本发明公开了一种阀门手轮涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:高氯化聚乙烯树脂50‑60份、环氧树脂10‑15份、HDI三聚体1‑3份、白炭黑1‑3份、硅酸铝棉2‑4份、羟丙基淀粉醚8‑10份、蛭石粉10‑12份、黄麻纤维10‑15份、米糠蜡3‑5份、山梨糖醇1‑3份、粉煤灰10‑15份、白油10‑15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5‑8份、成膜助剂4‑6份、硅酸乙酯1‑3份、乙二醇3‑6份、水10‑12份;本发明的阀门手轮涂料,具有防水耐磨、自洁防污功能,还具有抗静电功能,大大降低了吸附灰尘的能力,防污性能优,而且与手轮金属基体的结合力强,不易剥落、开裂。

一种阀门手轮涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种阀门手轮涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。阀门手轮一般为圆盘形,圆盘形手轮长时间使用后会出现磨损,而且手轮都是采用钢铁材料制成,在潮湿的环境中,容易发生腐蚀现象。为解决这个问题,采用合适的涂料对阀门手轮进行涂覆是常用的方法。然后目前的涂料与金属手轮基体的结合能力较差,防水、抗锈蚀性能不足,防污性能低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种阀门手轮涂料及其制备方法,制备的涂料具有防水耐磨、自洁防污功能,还具有抗静电功能,大大降低了吸附灰尘的能力,防污性能优,而且与手轮金属基体的结合力强,不易剥落、开裂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种阀门手轮涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:高氯化聚乙烯树脂50-60份、环氧树脂10-15份、HDI三聚体1-3份、白炭黑1-3份、硅酸铝棉2-4份、羟丙基淀粉醚8-10份、蛭石粉10-12份、黄麻纤维10-15份、米糠蜡3-5份、山梨糖醇1-3份、粉煤灰10-15份、白油10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-8份、成膜助剂4-6份、硅酸乙酯1-3份、乙二醇3-6份、水10-12份;
所述的成膜助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份比例将松香1-3份、环氧大豆油4-6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-2份,在150-170℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至90-100℃,加入丙烯酸3-5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 1-2份搅拌1-2小时,即得。
所述的阀门手轮涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、白油搅拌混匀,升温至70-80℃加入粉煤灰,充分搅拌并冷凝回流反应1-2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性粉煤灰;
(2)将高氯化聚乙烯树脂、黄麻纤维、米糠蜡、步骤(1)改性粉煤灰、乙二醇混合均匀后于微波频炉2000MHz、功率600W下微波处理10-20分钟,得物料I;
(3)将硅酸铝棉、羟丙基淀粉醚、蛭石粉、硅酸乙酯、水混合,加热至50-60℃保温搅拌10-15分钟,然后干燥、粉碎得物料II;
(4)将物料I、物料II和剩余原料混合,加热至100-120℃保温搅拌10-15分钟,然后冷却,即可。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的阀门手轮涂料及其制备方法,制备的涂料具有防水耐磨、自洁防污功能,还具有抗静电功能,大大降低了吸附灰尘的能力,防污性能优,而且与手轮金属基体的结合力强,不易剥落、开裂。本发明添加的助剂和填料,相容性好,能迅速浮到漆膜表面,固定在漆膜表面,使污染物难于粘附于漆膜表面,从而使漆膜具有持久耐沾污性能,制得的涂料具有有效的防污性能和耐磨性能;本发明添加的成膜助剂,与树脂和填料的相容性高,与金属基体的结合力强,能有效改善涂层的附着力、流平性,不易剥落、开裂,涂覆在阀门手轮表面后对阀门手轮具有很好的保护作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不仅限于这些实施例,在未脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所作的任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
一种阀门手轮涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:高氯化聚乙烯树脂50份、环氧树脂15份、HDI三聚体1份、白炭黑1份、硅酸铝棉4份、羟丙基淀粉醚8份、蛭石粉10份、黄麻纤维10份、米糠蜡3份、山梨糖醇1份、粉煤灰15份、白油15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份、成膜助剂4份、硅酸乙酯1份、乙二醇3份、水10份;
所述的成膜助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份比例将松香1份、环氧大豆油4份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1份,在150℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至100℃,加入丙烯酸3份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 1份搅拌1小时,即得。
所述的阀门手轮涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、白油搅拌混匀,升温至70℃加入粉煤灰,充分搅拌并冷凝回流反应2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性粉煤灰;
(2)将高氯化聚乙烯树脂、黄麻纤维、米糠蜡、步骤(1)改性粉煤灰、乙二醇混合均匀后于微波频炉2000MHz、功率600W下微波处理10分钟,得物料I;
(3)将硅酸铝棉、羟丙基淀粉醚、蛭石粉、硅酸乙酯、水混合,加热至50℃保温搅拌15分钟,然后干燥、粉碎得物料II;
(4)将物料I、物料II和剩余原料混合,加热至100℃保温搅拌15分钟,然后冷却,即可。
实施例2:
一种阀门手轮涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:高氯化聚乙烯树脂55份、环氧树脂12份、HDI三聚体2份、白炭黑2份、硅酸铝棉3份、羟丙基淀粉醚9份、蛭石粉12份、黄麻纤维12份、米糠蜡4份、山梨糖醇2份、粉煤灰12份、白油12份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份、成膜助剂5份、硅酸乙酯2份、乙二醇5份、水12份;
所述的成膜助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份比例将松香2份、环氧大豆油5份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份,在160℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至95℃,加入丙烯酸5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 2份搅拌2小时,即得。
所述的阀门手轮涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、白油搅拌混匀,升温至75℃加入粉煤灰,充分搅拌并冷凝回流反应2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性粉煤灰;
(2)将高氯化聚乙烯树脂、黄麻纤维、米糠蜡、步骤(1)改性粉煤灰、乙二醇混合均匀后于微波频炉2000MHz、功率600W下微波处理15分钟,得物料I;
(3)将硅酸铝棉、羟丙基淀粉醚、蛭石粉、硅酸乙酯、水混合,加热至55℃保温搅拌15分钟,然后干燥、粉碎得物料II;
(4)将物料I、物料II和剩余原料混合,加热至110℃保温搅拌15分钟,然后冷却,即可。
实施例3:
一种阀门手轮涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:高氯化聚乙烯树脂60份、环氧树脂10份、HDI三聚体3份、白炭黑3份、硅酸铝棉2份、羟丙基淀粉醚10份、蛭石粉12份、黄麻纤维15份、米糠蜡5份、山梨糖醇3份、粉煤灰15份、白油15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份、成膜助剂6份、硅酸乙酯3份、乙二醇6份、水12份;
所述的成膜助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份比例将松香3份、环氧大豆油6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2份,在170℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至100℃,加入丙烯酸5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 2份搅拌2小时,即得。
所述的阀门手轮涂料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、白油搅拌混匀,升温至80℃加入粉煤灰,充分搅拌并冷凝回流反应2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性粉煤灰;
(2)将高氯化聚乙烯树脂、黄麻纤维、米糠蜡、步骤(1)改性粉煤灰、乙二醇混合均匀后于微波频炉2000MHz、功率600W下微波处理20分钟,得物料I;
(3)将硅酸铝棉、羟丙基淀粉醚、蛭石粉、硅酸乙酯、水混合,加热至60℃保温搅拌10分钟,然后干燥、粉碎得物料II;
(4)将物料I、物料II和剩余原料混合,加热至120℃保温搅拌10分钟,然后冷却,即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种阀门手轮涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:高氯化聚乙烯树脂50-60份、环氧树脂10-15份、HDI三聚体1-3份、白炭黑1-3份、硅酸铝棉2-4份、羟丙基淀粉醚8-10份、蛭石粉10-12份、黄麻纤维10-15份、米糠蜡3-5份、山梨糖醇1-3份、粉煤灰10-15份、白油10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-8份、成膜助剂4-6份、硅酸乙酯1-3份、乙二醇3-6份、水10-12份;
所述的成膜助剂由以下方法制备:按重量份比例将松香1-3份、环氧大豆油4-6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯1-2份,在150-170℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至90-100℃,加入丙烯酸3-5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 1-2份搅拌1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门手轮涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、白油搅拌混匀,升温至70-80℃加入粉煤灰,充分搅拌并冷凝回流反应1-2小时,超声分散均匀,喷雾干燥制得改性粉煤灰;
(2)将高氯化聚乙烯树脂、黄麻纤维、米糠蜡、步骤(1)改性粉煤灰、乙二醇混合均匀后于微波频炉2000MHz、功率600W下微波处理10-20分钟,得物料I;
(3)将硅酸铝棉、羟丙基淀粉醚、蛭石粉、硅酸乙酯、水混合,加热至50-60℃保温搅拌10-15分钟,然后干燥、粉碎得物料II;
(4)将物料I、物料II和剩余原料混合,加热至100-120℃保温搅拌10-15分钟,然后冷却,即可。
