Abstract
一种电控变色防雾镜,它包括有两层浮法玻璃,所述外层浮法玻璃的内侧表面涂制有一层反射涂层,该外层浮法玻璃外侧表面设有一层纳米TiO2膜层;所述的反射涂层和内层浮法玻璃的内侧面上分别敷制有一层用以胶合作用的第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片层,在所述第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片层的内侧层又各涂制有第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层,并在两导电膜层之间夹置有可电控变色的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层;所述第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片的厚度分别为0.76~1.14mm;所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层的厚度为1.0~1.2mm;它具有结构组成简单,使用方便,使用成本低,多功能使用效果好等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种电控变色防雾镜,属于多功能变色和防雾玻璃技术领域。
背景技术
玻璃是一种常见的建筑材料,以其具有高透明度而受到广泛应用。但是随着人们生活质量的提高,在某些场合或某些情况下,人们对玻璃的透光性能有了进一步的要求,如要求对玻璃的透光率可以进行人为调控,在南方潮湿的环境下使用需要防污等等;但是目前市场上的平板玻璃基本上是透明或单一固定颜色,也不具有防雾功能,因此在实际使用过程中只能通过相应的配置来实现特殊的要求,如常见的贴膜改变透光性能或变色性能,但这些措施不仅增加了使用成本,而且其使用的效果也不是特别理想,尤其是多功能的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构组成简单,使用方便,使用成本低,多功能使用效果好的电控变色防雾镜。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种电控变色防雾镜,它包括有两层浮法玻璃,所述外层浮法玻璃的内侧表面涂制有一层反射涂层,该外层浮法玻璃外侧表面设有一层纳米TiO2膜层;所述的反射涂层和内层浮法玻璃的内侧面上分别敷制有一层用以胶合作用的第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片层,在所述第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片层的内侧层又各涂制有第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层,并在两导电膜层之间夹置有可电控变色的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层。
作为优选:所述第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片的厚度分别为0.76~1.14mm;所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层的厚度为1.0~1.2mm。
本发明属于对现有技术的一种改良,它具有结构组成简单,使用方便,使用成本低,多功能使用效果好等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种电控变色防雾镜,它包括有两层浮法玻璃1、2,所述外层浮法玻璃1的内侧表面涂制有一层反射涂层3,该外层浮法玻璃1外侧表面设有一层纳米TiO2膜层4;所述的反射涂层3和内层浮法玻璃2的内侧面上分别敷制有一层用以胶合作用的第一PVB胶片层5和第二PVB胶片层6,在所述第一PVB胶片层5和第二PVB胶片层6的内侧层又各涂制有第一导电膜层7和第二导电膜层8,并在两导电膜层7、8之间夹置有可电控变色的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层9。
所述第一PVB胶片层5和第二PVB胶片层6的厚度分别为0.76~1.14mm;所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层9的厚度为1.0~1.2mm。

1.一种电控变色防雾镜,它包括有两层浮法玻璃,其特征在于所述外层浮法玻璃的内侧表面涂制有一层反射涂层,该外层浮法玻璃外侧表面设有一层纳米TiO2膜层;所述的反射涂层和内层浮法玻璃的内侧面上分别敷制有一层用以胶合作用的第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片层,在所述第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片层的内侧层又各涂制有第一导电膜层和第二导电膜层,并在两导电膜层之间夹置有可电控变色的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电控变色防雾镜,其特征在于所述第一PVB胶片层和第二PVB胶片的厚度分别为0.76~1.14mm;所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合物层的厚度为1.0~1.2mm。
