Abstract
一种光源模组,包括电路板、发光体、导光板、反射片、扩散板及框架,发光体电连接电路板,导光板一端与发光体相邻,反射片位于导光板的一侧,扩散板位于导光板远离反射片的一侧,框架区隔固定电路板、发光体、导光板、反射片及扩散板,发光体发出的光线经导光板及反射片导引后通过扩散板出光,导光板具有一入光面,发光体具有一出光面,发光体的出光面与导光板的入光面之间形成一夹角,发光体的中心光线经导光板及反射片导引后导出导光板。本发明的光源模组,利用发光二极管与导光板的入光面之间的夹角,将发光二极管中心最强的光线导引出导光板,提高光源模组的光效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光源模组,尤其涉及一种可以提高光效的光源模组。
背景技术
随着照明技术的演进,灯具所采用的光源从白炽灯泡、荧光灯管一直进展至近年来快速蓬勃发展的发光二极管(lightemittingdiode,LED)。发光二极管具有省电、使用寿命长、环保、启动快速、体积小等多种优点,且发光二极管所能达到的功率随着技术成熟而逐渐变大,发光二极管已有逐渐应用于一般照明并取代荧光灯管的趋势。发光二极管发出的光线经导光板导引出来进而形成光源模组。然而传统的发光二极管与导光板之间的关系,使得发光二极管中心最强的光线经导光板导引后并不能导出导光板,会损失发光二极管的光通量。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种可以提高光效的光源模组。
一种光源模组,包括电路板、发光体、导光板、反射片、扩散板及框架,发光体电连接电路板,导光板一端与发光体相邻,反射片位于导光板的一侧,扩散板位于导光板远离反射片的一侧,框架区隔固定电路板、发光体、导光板、反射片及扩散板,发光体发出的光线经导光板及反射片导引后通过扩散板出光,导光板具有一入光面,发光体具有一出光面,发光体的出光面与导光板的入光面之间形成一夹角,发光体的中心光线经导光板及反射片导引后导出导光板。
本发明的光源模组,利用发光二极管与导光板的入光面之间的夹角,将发光二极管中心最强的光线导引出导光板,提高光源模组的光效。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1-3,本发明一种实施方式中的光源模组100,其包括电路板60、电连接于该电路板60上的发光体10、导光板20、反射片30、扩散板40及框架50。导光板20一端与该发光体10相邻,反射片30位于导光板20的一侧,扩散板40位于导光板20远离反射片30的一侧,框架50用于区隔固定电路板60、发光体10、导光板20、反射片30及扩散板40。发光体10通电后发出的光线经导光板20及反射片30导引后通过扩散板40扩散后出光而形成一均匀平面光源。
请一并参阅图4,发光体10包括连接于电路板60一侧端的至少一发光二极管11及连接于电路板60与至少一发光二极管11之间的至少两个焊锡12。电路板60邻近至少一发光二极管11的一侧设有焊盘61。
本实施方式中,发光二极管11的数量为十个,焊锡12的数量为二十个,十个发光二极管11均匀地排列于一条直线上,二十个焊锡12均匀地排列于一条直线上。每一发光二极管11邻近电路板60边缘的一侧面设有用于导电的阳极引脚111及阴极引脚112。每一发光二极管11对应与两个焊锡12连接,其中,一焊锡12一端焊接于焊盘61上,邻近发光二极管11一端焊接于发光二极管11的阳极引脚111上,另一焊锡12一端焊接于焊盘61上,邻近发光二极管11一端焊接于发光二极管11的阴极引脚112上。发光二极管11具有一出光面113(见图5),出光面113邻近导光板20,发光二极管11导电后,发光二极管11的光线从出光面113导出。
请一并参阅图6,导光板20呈板块状,导光板20包括底面21、位于底面21一侧的入光面22、位于底面21另一侧的反射面23及与底面21相对的出光面24。入光面22相对底面21倾斜设置,底面21邻近该发光二极管11的一端到该发光二极管11的距离与该出光面24邻近该发光二极管11的一端到该发光二极管11的距离不相等。本实施方式中,入光面22与底面21的夹角为一锐角,底面21邻近该发光二极管11的一端到发光二极管11的距离小于出光面24邻近该发光二极管11的一端到发光二极管11的距离。
可理解,其他实施方式中,入光面22与底面21的夹角可为一钝角,底面21到发光二极管11的距离大于出光面24到发光二极管11的距离。
反射片30紧邻导光板20的底面21设置,反射片30对导光板20内光线进行反射。
扩散板40包括扩散部41及连接于扩散部41的安装部42。扩散部41邻近导光板20的出光面24,扩散部41将从出光面24穿出的光线进行扩散,进而形成一均匀的光源。安装部42邻近框架50一端设有卡扣421,本实施方式中,卡扣421的数量为两个,分别位于扩散部41的两端。
框架50有一顶面51,框架50自顶面51开设第一容置槽52,框架50于第一容置槽52内开设有与卡扣421相对应的通孔521,本实施方式中,通孔521的数量相对应也为两个。框架50于第一容置槽52内开设聚光槽53,聚光槽53与第一容置槽52之间存在一倒角,聚光槽53使导光板20导出的光线均匀地通过扩散板40。框架50于聚光槽53内开设一贯穿框架50的通槽54。框架50于顶面51的对面开设一第二容置槽55,框架50于第二容置槽55内开设有与通槽54相连通的第三容置槽56。本实施方式中,第三容置槽56的数量为两个,分别位于通槽54的对侧。
本实施方式中,框架50邻近第三容置槽56设置有导电部57,框架50远离导电部57一端开设一凹槽58。导电部57可使外部电源与电路板60电性连接,以使发光二极管11通电。凹槽58可与外部安装连接进而固定光源模组100。
请一并参阅图5,组装时,首先将反射片30与导光板20的底面21连接,并将反射片30远离导光板20的一侧与电路板60连接,使得导光板20的入光面22与发光二极管11紧邻连接;再将电路板60连接反射片30与导光板20一侧收容于第二容置槽55,并使导光板20收容于第三容置槽56;最后将扩散板40的卡扣421卡入框架50的通孔521以使扩散板40固定于框架50,完成组装。
请参阅图5及图6,使用时,将电路板60与外部电源电性连接,使发光二极管11通电发光,发光二极管11的光线从出光面113导出后,经入光面22折射后进入导光板20,再经反射片30、导光板20的反射面23及出光面24作用导出导光板20,从导光板20射出的光线经过扩散板40扩散后,进而形成均匀的光源。由于发光二极管11与导光板20的入光面22存在一夹角,发光二极管11中心最强的光线经导光板20引导后可导出导光板20,进而增强光源模组100的出光量,提高光源模组100的亮度。
可理解,发光二极管11及焊锡12的数量不限定于本实施方式的十个发光二极管11及二十个焊锡12,发光二极管11及焊锡12的具体数量可根据实际情况决定。
可理解,扩散板40与框架50固定方式不限于卡扣421卡入通孔521的固定方式,还可通过其它方式固定,例如在扩散板40及框架50上设置相应的螺纹孔,利用螺丝穿过螺纹孔将扩散板40与框架50固定。
本发明的光源模组,利用发光二极管与导光板的入光面之间的夹角,将发光二极管中心最强的光线导引出导光板,提高光源模组的光效;利用焊锡使发光二极管与电路板垂直焊接,降低该光源模组的高度。
另外,本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施方式所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种光源模组,包括电路板、发光体、导光板、反射片、扩散板及框架,该发光体电连接该电路板,该导光板一端与该发光体相邻,该反射片位于该导光板的一侧,该扩散板位于该导光板远离该反射片的一侧,该框架区隔固定该电路板、发光体、导光板、反射片及扩散板,该发光体发出的光线经该导光板及该反射片导引后通过该扩散板出光,该导光板具有一入光面,该发光体具有一出光面,其特征在于:该发光体的出光面与该导光板的入光面之间形成一夹角,该发光体的中心光线经该导光板及该反射片导引后导出该导光板。
2.如权利要求1所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该发光体包括连接于该电路板一侧端的至少一发光二极管及连接该电路板与该至少一发光二极管的至少两个焊锡,该电路板邻近该至少一发光二极管的侧端设有焊盘,该至少一发光二极管邻近该电路板边缘的一侧面设有用于导电的阳极引脚及阴极引脚,该至少一发光二极管与该至少两个焊锡连接,该至少两个焊锡的一端焊接于该焊盘上,该至少两个焊锡的一焊锡邻近该至少一发光二极管一端焊接于该至少一发光二极管的阳极引脚上,该至少两个焊锡的另一焊锡邻近该至少一发光二极管一端焊接于该至少一发光二极管的阴极引脚上。
3.如权利要求2所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该发光体的至少一发光二极管均匀地排列于一条直线上,该发光体的至少两个焊锡均匀地排列于一条直线上。
4.如权利要求2所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该导光板还包括底面、位于该入光面对侧的反射面及与该底面相对的出光面,该入光面相对该底面倾斜设置,该底面邻近该发光二极管的一端到该发光二极管的距离与该出光面邻近该发光二极管的一端到该发光二极管的距离不相等。
5.如权利要求4所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该入光面与该底面的夹角为一锐角,该底面邻近该发光二极管的一端到该发光二极管的距离小于该出光面邻近该发光二极管的一端到该发光二极管的距离。
6.如权利要求5所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该框架有一顶面,该框架自该顶面开设第一容置槽,该框架于该第一容置槽内开设贯穿该框架的通槽,该框架于该顶面的对面开设一第二容置槽,该框架于该第二容置槽内开设有一第三容置槽,该扩散板包括扩散部及连接于该扩散部的安装部,该安装部邻近该框架一端设有卡扣,该框架于该第一容置槽内开设有与该卡扣相对应的通孔,该卡扣插入该通孔以使该扩散板与该框架固定,该导光板收容于该第三容置槽,该电路板收容于该第二容置槽,该第三容置槽与该通槽相连通以使发光体发出的光线从该通槽中穿过进而由该扩散部发散。
7.如权利要求6所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该卡扣的数量为两个,分别位于该扩散部的两端,该通孔的数量对应也为两个。
8.如权利要求6所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该框架于该第一容置槽内开设一聚光槽,该聚光槽与该第一容置槽的间存在一倒角,该聚光槽使该导光板导出的光线均匀地通过该扩散板。
9.如权利要求6所述的光源模组,其特征在于:该框架邻近该第三容置槽设置有导电部,该框架远离该导电部一端开设一凹槽,该导电部使外部电源与该电路板电性连接以使发光二极管通电发光,该凹槽与外部安装连接进而固定该光源模组。
