Abstract

本发明涉及一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料及其制备方法;包括:以Ce3N4,AlN,Al2O3,Eu2O3(稀土)和MgO为原料,(其中,Al2O3充当粘结剂、MgO充当分散剂),进行固相混合得到混合料;或者先置于酸中搅拌24h进行液相混合,再干燥处理得到混合料;然后将所述混合料放入球磨罐混合均匀,得到素坯;再将所述素坯装入刚玉坩埚中,再将所述刚玉坩埚放置于管式炉中进行烧结,在氮气气氛和1650℃条件下反应2小时,冷却至室温,即可得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光粉材料。本发明获得的Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光粉具有优异的力热稳定性,可依据掺杂离子不同发红、绿、蓝等光,制备成本低,适于产业化。

Description

一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于荧光材料的制备领域,具体涉及一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
SiAlON是Si3N4中Si和N原子被Al和O置换形成的一大类固溶体的总称;由于大量的共价键存在使得该体系材料具有优异的力学性能、温度性能和光谱性能。Re3+-SiAlON(Re3+=Eu3+,Tb3+,Dy3+…)荧光材料是稀土离子掺杂进入SiAlON的统称,相对传统荧光材料,氮化物基发光材料可以被更长波段激发从而发出多种需要波长的可见光,因此被广泛应用于白光LED领域。
本发明的思路为利用Ce4+代替Si4+,从而Ce3N4的Ce和N原子被Al和O置换,合成CeAlON系固溶体材料,该材料跟SiAlON系材料一样具有优异的力学、热学和光谱性能。迄今为止,关于SiAlON系的文献和专利较多,涵盖制备和应用多方面,但对于Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料,却没有专利涉及其制备合成、结构数据和发光性能等内容的公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料及其制备方法。该荧光材料弥补了市场空白,具有优异的力学、热学和光谱性能。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)配料:选择纯度高、大小均匀度接近的Ce3N4,AlN,Al2O3,Eu2O3和MgO,然后按照将各原料按照如下方程式进行配比:(2-z/3-2x/3)Ce3N4+(z/3+8x/3)AlN+(z/3-4x/3)Al2O3+xEu2O3+xMgO→Ce6-z-2xEu2xMgxAlzOzN8-z
2)Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯的制备:将配比后的原料放入球磨罐中混合均匀,球料比为1:1,进行干磨;或者先放入稀硝酸中,配比为10g:40ml,搅拌混合24h,干燥后再放入球磨罐中干磨4-8h;最后得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯;
3)将步骤2)的素坯装入刚玉坩埚中,再将刚玉坩埚放置于管式炉中进行烧结,在氮气气氛和1650℃条件下反应2小时,冷却至室温,即得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光粉体材料。在此处,MgO充当了分散剂的作用,Al2O3充当粘结剂的作用。
步骤1)所述的z为Ai-N和Al-O键取代Ce-N键的配比,而x为稀土离子Re3+取代Ce4+的比例。
步骤1)所用的Ce3N4纯度为99.95%,细度为0.5μm;AlN纯度为99.95%,细度为0.5μm;Al2O3纯度为99.95%,细度为0.1-0.5μm;Eu2O3纯度为99.95-99.99%,细度为0.5-1μm;MgO纯度为99.99%,细度为0.5-1μm。
步骤2)中球磨罐中球磨时间为4-8h,球料比为1:1,转速为100-250转/分。
一种如上所述的制备方法制得的Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料。
MgO不仅具有价态平衡的作用,更有分散剂的作用。
将上述Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON系荧光粉体材料进行性能表征,进行X-ray粉末衍射,高倍显微图和发光性能测试。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明在CeAlON系固溶体材料中掺杂Eu3+、Mg2+,随着掺杂量的不同,所得到的荧光材料的发光性能也不同。

具体实施方式
为进一步公开而不是限制本发明,以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)配料:选择纯度高、大小均匀度接近的Ce3N4,AlN,Al2O3,Eu2O3和MgO,然后按照将各原料按照如下方程式进行配比:此实施例中x=0.04;z=3;(2-z/3-2x/3)Ce3N4+(z/3+8x/3)AlN+(z/3-4x/3)Al2O3+xEu2O3+xMgO→Ce6-z-2xEu2xMgxAlzOzN8-z
2)Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯的制备:将配比后的原料放入球磨罐中混合均匀,得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯;
3)将步骤2)的素坯装入刚玉坩埚中,再将刚玉坩埚放置于管式炉中进行烧结,在氮气气氛和1650℃条件下反应2小时,冷却至室温,即得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光粉体材料。
实施例2
一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)配料:选择纯度高、大小均匀度接近的Ce3N4,AlN,Al2O3,Eu2O3和MgO,然后按照将各原料按照如下方程式进行配比:此实施例中x=0.06;z=3;(2-z/3-2x/3)Ce3N4+(z/3+8x/3)AlN+(z/3-4x/3)Al2O3+xEu2O3+xMgO→Ce6-z-2xEu2xMgxAlzOzN8-z
2)Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯的制备:将配比后的原料放入放入弱酸中搅拌混合24h,干燥后再放入球磨罐中混合均匀,最后得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯;
3)将步骤2)的素坯装入刚玉坩埚中,再将刚玉坩埚放置于管式炉中进行烧结,在氮气气氛和1650℃条件下反应2小时,冷却至室温,即得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光粉体材料。
实施例3
一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)配料:选择纯度高、大小均匀度接近的Ce3N4,AlN,Al2O3,Eu2O3和MgO,然后按照将各原料按照如下方程式进行配比:此实施例中x=0.08;z=3;(2-z/3-2x/3)Ce3N4+(z/3+8x/3)AlN+(z/3-4x/3)Al2O3+xEu2O3+xMgO→Ce6-z-2xEu2xMgxAlzOzN8-z
2)Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯的制备:将配比后的原料放入球磨罐中混合均匀,最后得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯;
3)将步骤2)的素坯装入刚玉坩埚中,再将刚玉坩埚放置于管式炉中进行烧结,在氮气气氛和1650℃条件下反应2小时,冷却至室温,即得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光粉体材料。

Claims (5)

1.一种Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
1)配料:选择纯度高、大小均匀度接近的Ce3N4,AlN,Al2O3,Eu2O3和MgO,然后将各原料按照如下方程式进行配比:(2-z/3-2x/3)Ce3N4+(z/3+8x/3)AlN+(z/3-4x/3)Al2O3+xEu2O3+xMgO→Ce6-z-2xEu2xMgxAlzOzN8-z
2)Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯的制备:将配比后的原料放入球磨罐中干磨均匀;或者先放入稀硝酸中,配比为10g:40ml,搅拌混合24h,干燥后再放入球磨罐中干磨均匀;最后得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON素坯;
3)将步骤2)的素坯装入刚玉坩埚中,再将刚玉坩埚放置于管式炉中进行烧结,在氮气气氛和1650℃条件下反应2小时,冷却至室温,即得到Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光粉体材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所述的z为Ai-N和Al-O键取代Ce-N键的配比,而x为稀土离子Re3+取代Ce4+的比例。
3.根据权利要求1所述的Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所用的Ce3N4纯度为99.95%,细度为0.5μm;AlN纯度为99.95%,细度为0.5μm;Al2O3纯度为99.95%,细度为0.1-0.5μm;Eu2O3纯度为99.95-99.99%,细度为0.5-1μm;MgO纯度为99.99%,细度为0.5-1μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中球磨罐中球磨时间为4-8h,球料比为1:1,转速为100-250转/分。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的制备方法制得的Eu3+/Mg2+:CeAlON荧光材料。
