(2)按比例称取质量份干姜皮、鱼腥草、苏木、八仙草、百蕊草、伽蓝菜，粉碎成粗粉，加入(1)中所得滤渣；加水煎煮2次，第一次加入3-5倍水，煎煮2-4个小时；第二次加入2-4倍的水，煎煮1-2个小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，粉碎成粗粉，喷入(1)所得的挥发油，备用；
(3)按比例称取质量份的苦茶叶、八宝茶，粉碎成粗粉，过40-60目，备用；
(4)按比例称取质量份的款冬花、栀子花、鸡蛋花、梧桐花，备用；
(5)把(2)(3)(4)混合均匀，装入香囊。

(4)按比例称取质量份的款冬花、栀子花、鸡蛋花、梧桐花，备用；
(5)把(2)(3)(4)混合均匀，装入香囊。
实施例3
本发明实施例中，一种具有改善睡眠功效的香囊，由以下质量份的原料制成：款冬花6份，干姜皮1份、鱼腥草6份、苏木8份、毛叶山桐子4份、八仙草5份、百蕊草2份、伽蓝菜5份、栀子花3份、鸡蛋花5份、苦茶叶3份、梧桐花4份、八宝茶2份。
以上实施例按照下述的制备方法制得：
(1)按比例称取质量份的毛叶山桐子，粉碎，过40目，加入4倍的蒸馏水，蒸馏温度90度，蒸馏时间5个小时，收集蒸馏液，提取挥发油，过滤的滤渣备用。
(2)按比例称取质量份干姜皮、鱼腥草、苏木、八仙草、百蕊草、伽蓝菜，粉碎成粗粉，加入(1)中所得滤渣；加水煎煮2次，第一次加入5倍水，煎煮2个小时；第二次加入4倍的水，煎煮2个小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，粉碎成粗粉，喷入(1)所得的挥发油，备用；
(3)按比例称取质量份的苦茶叶、八宝茶，粉碎成粗粉，过60目，备用；
(4)按比例称取质量份的款冬花、栀子花、鸡蛋花、梧桐花，备用；
(5)把(2)(3)(4)混合均匀，装入香囊。
实施例4
本发明实施例中，一种具有改善睡眠功效的香囊，由以下质量份的原料制成：款冬花8份，干姜皮4份、鱼腥草4份、苏木3份、毛叶山桐子5份、八仙草3份、百蕊草6份、伽蓝菜4份、栀子花6份、鸡蛋花6份、苦茶叶2份、梧桐花6份、八宝茶4份。
以上实施例按照下述的制备方法制得：
(1)按比例称取质量份的毛叶山桐子，粉碎，过35目，加入5倍的蒸馏水，蒸馏温度90度，蒸馏时间3个小时，收集蒸馏液，提取挥发油，过滤的滤渣备用。
(2)按比例称取质量份干姜皮、鱼腥草、苏木、八仙草、百蕊草、伽蓝菜，粉碎成粗粉，加入(1)中所得滤渣；加水煎煮2次，第一次加入4倍水，煎煮4个小时；第二次加入2倍的水，煎煮1.5个小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，粉碎成粗粉，喷入(1)所得的挥发油，备用；
(3)按比例称取质量份的苦茶叶、八宝茶，粉碎成粗粉，过45目，备用；
(4)按比例称取质量份的款冬花、栀子花、鸡蛋花、梧桐花，备用；
(5)把(2)(3)(4)混合均匀，装入香囊。
使用方法：
失眠患者使用本发明实施例1制得的香囊2个，挂于床头，距离患者头部0.5米的地方，实践证明，该香囊具有镇静催眠，改善睡眠的功效，疗效显著，见效快，治愈率高，无毒副作用，价格低廉等特点，适用于失眠、睡眠质量差等症状。
为进一步说明本发明的有益效果，以下提供及临床应用试验案例。
选取120名睡眠障碍的患者，进行临床试验，分为3组，每组40人。第1组患者使用实施例1所得的香囊；第2组患者每天睡前服用唑吡坦，5mg/片,睡前服用1片；第3组患者服用安慰剂片剂，睡前服用1片。
失眠疗效标准：
临床痊愈：睡眠时间正常，总睡眠时间6小时以上，少梦，入睡时间小于半小时，对睡眠质量满意，醒后无其他躯体不适感。
显效：睡眠明显好转，总睡眠时间增加3小时以上，对睡眠较满意，白天倦怠感消失，其他躯体不适症状明显好转。
有效：睡眠好转，总睡眠时间增加2小时以上，其他躯体不适症状有所改善。
无效：较试验前失眠症状并无改善，其他躯体不适症状无改善或加重。
一个月后，各组患者服用效果的情况如下表：

病例一：
林某，男，32岁，经常失眠、多梦，精神差、神经性头痛，难以入睡，服用本发明实施例1所制得的香囊，一个月后，入睡容易，睡眠质量提高，头痛毛病消失。
病例二：
孙某，女，43岁，失眠、烦躁、多梦，难以入睡，用本发明实施例1所制得的香囊，使用半个月后，上述病症明显得到改善，症状基本消失。
病例三：
王某：男，35岁，入睡困难，睡后易醒、醒后难以入睡，睡眠质量差，用本发明实施例1所制得的香囊，使用1个月后，上述病症明显得到改善，症状基本消失。
Claims (4)
1.一种具有改善睡眠功效的香囊，其特征在于，包含以下质量份的原料：款冬花2-8份，干姜皮1-5份、鱼腥草3-6份、苏木3-8份、毛叶山桐子2-5份、八仙草3-8份、百蕊草2-7份、伽蓝菜2-5份、栀子花3-7份、鸡蛋花4-6份、苦茶叶2-4份、梧桐花1-6份、八宝茶2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有改善睡眠功效的香囊，其特征在于，包含以下质量份的原料：款冬花3-5份、干姜皮2-4份、鱼腥草4-5份、苏木5-7份、毛叶山桐子3-4份、八仙草5-7份、百蕊草4-6份、伽蓝菜3-4份、栀子花4-6份、鸡蛋花5份、苦茶叶2-3份、梧桐花2-4份、八宝茶3-7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有改善睡眠功效的香囊，其特征在于，包含以下质量份的原料：款冬花4份、干姜皮3份、鱼腥草5份、苏木5份、毛叶山桐子3份、八仙草6份、百蕊草4份、伽蓝菜3份、栀子花4份、鸡蛋花5份、苦茶叶3份、梧桐花3份、八宝茶5份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有改善睡眠功效的香囊，其特征在于，制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)按比例称取质量份的毛叶山桐子，粉碎，过20-40目，加入4-6倍的蒸馏水，蒸馏温度70-90度，蒸馏时间2-5个小时，收集蒸馏液，提取挥发油，过滤的滤渣备用。
(2)按比例称取质量份干姜皮、鱼腥草、苏木、八仙草、百蕊草、伽蓝菜，粉碎成粗粉，加入(1)中所得滤渣；加水煎煮2次，第一次加入3-5倍水，煎煮2-4个小时；第二次加入2-4倍的水，煎煮1-2个小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，粉碎成粗粉，喷入(1)所得的挥发油，备用；
(3)按比例称取质量份的苦茶叶、八宝茶，粉碎成粗粉，过40-60目，备用；
(4)按比例称取质量份的款冬花、栀子花、鸡蛋花、梧桐花，备用；
(5)把(2)(3)(4)混合均匀，装入香囊。
