本发明公开了一种H4?LED汽车大灯,包括灯座和LED器件,其特征在于:在灯座上设有散热铝棒;在灯座外侧设有航空铝散热片,散热铝棒与一组航空铝散热片连接;在散热铝棒的对称面上设有两个矩形安装槽,LED器件为12颗高亮度芯片,分成2面,每面是6SMD,分别贴在铝制线路板上,铝制线路板贴装在两个矩形安装槽内;在散热铝棒与航空铝散热片对接处设有灯盘;铝制线路板通过导线穿过航空铝片上的散热孔与外制电源连接。该大灯采用安装槽结构,发光效果好,透过灯具成球面照射无死角,散热效果好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车大灯,具体地说是一种H4LED汽车大灯。
背景技术
汽车大灯,作为汽车的主要照明设备,不仅关系到一辆汽车的外在形象,更与安全驾驶紧密联系。LED灯不容易受振动影响,使用过程中光输出亮度也不会明显下降。LED汽车灯具有节能、环保、寿命长的特点。
传统的汽车大灯采用钨丝灯泡,这种钨丝灯泡的缺点是:功率大、亮度低;寿命短,只有300小时左右;而且必须分正负极,只能是12V或者24V,不能通用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种汽车大灯,该大灯采用安装槽结构,发光效果好,透过灯具成球面照射无死角,散热效果好,使用寿命长。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种H4LED汽车大灯,包括灯座和LED器件,其特征在于:在灯座上设有散热铝棒;在灯座外侧设有航空铝散热片,散热铝棒与一组航空铝散热片连接;在散热铝棒的对称面上设有两个矩形安装槽,LED器件为12颗高亮度芯片,分成2面,每面是6SMD,分别贴在铝制线路板上,铝制线路板贴装在两个矩形安装槽内;在散热铝棒与航空铝散热片对接处设有灯盘;铝制线路板通过导线穿过航空铝片上的散热孔与外制电源连接。
进一步,一组航空铝片之间环环相扣,通过镙丝扣紧。在铝制线路板上设有弧形聚光板,通过弧形聚光板可以使高亮度芯片的发光效果更好。
本发明的汽车大灯,参照欧盟E4标准,并根据传统钨丝灯泡的发光原理设计,正反采用12颗PHILIPS公司的高亮度芯片,分成2面,每面是6SMD,分别贴在散热效果比较好的铝制线路板上,再将铝制线路板与散热铝棒连接,铝棒连接到底部带散热孔的航空铝片上,每一个航空铝散热片之间是环环相扣的,然后再用镙丝扣紧,由铝棒上的线路板连出的线路通过航空铝散热片的中心孔连接到外制电源和接口,使电源与灯体分离,保证了灯体在过热的情况下不至于加重电源工作能力,同时也避免了对零部件的损坏,在铝棒与航空铝散热片对接处,装上与原卤钨灯H4一样的灯盘,就形成了一个完整的汽车LEDH4前大灯灯泡,此产品光中心高度与原钨丝灯泡一致,光型更全面,发光效果好,在铝棒和多层航空铝散热片的帮助下散热功能更好,保证了产品的长寿命,使产品透过灯具成球面照射无死角,不需要加装任何零件,可直接替换原钨丝灯泡的用途,寿命长达30000小时。
本发明具有以下特点:
节能:功率上LED灯泡功率要比传统钨丝灯泡小,这款LED灯只有30W,传统钨丝灯最小是60W。寿命:LED灯泡寿命可以做到30000小时,普通钨丝灯泡寿命只有300小时左右。电压:LED灯泡可以做到12V和24V通用,但普通钨丝灯泡只能是12V或者24V,不能通用。光色:LED灯光色柔和,不眩目,可以分多种色温,如冷色6200K,正常太阳色6000K,而钨丝灯泡只有太阳色6000K。亮度:LED灯1500流明,而钨丝灯泡的亮度也是1500流明。温度:LED灯泡温度底可触摸,又加装铝散热器,传统钨丝灯温度高,热量大,不可触摸。

具体实施方式
一种H4LED汽车大灯,包括灯座2以及LED器件3。在灯座上设有散热铝棒4;在灯座2外侧设有航空铝散热片5,散热铝棒设置在灯座上且与一组航空铝散热片连接;在散热铝棒的对称面上设有两个矩形安装槽41,LED器件3为12颗高亮度芯片,分成2面,每面是6SMD,分别贴在铝制线路板6上,铝制线路板贴装在两个矩形安装槽内;在铝制线路板上设有弧形聚光板1,通过弧形聚光板可以使高亮度芯片的发光效果更好。在散热铝棒与航空铝散热片对接处设有灯盘7;铝制线路板通过导线穿过航空铝片上的散热孔与外制电源连接。一组航空铝片之间环环相扣,通过镙丝扣紧。
本发明的汽车大灯,采用特殊的散热铝棒结构,对称面上设有两个矩形安装槽。采用12颗PHILIPS公司的高亮度芯片,分成2面,每面是6SMD,分别贴在散热效果比较好的铝制线路板上,再将铝制线路板与散热铝棒连接,铝棒连接到底部带散热孔的航空铝片上,每一个航空铝散热片之间是环环相扣的,然后再用镙丝扣紧,由铝棒上的线路板连出的线路通过航空铝散热片的中心孔连接到外制电源和接口,使电源与灯体分离,保证了灯体在过热的情况下不至于加重电源工作能力,同时也避免了对零部件的损坏。产品光中心高度与原钨丝灯泡一致,光型更全面,发光效果好,在铝棒和多层航空铝散热片的帮助下散热功能更好,保证了产品的长寿命,使产品透过灯具成球面照射无死角,不需要加装任何零件,可直接替换原钨丝灯泡的用途,寿命长达30000小时。

1.一种H4LED汽车大灯,包括灯座(2)和LED器件(3),其特征在于:在灯座(2)上设有散热铝棒(4);在灯座(2)外侧设有航空铝散热片(5),散热铝棒(4)与一组航空铝散热片(5)连接;在散热铝棒(4)的对称面上设有两个矩形安装槽(41),LED器件(3)为12颗高亮度芯片,分成2面,每面是6SMD,分别贴在铝制线路板(6)上,铝制线路板(6)贴装在两个矩形安装槽(41)内;在散热铝棒(4)与航空铝散热片(5)对接处设有灯盘(7);铝制线路板(6)通过导线穿过航空铝片(5)上的散热孔与外制电源连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的H4LED汽车大灯,其特征在于:一组航空铝片(5)之间环环相扣,通过镙丝扣紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的H4LED汽车大灯,其特征在于:在铝制线路板(6)上设有弧形聚光板(1)。
