本专利属于花椒种植领域,具体公开了一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物及施用方法,包括嘧菌环安、嘧霉胺、拿敌稳和烯酰吗啉,喷洒该配方的水溶液可同时防治花椒锈病和花椒膏药病,节省人力和时间。本发明还提供了该配方的施用方法,应用该方法可以使该配方的药效更显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及花椒种植领域,具体涉及一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物及施用方法。
背景技术
花椒既可作为调味料,又可提取芳香油,还可入药,家庭常用调味品,多见于海拔2500米的坡地,耐旱、喜阳光,各地多栽种。花椒在生长发育过程中,由于环境不适或受病原菌的侵害,常常发生一些影响椒树生长挂果结实、产品质量的病害。花椒的病害有花椒菟丝子、花椒锈病、花椒根腐病、花椒落叶病、花椒炭疽病、花椒溃疡病、花椒枯梢病、花椒枯枝病、花椒叶斑病、花椒膏药病等,其中花椒锈病和花椒膏药病较为多见。
花椒锈病是花椒叶部重要病害之一。严重时,花椒提早落叶,直接影响次年的挂果。花椒膏药病也是花椒的一种常见病,轻者使枝干生长不良,挂果少;重者导致枝干枯死。
针对以上病害,传统方法多采用喷洒药液的方法进行防治。对于花椒锈病,未发病时,多喷布波尔多液或0.1-0.2%波美石灰硫磺合剂,或在6月初至7月下旬对花椒树用200-400倍液萎锈灵进行喷雾保护;对已发病的可喷15%的粉锈宁可湿性粉剂1000倍液,控制夏孢子堆产生;发病盛期可喷雾1:2:200倍波尔多液,或0.1-0.2波美石硫合剂,或15%可湿性粉锈宁粉剂1000-1500倍液。对于花椒膏药病,常用用波美4~5度石硫合剂涂抹病斑。
以上传统防治花椒病害的方法,都是单病单治,若花椒同时患有两种病害,不能同时一次性防治,不仅浪费人力,也拖延了防治病害的时间,极易造成花椒减产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物及施用方法,该配方可同时防治花椒锈病和花椒膏药病。本发明还提供了该配方的施用方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物,包括嘧菌环安6~14份、嘧霉胺5~9份、拿敌稳2~3份和烯酰吗啉5~10份。
嘧菌环安属于保护性杀菌剂,通过抑制病菌蛋氨酸的生物合成,抑制水解酶的分泌而达到防治病害的效果。具有极强的内吸、传导性,能有效抑制和杀灭病菌;且与三唑类、咪唑类、吗啉类、苯基吡咯类等无交互抗性。嘧霉胺又称甲基嘧啶胺、二甲嘧啶胺,属苯氨基嘧啶类杀菌剂,对真菌有特效,其杀菌作用机理独特,通过抑制病菌侵染酶的分泌从而阻止真菌侵染,并杀死真菌,具有保护和治疗作用。拿敌稳杀菌谱广,对真菌杀伤效果好,持效期达到14天以上,并且能够促进钙的吸收,提高花椒的抗病害能力。烯酰吗啉是一种内吸治疗性专用低毒杀菌剂,其作用机制是破坏病菌细胞壁膜的形成,引起孢子囊壁的分解,而使病菌死亡;除游动孢子形成及孢子游动期外,对卵菌生活史的各个阶段均有作用,尤其对孢子囊梗和卵孢子的形成阶段更敏感,若在孢子囊和卵孢子形成前用药,则可完全抑制孢子的产生;叶片喷药,可进入叶片内部。
进一步的:还包括苯甲·嘧菌酯32~40份。它能有效抑制病原真菌菌丝体的正常生长或直接杀灭病菌,能控制治疗丝核菌、子囊菌纲、担子菌纲、半知菌纲、白粉菌科,锈菌目、卵菌纲等真菌引起等大多数病害,如炭疽病,蔓枯病,枯萎病,纹枯病,白腐病、锈病、黑星病、旱疫病、斑点落叶病、疮痂病等。另外叶面处理或种子处理可提高花椒的产量和品质。
进一步的:还包括代森锰锌14~18份和丙森锌12份。代森锰锌是一种保护性杀菌剂,属低毒农药;它杀菌范围广、不易产生抗性;锰、锌微量元素对作物有明显的促壮和增产作用。其杀菌机制为抑制病原菌体内丙酮酸的氧化。丙森锌对霜霉病有优良的保护性作用,并且对白粉病、锈病和葡萄孢属的病害也有一定的抑制作用。
进一步的:还包括钙元素水溶性肥料2~3份和硼元素水溶性肥料2份。所述营养剂包括活力钙、氨基酸微肥、水溶性微量元素肥中的一种或几种。钙元素水溶性肥料一方面能够提高花椒的抗病害能力;另一方面控制裂果、提高花椒的外表皮色泽和产量及品质。硼元素水溶性肥料促进营养生长和生殖生长;利于碳水化合物的运输、转化以及糖分合成;增加作物的抗逆性能,使作物能抵御干旱、高温、寒冷、潮湿、大风等恶劣环境;有明显的杀菌作用。
进一步的:公开了这种用于防治花椒病害的组合物的施用方法,包括配置药液和喷洒药液两个步骤。
进一步的:所述喷洒药液步骤为:在花椒生长到5片叶子的时候进行初次喷洒,然后每隔6~14天喷洒1次,直至采摘花椒。当天气无降雨时,每隔14天喷洒一次;当有降雨时,为了弥补雨水对叶面冲刷造成的药物流失,雨后补洒一次药液,然后无降雨的情况下再间隔14天补洒药液。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实验地为重庆市九龙坡区西彭镇元通村的云沃生态农业种植基地,花椒试验田共8亩,分为四组,每组2亩,每亩定植80棵。第一组为空白组,不喷洒任何药剂。第二组为传统处理组,对于花椒锈病,未发病时喷洒0.1-0.2%波美石灰硫磺合剂,对已发病的喷15%的粉锈宁可湿性粉剂1000倍液,发病盛期喷洒15%可湿性粉锈宁粉剂1000-1500倍液;对于花椒膏药病,用波美4~5度石硫合剂涂抹病斑。第三组为新药处理A组,第四组为新药处理B组,第三组和第四组的药液成分相同、配方剂量不同,喷洒药液的方法相同。
所需药剂有:嘧菌环安(有效成分50%,水分散粒型,15g/袋)、嘧霉胺(拜耳施佳乐嘧霉胺400g/L,15ml×4)、拿敌稳(拜耳拿敌稳,75%水分散粒剂5g/袋)、烯酰吗啉(金霜泰牌,有效成分80%,可湿性粉剂,8g/袋)、苯甲·嘧菌酯(总有效成分325g/L,苯醚甲环唑含量125g/L,嘧菌酯含量200g/L,悬浮剂)、代森锰锌(有效成分80%,可湿性粉剂,25g/袋)、丙森锌(拜耳安泰生丙森锌,有效成分70%,可湿性粉剂,25g/袋)、钙元素水溶性肥料(拜耳沃生中量元素水溶性肥料,250ml/袋)和硼元素水溶性肥料(国光地爱硼微量元素肥料,B≥15.0%,200g/袋)。
第三组配置药液:取嘧菌环安15g,嘧霉胺15ml,拿敌稳2.5g,烯酰吗啉8g,苯甲·嘧菌酯120ml,代森锰锌20g,丙森锌20g,钙元素水溶性肥料,钙+镁>190g/L,10ml,硼元素水溶性肥料15g。相当于嘧菌环安6份、嘧霉胺5份、拿敌稳2份和烯酰吗啉5份,苯甲·嘧菌酯32份,代森锰锌14份和丙森锌12份,钙元素水溶性肥料2份和硼元素水溶性肥料2份。将以上药剂溶于15kg水中,混匀后即配好了喷洒液。
第四组配置药液:取嘧菌环安35g,嘧霉胺30ml,拿敌稳5g,烯酰吗啉16g,苯甲·嘧菌酯170ml,代森锰锌30g,丙森锌20g,钙元素水溶性肥料,钙+镁>190g/L,25ml,硼元素水溶性肥料15g。相当于嘧菌环安4份、嘧霉胺9份、拿敌稳3份和烯酰吗啉10份,苯甲·嘧菌酯40份,代森锰锌18份和丙森锌12份,钙元素水溶性肥料3份和硼元素水溶性肥料2份。将以上药剂溶于15kg水中,混匀后即配好了喷洒液。
喷洒药液:在花椒生长到5片叶子的时候进行初次喷洒,然后视天气情况,间隔不同的时间段进行后续的喷洒工作。当无降雨的情况下,药液可以长时间停留在叶面上,所以每间隔14天补洒一次;若在间隔时间段有降雨,则雨后补洒一次药液,然后无降雨的情况下再间隔14天补洒药液,这样可以弥补雨水对叶面冲刷造成的药物流失,保持药效。如此进行,直至花椒采摘。
实验结果:第一组花椒锈病和花椒膏药病的患病率达98.8%,花椒叶子锈斑累累,鲜椒总量为92千克;第二组花椒锈病患病率约15.6%,花椒膏药病患病率为27.4%,鲜椒总量为337千克;第三组花椒锈病患病率约8.3%,花椒膏药病患病率为7.2%,鲜椒总量为402千克;第四组花椒锈病患病率约8.0%,花椒膏药病患病率为6.8%,鲜椒总量为410千克。
由此可见,第三组和第四组的鲜花椒产量明显高于第一组和第二组,该配方可以有效防治花椒锈病和花椒膏药病,明显提高鲜椒产量,另外该配方的施用方法更为简单,节省了大量人力。

1.一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物,其特征在于,包括嘧菌环安6~14份、嘧霉胺5~9份、拿敌稳2~3份和烯酰吗啉5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物,其特征在于,还包括苯甲·嘧菌酯32~40份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物,其特征在于,还包括代森锰锌14~18份和丙森锌12份。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物,其特征在于,还包括钙元素水溶性肥料2~3份和硼元素水溶性肥料2份。
5.根据权利要求4中所述的一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物的施用方法,其特征在于,包括配置药液和喷洒药液两个步骤。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于防治花椒病害的组合物的施用方法,其特征在于,所述喷洒药液步骤为:在花椒生长到5片叶子的时候进行初次喷洒,然后每隔6~14天喷洒1次,直至采摘花椒。
