背景技术
肿瘤是机体在各种致癌因素作用下，局部组织的某一个细胞在基因水平上失去对其生长的正常调控，导致其克隆性异常增生而形成的异常病变。目前认为，肿瘤的发生和发展是多因素、多阶段与多基因作用的结果。这些因素主要分为外因和内因。内因是指机体的内在因素，包括免疫状态、内分泌、代谢和遗传等因素。外因包括化学、物理和生物等方面的致癌因素，同一种肿瘤可由不同的外因所引起，有时几种外因同时起作用；同一种外因也可引起不同的肿瘤。肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，发布年龄也趋于年轻化，人体几乎各组织及器官均可能发生肿瘤。肿瘤虽然生长在身体的某一局部，但实际上是一种全身性疾病。世界发达国家已经将治癌药物的研发放在首位，我国中医药对肿瘤的研究也令人瞩目。目前中西医的治疗方法不外乎口服药物、手术和放、化疗，以上方法虽有一定疗效，但不良反应也很大。另外，也有一部分中药药贴具有抗癌止痛的功效，但只能暂时缓解因癌症而引起的疼痛，并不能根治癌症。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题，本发明提供了一种抗癌贴。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗癌贴，由如下药物制备而成：麝香10～15g、香附20～30g、厚朴10～20g、三棱15～25g、莪术25～55g、当归10～30g、生草乌20～30g、生川乌20～30g、独蒜20～30g、使君子10～30g、白芷20～30g、穿山甲35～55g、木鳖子15～30g、蜣螂20～25g、胡黄连20～30g、大黄20～30g、蓖麻子20～30g、乳香20～30g、没药20～30g、芦荟20～30g、血竭20～30g、雄黄20～30g、肉桂20～30g、樟脑20～30g、阿魏20～30g全蝎5～30g、蜈蚣20～30g、水蛭5～30g。
其具体工艺制法：香附、厚朴、三棱、莪术、当归、生草乌、生川乌、独蒜、使君子、白芷、木鳖子、蜣螂、大黄、肉桂、芦荟、没药、没药、胡黄连以上十八味中药浓煎成膏，其它药材打粉过100目筛子，调入中药膏后即可。

1、消癌肿：本发明缩小、软化肿瘤的效果，而本药中的活性成份，能迅速杀死癌细胞，并且同时不损害人体正常组织。正常情况下，贴敷抗癌贴及抗癌浓缩膏，体表肿瘤5—15天即可明显缩小;内部脏腑肿瘤、经过放、化疗的患者贴敷2—3个疗程，作同机检查会有显著软化和缩小，部分患者使用一个月肿瘤可缩小1/3。
2、消癌痛：本发明中的抗癌活性成分对癌细胞增生具有抑制作用，并能从根本上消除癌肿本身的疼痛，而且会减弱癌细胞对人体组织的侵犯,减轻肿瘤对周围脏器和包膜的牵拉，并且加强胃肠蠕动功能，增加大小便的排泄,使肠梗阻或半梗阻引起的疼痛减轻或消失,其镇痛效果具有高效性和彻底性。
3、无依赖性：本发明同时克服了使用麻醉药品止痛时易形成成瘾性、中毒性和依赖性,对肿瘤无治疗作用,易造成肠麻痹、膀胱麻痹,大小便不通,毒素被再次吸收,使肝脏、肾脏中毒衰竭,造成肿瘤患者死亡的不足。本发明中的活性脂溶透膜因子，能够穿透癌细胞膜，破坏癌细胞DNA和蛋白质合成，使癌细胞线粒体肿胀、空泡化，癌细胞整体崩解碎裂，直接杀死癌细胞，从而快速缩小癌瘤。抗癌贴或浓缩抗癌膏外敷的治疗手段可以贴于肚脐上，这时因为肚脐在中医上叫做神阙穴，它是位于奇经八脉之一的任脉上的阳穴，刺激神阙穴能起到温通元阳的作用，同时身体的任脉，冲脉，带脉都在神阙穴交汇，因此刺激神阙穴能同时刺激多条经络，调动身体的元气。抗癌贴或浓缩抗癌膏在使用过程中，常常配合其它穴位治疗，起到治疗不同肿瘤的作用。并且减少了口服药要经过胃肠吸收减低了药效和刺激肠胃等不良反应，更适于使用。
4、补正虚：肿瘤属慢性消耗性疾病,多为虚症。本发明中含有当归、肉桂等补益药，其活性成分被人体吸收后,可大大提高其免疫力，同时其通过贴敷相关穴位和经络可激活五脏六腑的机能，使机体抗肿瘤能力大大增强,改善人体免疫状态，减轻消除肿瘤患者呕吐、脱发、腹泻、白细胞下降等症状，增强体力，提高生存质量。
5、拔癌毒、截癌毒：各种致病因素长期刺激，互相作用，使机体阴阳失调而产生病理产物，日久则发生质的改变产生癌毒，发生肿瘤。癌毒是肿瘤的直接致病因素，本发明中的中药成分可使癌毒通过经络散发于外,使癌毒散而痞块消。
本发明外用抗癌，功效显著，安全，无不良反应。
使用方法：抗癌贴是以地道名贵药材，7代祖传秘方秘制而成。抗癌贴的使用方法：先用鸡蛋清调成糊状，干湿适度。调好后，进行外敷相应肿瘤的相关穴位，再用保鲜膜盖好后，后用医用胶布固定既可。使用时间5~10个小时即可，一天一换。
临床疗效
使用本抗癌贴治疗恶性肿瘤200例，其中，治愈、临床治愈、显效、无效的疗效标准是按《中国常见恶性肿瘤治疗规范》中的治疗恶性肿瘤疗效评定标准综合进行评定的。治愈：经治疗后症状及客观检查阳性征象消失，经影像学检查肿瘤消失，恢复一点劳动能力，连续观察3年以上无复发者。显效：经治疗后，主要症状及客观阳性征象明显好转，经影像学检查肿瘤稳定或缩小，连续观察26个月不再发展者。
无效：经治疗后主要症状及客观检查阳性征象无改善或仅短期改善而又迅速恶化着。

取麝香10g、香附20g、厚朴10g、三棱15g、莪术25g、当归10g、生草乌20g、生川乌20g、独蒜20g、使君子10g、白芷20g、穿山甲35g、木鳖子15g、蜣螂20g、胡黄连20g、大黄20g、蓖麻子20g、乳香20g、没药20g、芦荟20g、血竭20g、雄黄20g、肉桂20g、樟脑20g、阿魏20g全蝎5g、蜈蚣20g、水蛭5g；其具体工艺制法：香附、厚朴、三棱、莪术、当归、生草乌、生川乌、独蒜、使君子、白芷、木鳖子、蜣螂、大黄、肉桂、芦荟、没药、没药、胡黄连以上十八味中药浓煎成膏，其它药材打粉过100目筛子，调入中药膏后即可。

取麝香12g、香附25g、厚朴15g、三棱20g、莪术40g、当归20g、生草乌25g、生川乌25g、独蒜25g、使君子20g、白芷25g、穿山甲45g、木鳖子25g、蜣螂23g、胡黄连25g、大黄25g、蓖麻子25g、乳香25g、没药25g、芦荟25g、血竭25g、雄黄25g、肉桂25g、樟脑25g、阿魏25g全蝎20g、蜈蚣25g、水蛭15g；其具体工艺制法：香附、厚朴、三棱、莪术、当归、生草乌、生川乌、独蒜、使君子、白芷、木鳖子、蜣螂、大黄、肉桂、芦荟、没药、没药、胡黄连以上十八味中药浓煎成膏，其它药材打粉过100目筛子，调入中药膏后即可。

典型病例
病例1：
李某，男，58岁，2012年8月22日就诊，患者一个月前感觉身体不适，腹部疼痛，病理检查为：大肠癌，使用本抗癌药贴治疗，选取中脘穴，关元穴及病灶部位前后对贴，三个月后肠镜复查病灶消失，不适症全无，患者至今身体健康。
病例2：
赵某，男，62岁，被确诊为肝硬化、肝癌和肝腹水，曾在给于介入治疗，效果不明显、病情加重，乏力、尿少、腹胀，于2009年8月8日开始，采用本抗癌治疗，取肝俞穴、期门穴、水道穴进行贴敷，20天后，腹水消失，7周后复查肿块明显缩小，无不适应症状，随访一年半，患者现在在外打工，身体各方面一切正常。
病例3：
常某，男54岁，患者被确诊为左肺癌。咳嗽、憋气、吐痰带血丝，采用本抗癌药贴进行治疗，取左侧肺俞，中脘穴进行贴敷，3个月后，症状消失，肺CT检查，肿块明显缩小。

1.一种抗癌贴，其特征在于，由如下药物制备而成：麝香10～15g、香附20～30g、厚朴10～20g、三棱15～25g、莪术25～55g、当归10～30g、生草乌20～30g、生川乌20～30g、独蒜20～30g、使君子10～30g、白芷20～30g、穿山甲35～55g、木鳖子15～30g、蜣螂20～25g、胡黄连20～30g、大黄20～30g、蓖麻子20～30g、乳香20～30g、没药20～30g、芦荟20～30g、血竭20～30g、雄黄20～30g、肉桂20～30g、樟脑20～30g、阿魏20～30g全蝎5～30g、蜈蚣20～30g、水蛭5～30g。
