冲剂                      5~8;
硬脂酸钠稳定剂              1~2;
石蜡                         5~10。
本发明抗冲击及耐压的PVC管材的优点是:该抗冲击管材韧性和抗冲击性能好,耐化学腐蚀,提升了拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,韧性好,不易漏水,渗水,破裂,在PVC 管材中加入MBS 树脂促进塑化,增强无机物的分散和PVC 熔体的加工流动性,提高了制品低温冲击强度。
