本实用新型公开了一种整体式夹套保温球阀,包括阀体(16)、阀座(11)、阀芯(10)、阀杆,在该阀体(16)上装有保温夹套(17),在所述阀体内、并与阀座紧靠处装有压环(13),在该压环内、并与阀体相接处装有弹簧(14)。在所述阀体、阀座与压环之间装有楔形密封环(12);在所述阀体与压环之间装有防尘圈(15)。本实用新型压环和弹簧的组合结构,使得球阀门的密封性更好,通过弹簧的预紧力传递给压环,压环的锥截面将挤压楔形密封环,使楔形密封环产生变形,使其在径向内外贴紧阀座和阀体,从而使保温球阀在径向获得耐高温的整体密封结构。特别适用于450℃以内高温介质的场合,其流动介质就不易出现结晶或凝固现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体是涉及一种带有保温夹套的阀门。
技术背景
目前,在石油、化工等行业有些介质(如三聚氢胺、BPA化学品、沥青等)对工况环境温度要求较高(≥280C°),不允许出现结晶或凝固现象。现有的带有保温夹套的球阀,由于阀座与阀体之间的密封性能通常因受其原有结构及相对应的密封材料(如氟橡胶O型圈)的限制,不能长期在高温工况下使用,容易造成其密封材料的失效,达不到高温要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种能符合较高温度要求、其流动介质不会出现结晶或凝固现象的整体式夹套保温球阀。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:整体式夹套保温球阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀芯、阀杆,在该阀体上装有保温夹套,在所述阀体内、并与阀座紧靠处装有压环,在该压环内、并与阀体相接处装有弹簧。在所述阀体、阀座与压环之间装有楔形密封环;在所述阀体与压环之间装有防尘圈。
采用本发明后,所述压环和弹簧的组合结构,使得球阀门的密封性更好,压环后面装有弹簧(起到压缩预紧作用),通过弹簧的预紧力传递给压环,压环的锥截面将挤压楔形密封环,使楔形密封环产生变形,使其在径向内外贴紧阀座和阀体,从而使保温球阀在径向获得耐高温的整体密封结构。特别适用于450℃以内高温介质的场合,其流动介质也就不易出现结晶或凝固现象。

具体实施方式
参照附图1,本发明整体式夹套保温球阀,包括阀体16(含密封座盖7)、阀座11、阀芯10(即球体)、阀杆(分为上阀杆18、下阀杆4)及底盖2,在该阀体16上装有保温夹套17(带有法兰),在所述阀体16内、并与阀座11紧靠处装有压环13,在该压环13内、并与阀体16相接处装有弹簧14(压缩弹簧)。在所述阀体16、阀座11与压环13之间装有楔形密封环12(耐高温的柔性石墨材料);在所述阀体16与压环13之间装有防尘圈15,以加强实现阀座、压环、阀体(含密封座盖7,密封座盖7作为阀体的一部分可拆卸分离,以便于安装阀芯、阀座等)结构间的密封,可有效防止易结晶介质进入弹簧腔内,起到保护弹簧的作用,避免弹簧失效。
其中,在该上阀杆18的上部与阀体16之间还装有上阀杆座21、填料压盖25及填料24。在刮刀式阀座上直接加工出台阶结构使阀座与阀体之间形成密封腔,然后再在该密封腔内装上耐高温的柔性石墨材料的楔形密封环,在楔形密封环后面加装一个带锥截面的压环,压环后面装上弹簧(起到压缩预紧作用),这样通过弹簧的预紧力传递给压环,压环的锥截面将挤压楔形密封环,使楔形密封环产生变形,使其在径向内外贴紧阀座和阀体,从而伎保温球阀在径向获得耐高温的整体密封结构。在流体介质在流经阀座时,有时会通过该弹簧结构与阀体(及密封座盖)之间的缝隙渗入压环结构的弹簧腔内,容易导致弹簧失效而影响弹簧预紧功能和密封要求,使球阀门无法正常工作。为了防止介质进入弹簧腔内,在阀座结构上创新设计了防尘圈和楔形密封环,通过加装该密封结构,该密封结构在压环与阀体(及密封座盖)之间设置、编制一层柔性石墨防尘圈,在阀座、阀体和压环之间设置一层柔性石墨材料的楔形密封环。
本发明采用保温夹套(金属)与阀体之间构成保温通道,在该保温通道内再注入蒸汽或其他保温介质,确保球阀门内腔正常恒温。球阀门的通径与管径一致,介质流阻小,提高了容易凝固、高粘度等介质的流动性,同时又能有效降低管道中介质热量损失。球阀门密封件采用耐高温的柔性石墨材料,代替了传统产品的氟橡胶O型圈材料,使球阀门在450℃内正常工作。
在所述阀座11和阀芯10(球体)的表面(采用超音速喷涂技术)具有碳化钨硬化涂层(喷涂方式,其厚度为0.2-0.25mm);或者在所述阀座11和阀芯10(球体)的表面具有镍基合金硬化层(喷焊方式,其厚度为0.8-1.5mm),从而使阀座和阀芯(球体)致密结合,且使其表面硬度达到HRC65以上,具有很好的耐磨性能和耐冲蚀性能。且特制的具有弹性的阀座和压缩弹簧使得具有较低的操作扭矩。采用楔形密封环和对阀座施加压力的弹簧,有效阻止了介质从阀座背面的泄漏。而且弹簧在球阀门密封腔内承受高温时能自动调节阀座、阀芯(球体)和楔形密封环的膨胀,保证阀芯(球体)不被卡死。所述阀杆分为上阀杆18、下阀杆4,在所述阀体16内、并在上、下阀杆18、4上(阀芯10的上、下两端处)均装有自动定心的轴承19(耐高温,为上、下两处),其稳定性好,使上、下阀杆只承受阀门启闭过程中的扭矩。

1.整体式夹套保温球阀,包括阀体(16)、阀座(11)、阀芯(10)、阀杆,在该阀体(16)上装有保温夹套(17),其特征在于:在所述阀体(16)内、并与阀座(11)紧靠处装有压环(13),在该压环(13)内、并与阀体(16)相接处装有弹簧(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的整体式夹套保温球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀体(16)、阀座(11)与压环(13)之间装有楔形密封环(12);在所述阀体(16)与压环(13)之间装有防尘圈(15)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的整体式夹套保温球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀座(11)和阀芯(10)的表面具有碳化钨硬化涂层;或者在所述阀座(11)和阀芯(10)的表面具有镍基合金硬化层。
4.如权利要求1所述的整体式夹套保温球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀体(16)内、并在上、下阀杆(18、4)上均装有自动定心的轴承(19)。
