Abstract

氯碱用直流式全衬截止阀,涉及一种特征阀门。包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、阀瓣,所述阀体设有介质进口、介质出口、上安装口,在介质进口处设置进口法兰,在介质出口处设置出口法兰,在上安装口出设置中法兰,阀盖的一个端部设置连接法兰,阀杆同轴设置在阀盖内,阀杆与阀盖之间设置密封机构;介质出口的中心线与中法兰中心线之间的夹角为60°±0.5°,在阀体内侧壁、阀瓣外表面、阀杆与介质接触的外表面、进口法兰外端面、出口法兰外端面、中法兰与连接法兰连接的端面均熔融复合氟塑料层。本阀具有密封性能好,耐强腐蚀,使用寿命长的特点;介质阻力小,流速快,特定的角度设置便于特定位置的安装使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种特征阀门,具体涉及一种氯碱专用截止阀的制造技术领域。
背景技术
以往,氯碱化工行业的阀门,通常为密封性能一般的普通阀门,特殊位置的阀门也是普通阀门代替。普通阀门无论从材料还是结构都不具备专用的特点,具体表现在其一这种阀门各密封部位的密封结构不好,性能差,不能很好地阻止介质泄漏;其二在强腐蚀、有毒有害的工艺条件下,往往密封性能差,易泄漏,氟塑料易损坏,壳体易穿孔,使用寿命短,不能满足长期有效输送有毒介质的特殊要求。而氯气等有毒介质一旦泄漏出来,会对周边环境和人身安全带来严重的后果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的问题,本发明提供一种氯碱用直流式全衬截止阀。
本发明包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、阀瓣,所述阀体设有介质进口、介质出口、上安装口,在所述介质进口处设置进口法兰,在所述介质出口处设置出口法兰,在所述上安装口出设置中法兰,所述阀盖的一个端部设置连接法兰,所述阀盖通过连接法兰与所述阀体的中法兰通过螺栓、螺母固定连接,所述阀杆同轴设置在所述阀盖内,所述阀杆的一端穿过阀盖布置在所述阀体内,所述阀杆的另一端穿过阀盖的另一端并与此端螺纹连接,所述阀瓣连接在阀体内的阀杆端部,阀杆与阀瓣一体设置,所述阀瓣与阀体内阀座可分离式连接,所述阀杆与阀盖之间设置密封机构;所述介质出口的中心线与中法兰中心线之间的夹角为60°±0.5°,在所述阀体内侧壁、阀瓣外表面、阀杆与介质接触的外表面、进口法兰外端面、出口法兰外端面、中法兰与连接法兰连接的端面均熔融复合氟塑料层。
本发明所述密封机构为在阀杆与阀盖之间靠近连接法兰处设置填料函,在所述填料函内设置密封填料,在填料函开口端固定连接填料压盖,所述填料压盖压紧所述密封填料。
本发明在所述阀杆远离阀体的一端连接手轮。
本发明在所述手轮与所述阀盖之间的阀杆上螺纹连接定位螺母。
本发明工作原理是:顺时针转动手轮,带动传动杆使阀杆上端的阀瓣迎合阀座密封面,阀门关严;逆时针转动手轮,带动阀杆使阀杆上端的阀瓣离开阀座密封面,阀门打开。阀门关闭时,定位螺母锁定关闭位置,以防止操作失误压坏氟塑料密封面;
本阀具有密封性能好,耐强腐蚀,使用寿命长的特点;介质阻力小,流速快,特定的角度设置便于特定位置的安装使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本氯碱用直流式全衬截止阀,包括阀体1、阀盖3、阀杆6、阀瓣4,阀体1设有介质进口9、介质出口10、上安装口11,在介质进口10处设置进口法兰12,在介质出口10处设置出口法兰13,在上安装口11出设置中法兰14,阀盖3的一个端部设置连接法兰15,阀盖3通过连接法兰15与阀体6的中法兰14通过螺栓、螺母固定连接,阀杆6同轴设置在阀盖3内,阀杆6的一端穿过阀盖3布置在阀体1内,阀杆6的另一端穿过阀盖3的另一端并与此端螺纹连接,阀瓣4连接在阀体1内的阀杆6端部,阀杆6与阀瓣4一体设置,阀瓣4与阀体1内阀座8可分离式连接,阀杆6与阀盖3之间设置密封机构16,在阀杆6远离阀体1的一端连接手轮7;介质出口10的中心线与中法兰14中心线之间的夹角为60°±0.5°,在阀体1内侧壁、阀瓣4外表面、阀杆6与介质接触的外表面、进口法兰12外端面、出口法兰13外端面、中法兰14与连接法兰15连接的端面均熔融复合氟塑料层2。
优选的,密封机构16为在阀杆6与阀盖3之间靠近连接法兰处设置填料函17,在填料函17内设置密封填料14,在填料函17开口端固定连接填料压盖5,填料压盖5压紧密封填料14。
进一步的,在手轮7与阀盖3之间的阀杆6上螺纹连接定位螺母14。

1.氯碱用直流式全衬截止阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、阀瓣,所述阀体设有介质进口、介质出口、上安装口,在所述介质进口处设置进口法兰,在所述介质出口处设置出口法兰,在所述上安装口出设置中法兰,所述阀盖的一个端部设置连接法兰,所述阀盖通过连接法兰与所述阀体的中法兰通过螺栓、螺母固定连接,所述阀杆同轴设置在所述阀盖内,所述阀杆的一端穿过阀盖布置在所述阀体内,所述阀杆的另一端穿过阀盖的另一端并与此端螺纹连接,所述阀瓣连接在阀体内的阀杆端部,阀杆与阀瓣一体设置,所述阀座与阀体内阀座可分离式连接,所述阀杆与阀盖之间设置密封机构;其特征在于所述介质出口的中心线与中法兰中心线之间的夹角为60°±0.5°,在所述阀体内侧壁、阀瓣外表面、阀杆与介质接触的外表面、进口法兰外端面、出口法兰外端面、中法兰与连接法兰连接的端面均熔融复合氟塑料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氯碱用直流式全衬截止阀,其特征在于所述密封机构为在阀杆与阀盖之间靠近连接法兰处设置填料函,在所述填料函内设置密封填料,在填料函开口端固定连接填料压盖,所述填料压盖压紧所述密封填料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氯碱用直流式全衬截止阀,其特征在于在所述阀杆远离阀体的一端连接手轮。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的氯碱用直流式全衬截止阀,其特征在于在所述手轮与所述阀盖之间的阀杆上螺纹连接定位螺母。
