本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。

一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例76例，其中男46例，女18例，年龄42～78岁。病程最短者2个月，最长者达11年，平均1年。
二、诊断标准：
1、膻中或心前区憋闷疼痛，甚则痛彻左肩背、咽喉、左上臂内侧等部位。呈发作性或持续不解。常伴有心悸气短，自汗，甚则喘息不得卧；
2、胸闷胸痛一般几秒到几十分钟而缓解。严重者可疼痛剧烈，持续不解，汗出肢冷，面色苍白，唇甲青紫，心跳加快，或心律失常等危象，可发生猝死；
3、多见于中年以上，常因操劳过度，抑郁恼怒或多饮暴食，感受寒冷而诱发；
4、查心电图、动态心电图、运动试验等以明确诊断。必要时作心肌酶谱测定，心电图动态观察。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：症状消失，心电图及有关实验室检查恢复正常；
(2)好转：症状减轻，发作次数减少，间歇期延长，实验室检查有改善；
(3)未愈：主要症状及心电图无改变。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-13个疗程，治愈51例，好转21例，未愈4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

病例1：于某，男，58岁。就诊时自述在活动后和情绪激动时出现后心前区疼痛，呈压迫感、窒息感，伴有头晕、心悸、发慌、及四肢无力，每次持续3分钟，经休息或含服硝酸甘油片5分钟可缓解，每月发作6-8次。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，自觉发病时疼痛症状减轻，可从事一般体力活动；继续服用4个疗程，胸痛、心悸等症状消失，治愈。
病例2：曲某，女，61岁。就诊时自述有心绞痛病史4年，反复发作，发作时胸骨后疼痛，面色苍白，头晕乏力，心悸气短。每遇劳累诱发，每次持续2-3分钟，口服消心药等西药疗效不显著。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂7个疗程，疼痛显著减轻，发作频率降低，心电图部分显示正常；续服3个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗心绞痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪10-30份，玄参10-20份，灵芝5-15份，五味子10-20份，薤白10-20份，水蛭5-15份，刺五加10-20份，马齿苋10-20份，麝香5-15份，鸭儿芹10-20份，女贞子10-20份，四季青10-20份，红花5-15份，红参10-20份，降香5-15份，糖芥10-20份，川芎10-20份，五灵脂5-15份，酸枣仁10-20份，延胡索10-20份，龟板10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗心绞痛的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪20份，玄参15份，灵芝10份，五味子15份，薤白15份，水蛭10份，刺五加15份，马齿苋15份，麝香10份，鸭儿芹15份，女贞子15份，四季青15份，红花10份，红参15份，降香10份，糖芥15份，川芎15份，五灵脂10份，酸枣仁15份，延胡索15份，龟板15份，甘草10份。
