本发明公开一种机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构,包括静组件、浮动型静止环、弹性部件和辅助密封,所述弹性部件支撑在静组件和浮动型静止环之间,辅助密封位于静组件和浮动型静止环的接触界面上,还包括开设在静组件上的环流腔,环流腔的开口位于静组件与浮动型静止环的接触界面上,环流腔设置有流体进出口,流体进出口位于静组件外表面,辅助密封有两个。本发明通过加热(或冷却)流体与浮动型静止环背部或外周大面积的直接接触,达到良好的保温(或冷却)的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械密封装置,尤其涉及一种机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构。
背景技术
目前,已知的对机械密封的静环的保温结构,主要为急冷,静环外周冷却结构,夹套结构,其中急冷的保温(或冷却)效果最好,但急冷流体部分会泄漏到大气中,且可能被泄漏介质污染,使用中通常都是直接排放。静环外周冷却结构及夹套结构的冷却效果不如急冷,静环外周冷却的保温(或冷却)效果则优于夹套结构。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构,通过加热(或冷却)流体与浮动型静止环背部或外周大面积的直接接触,达到良好的保温(或冷却)的目的。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明公开的机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构,包括静组件、浮动型静止环、弹性部件和辅助密封,所述弹性部件支撑在静组件和浮动型静止环之间,所述辅助密封位于静组件和浮动型静止环的接触界面上,还包括开设在静组件上的环流腔,所述环流腔的开口位于静组件与浮动型静止环的接触界面上,环流腔设置有流体进出口,所述流体进出口位于静组件外表面,所述辅助密封有两个。
作为一种优选,所述接触界面为一个平面,两个辅助密封分别位于保温流体通道的两侧。
作为另一种优选,所述接触界面为两个平面,分别为浮动型静止环的两个端面,所述环流腔的开口位于其中一个端面上,两个辅助密封分别位于两个端面上。
进一步的优选,所述环流腔的开口覆盖弹性部件。
本发明通过加热(或冷却)流体与浮动型静止环背部或外周大面积的直接接触,达到良好的保温(或冷却)的目的;本发明还可以避免加热(或冷却)流体的泄漏、提高机械密封端面润滑性、液膜连续程度,减小磨损,延长密封使用寿命。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例包括:静组件1、浮动型静止环2、弹性部件3和辅助密封4,弹性部件3支撑在静组件1和浮动型静止环2之间,辅助密封4位于静组件1和浮动型静止环2的接触界面上,还包括开设在静组件1上的环流腔5,环流腔5的开口位于静组件1与浮动型静止环2的接触界面上,接触界面为一个平面,环流腔5设置有流体进出口6,流体进出口6位于静组件1外表面,辅助密封4有两个,两个辅助密封4分别位于环流腔5的两侧。
实施例2
本实施例包括:静组件1、浮动型静止环2、弹性部件3和辅助密封4,弹性部件3支撑在静组件1和浮动型静止环2之间,辅助密封4位于静组件1和浮动型静止环2的接触界面上,还包括开设在静组件1上的环流腔5,环流腔5的开口位于静组件1与浮动型静止环2的接触界面上,环流腔5设置有流体进出口6,流体进出口6位于静组件1外表面,辅助密封4有两个,接触界面为两个平面,分别为浮动型静止环2的两个端面,环流腔5的开口位于其中一个端面上,两个辅助密封4分别位于两个端面上,环流腔5的开口还覆盖弹性部件3。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构,包括静组件、浮动型静止环、弹性部件和辅助密封,所述弹性部件支撑在静组件和浮动型静止环之间,所述辅助密封位于静组件和浮动型静止环的接触界面上,其特征在于:还包括开设在静组件上的环流腔,所述环流腔的开口位于静组件与浮动型静止环的接触界面上,环流腔设置有流体进出口,所述流体进出口位于静组件外表面,所述辅助密封有两个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构,其特征在于:所述接触界面为一个平环面,两个辅助密封分别位于环流腔的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构,其特征在于:所述接触界面为两个平面,分别为浮动型静止环的两个端面,所述环流腔的开口位于其中一个端面上,两个辅助密封分别位于两个端面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机械密封浮动型静止式补偿环直接保温结构,其特征在于:所述环流腔的开口覆盖弹性部件。
