技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车大灯,具体地说是一种H7LED汽车大灯。
背景技术
汽车大灯,作为汽车的主要照明设备,不仅关系到一辆汽车的外在形象,更与安全驾驶紧密联系。LED灯不容易受振动影响,使用过程中光输出亮度也不会明显下降。LED汽车灯具有节能、环保、寿命长的特点。
传统的汽车大灯采用钨丝灯泡,这种钨丝灯泡的缺点是:功率大、亮度低;寿命短,只有300小时左右;而且必须分正负极,只能是12V或者24V,不能通用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种H7汽车大灯,该大灯在紫铜棒和散热铝片的帮助下散热功能更好,保证了产品的长寿命,同时透明玻璃罩使LED灯360度发光,成球面照射无死角,发光效果好。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种H7LED汽车前大灯,包括灯座、透明罩和LED器件,其特征在于:在灯座上设有紫铜棒;在灯座外侧设有底部带散热孔的散热铝片,紫铜棒连接在散热铝片上;LED器件为SMD贴片灯2颗,分成2面,分别贴在柔性软线路板上,柔性软线路板贴装在紫铜棒的对称面上;在紫铜棒与散热铝片的对接处设有与原卤钨灯H7相同的灯盘;紫铜棒上的柔性软线路板连出的线路通过散热铝片的散热孔与外制电源连接。
进一步,一组散热铝片之间环环相扣,通过螺丝扣紧。设置在紫铜棒外部的透明罩由玻璃或者透明塑料制成。
本发明采用传统钨丝灯泡的透明外观设计,外部的透明罩可以是玻璃的或者透明塑料的,透明罩内装每颗10W的CREE新款SMD贴片灯2颗,分成2面,一面1SMD,2SMD分别贴在柔性软线路板上,再将线路板贴在玻璃中间的紫铜棒的两边,紫铜棒连接到底部带散热孔的散热铝片上,每一个散热铝片之间是环环相扣的,然后再用螺丝扣紧,由紫铜棒上的线路板连出的线路通过散热铝片的中心孔连接到外制电源和接口,使电源与灯体分离,保证了灯体在过热的情况下不至于加重电源工作能力,同时也避免了对零部件的损坏,在紫铜棒与散热铝片对接处,装上与原卤钨灯H7一样的灯盘,就形成了一个完整的汽车LEDH7前大灯灯泡,此产品光中心高度与原钨丝灯泡一样,光型全面发光效果好,在紫铜棒和散热铝的帮助下散热功能更好,保证了产品的长寿命,同时透明玻璃罩使LED灯360度发光,成球面照射无死角,不需要加装任何零件,可直接替换原钨丝灯泡的用途,寿命长达30000小时。
本发明具有以下特点:
节能:功率上LED灯泡功率要比传统钨丝灯泡小,这款LED灯只有20W,传统钨丝灯最小是55W。寿命:LED灯泡寿命可以做到30000小时,普通钨丝灯泡寿命只有300小时左右。电压:LED灯泡可以做到12V和24V通用,但普通钨丝灯泡只能是12V或者24V,不能通用。正负极:LED可以做到不分正负极,但普通钨丝灯泡必须分极性5)光色:LED灯光色柔和,不眩目,可以分多种色温,如冷色6500K,正常太阳色6000K,而钨丝灯泡只有太阳色6000K。亮度:LED灯1800流明,而这款钨丝灯泡的亮度只有1500流明。温度:LED灯泡温度底可触摸,又加装铝散热器,传统钨丝灯温度高,热量大,不可触摸。

具体实施方式
一种H7LED汽车前大灯,包括灯座1、透明罩6和LED器件3,在灯座上设有紫铜棒4;在灯座外侧设有底部带散热孔的散热铝片5,紫铜棒连接在散热铝片上;LED器件3为SMD贴片灯2颗,分成2面,分别贴在柔性软线路板7上,柔性软线路板贴装在紫铜棒的对称面上;在紫铜棒与散热铝片的对接处设有与原卤钨灯H7相同的灯盘2;紫铜棒上的柔性软线路板连出的线路通过散热铝片的散热孔与外制电源连接。一组散热铝片之间环环相扣,通过螺丝扣紧。设置在紫铜棒外部的透明罩由玻璃或者透明塑料制成。
本发明使电源与灯体分离,保证了灯体在过热的情况下不至于加重电源工作能力,同时也避免了对零部件的损坏,在紫铜棒与散热铝片对接处,装上与原卤钨灯H7一样的灯盘,光中心高度与原钨丝灯泡一样,光型全面发光效果好。在紫铜棒和散热铝的帮助下散热功能更好,保证了产品的长寿命。
Claims (3)
1.一种H7LED汽车前大灯,包括灯座(1)、透明罩(6)和LED器件(3),其特征在于:在灯座(1)上设有紫铜棒(4);在灯座(1)外侧设有底部带散热孔的散热铝片(5),紫铜棒(4)连接在散热铝片(5)上;LED器件(3)为SMD贴片灯2颗,分成2面,分别贴在柔性软线路板(7)上,柔性软线路板(7)贴装在紫铜棒(4)的对称面上;在紫铜棒(4)与散热铝片(5)的对接处设有与卤钨灯H7相同的灯盘(2);紫铜棒(4)上的柔性软线路板(7)连出的线路通过散热铝片(5)的散热孔与外制电源连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的H7LED汽车前大灯,其特征在于:一组散热铝片(4)之间环环相扣,通过螺丝扣紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的H7LED汽车前大灯,其特征在于:设置在紫铜棒(4)外部的透明罩由玻璃或者透明塑料制成。
