本发明属于扁丝料用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种扁丝料拉平收卷机。本发明公开了扁丝料拉平收卷机,包括机架,机架上设置有平整导论和拉直油缸,所述的拉直油缸的输出端上连有拉丝钩,所述的机架上位于平整导论和拉直油缸之间处设置有拉平机构,所述的拉平机构包括磨料槽,磨料槽内填充有磨料,拉丝钩连同拉直后的扁丝料首端固定于收卷机构上,收卷机构在收卷电机的带动下进行收卷。本发明的有益效果是:可以使得扁丝料在拉平过程中能够把产生的金属废料与磨料粉进行分离,提高扁丝料的拉平质量,扁丝料在经过收卷后容易从收卷机构上取下来,提高工作效率。

扁丝料拉平收卷机
技术领域
本发明属于扁丝料用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种扁丝料拉平收卷机。
背景技术
扁丝料是应用于链条生产等相关行业中的原材料。采购来的扁丝料由于扁丝料表面的凹凸不平等原因,需要对扁丝料进行拉平处理,然后对拉平处理后的扁丝料进行卷料放置。目前的扁丝料的拉平收卷方式一般的做法是:把扁丝料通过放置磨料粉的磨料槽后,通过人工进行拉直,在人工拉直的过程中,由于扁丝料在磨料粉中的运动,从而起到了拉平的作用;在把扁丝料的首端拉平后固定在收卷机构上进行收卷。此类的操作方式存在着以下缺陷:一是,由于是人工进行拉平处理,所以在拉平过程中,很难保证拉平处理的质量,而且由于扁丝料的特殊性很容易造成人身伤害;二是,扁丝料在磨料槽内进行运动摩擦拉平,扁丝料上会有金属废料产生,金属废料和磨料粉同时存在于磨料槽内会影响到扁丝料的拉平质量;三是,扁丝料经过收卷机构收卷后,成卷状的扁丝料很难从收卷机构上取下来,需要耗费较长时间和繁琐步骤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题,提供一种可以使得扁丝料在拉平过程中能够把产生的金属废料与磨料粉进行分离,提高扁丝料的拉平质量,扁丝料在经过收卷后容易从收卷机构上取下来,提高工作效率的扁丝料拉平收卷机,其技术方案如下:
扁丝料拉平收卷机,包括机架,其特征在于,所述的机架上设置有平整导论和拉直油缸,所述的拉直油缸的输出端上连有拉丝钩,所述的机架上位于平整导论和拉直油缸之间处设置有拉平机构,所述的拉平机构包括磨料槽,磨料槽内填充有磨料,磨料槽的一侧部开设有可供扁丝料通过的通口,通口和拉直油缸位于同一水平位置,扁丝料的首端从通口处出来后连于拉丝钩上再经过拉直油缸拉直;磨料槽的上方处设置有斜道,所述的磨料槽的下方处设置有接槽,接槽和磨料槽之间设置有移动板,通过移动板,磨料槽和接槽可以实现相通和隔断,接槽通过电机驱动可与斜道对接,接槽内设置有若干磁铁;所述的机架上设置有收卷机构,拉丝钩连同拉直后的扁丝料首端固定于收卷机构上,收卷机构在收卷电机的带动下进行收卷。
优选方式为,所述的收卷机构包括固定架和活动架,所述的固定架的一侧开设有绕丝口和固定钩,卷料时拉丝钩与固定钩相连,扁丝料经绕丝口绕设于固定架和活动架上;活动架分为上活动片和下活动片,上活动片和下活动片的一端铰接设置于固定架上,上活动片和下活动片的另一端相接触,复位弹簧的两端分别与上活动片和下活动片相连,固定架的一侧部设置有顶出机构,顶出机构连有顶板,顶板同时与上活动片和下活动片相抵触,上活动片和下活动片在顶板的顶力作用下反向分离。
优选方式为,所述的顶板的两侧部设置有导向板。
优选方式为,拉丝钩包括钩体,钩体的一端处连有一倾斜通道,倾斜通道内设置有夹板,夹板的底部为粗糙面,扁丝料设置于倾斜通道和夹板的粗糙面之间。
本发明提供的扁丝料拉平收卷机,在使用的时候,拉直油缸主要是代替人工,从而使得在拉直过程中采用了机械方式,拉直速度更加的匀速,从而使得产品的拉平质量更加的好。接槽、移动板、磁铁的设置可以使得金属废料和磨料进行分离,从而使得扁丝料在进行拉平的时候质量更好。而且收卷机构包括固定架和活动架,通过活动架的设置使得扁丝料的收取更加的方便。
本发明的拉丝钩可以使得在拉平和收卷过程中更加的稳定、牢固不易脱落。
本发明的有益效果是:可以使得扁丝料在拉平过程中能够把产生的金属废料与磨料粉进行分离,提高扁丝料的拉平质量,扁丝料在经过收卷后容易从收卷机构上取下来,提高工作效率。

下面结合图1具体说明实施例:
扁丝料拉平收卷机,包括机架1,所述的机架1上设置有平整导论2和拉直油缸3,所述的拉直油缸3的输出端上连有拉丝钩4,所述的机架1上位于平整导论2和拉直油缸3之间处设置有拉平机构5,所述的拉平机构5包括磨料槽51,磨料槽51内填充有磨料,磨料槽51的一侧部开设有可供扁丝料通过的通口52,通口52和拉直油缸3位于同一水平位置,扁丝料的首端从通口52处出来后连于拉丝钩4上再经过拉直油缸3拉直;磨料槽51的上方处设置有斜道53,所述的磨料槽51的下方处设置有接槽54,接槽54和磨料槽51之间设置有移动板55,通过移动板55,磨料槽51和接槽54可以实现相通和隔断,接槽54通过电机驱动可与斜道53对接,接槽54内设置有若干磁铁56;所述的机架1上设置有收卷机构7,拉丝钩4连同拉直后的扁丝料首端固定于收卷机构7上,收卷机构7在收卷电机的带动下进行收卷。
优选方式为,所述的收卷机构7包括固定架71和活动架72,所述的固定架71的一侧开设有绕丝口72和固定钩73,卷料时拉丝钩4与固定钩73相连,扁丝料经绕丝口76绕设于固定架71和活动架72上;活动架72分为上活动片74和下活动片75,上活动片74和下活动片75的一端铰接设置于固定架71上,上活动片74和下活动片75的另一端相接触,复位弹簧8的两端分别与上活动片74和下活动片75相连,固定架71的一侧部设置有顶出机构9,顶出机构9连有顶板10,顶板10同时与上活动片74和下活动片75相抵触,上活动片74和下活动片75在顶板的顶力作用下反向分离。
优选方式为,所述的顶板10的两侧部设置有导向板12。
优选方式为,拉丝钩4包括钩体41,钩体41的一端处连有一倾斜通道42,倾斜通道42内设置有夹板43,夹板43的底部为粗糙面,扁丝料设置于倾斜通道和夹板的粗糙面之间。
在使用的时候,首先把扁丝料的首端拉出经过平整导论后,进入到磨料槽内。磨料槽内的磨料覆盖在扁丝料上,扁丝料通过通口后与拉丝钩进行相连固定。然后启动拉直油缸,把拉丝钩与拉直油缸相连,拉直油缸回缩,从而拉平扁丝料。把拉平后的扁丝料的首端连同拉丝钩从拉直油缸上取下后,与固定架相连。在收卷机构收卷前,首先通过顶出机构把顶板顶出,从而使得上活动片和下活动片进行反向分离,从而使得活动架进行张开。收卷机构进行收卷,收卷完成后,通过顶出机构把顶板缩回,上活动片和下活动片在复位弹簧的带动下进行复位到初始位置,此时收卷机构与扁丝料之间具有空隙,所以把扁丝料从卷料机构上取下很容易。当整个装置运行到一段时间后,磨料槽内的金属废料较多时,可以打开移动板,从而使得磨料和金属废料从磨料槽进入到接槽中,由于接槽中有磁铁,所以金属废料被吸附。而磨料在接槽与斜道交接时从接槽中经斜道重新进入到磨料槽内。

1.扁丝料拉平收卷机,包括机架,其特征在于,所述的机架上设置有平整导论和拉直油缸,所述的拉直油缸的输出端上连有拉丝钩,所述的机架上位于平整导论和拉直油缸之间处设置有拉平机构,所述的拉平机构包括磨料槽,磨料槽内填充有磨料,磨料槽的一侧部开设有可供扁丝料通过的通口,通口和拉直油缸位于同一水平位置,扁丝料的首端从通口处出来后连于拉丝钩上再经过拉直油缸拉直;磨料槽的上方处设置有斜道,所述的磨料槽的下方处设置有接槽,接槽和磨料槽之间设置有移动板,通过移动板,磨料槽和接槽可以实现相通和隔断,接槽通过电机驱动可与斜道对接,接槽内设置有若干磁铁;所述的机架上设置有收卷机构,拉丝钩连同拉直后的扁丝料首端固定于收卷机构上,收卷机构在收卷电机的带动下进行收卷,所述的收卷机构包括固定架和活动架,所述的固定架的一侧开设有绕丝口和固定钩,卷料时拉丝钩与固定钩相连,扁丝料经绕丝口绕设于固定架和活动架上;活动架分为上活动片和下活动片,上活动片和下活动片的一端铰接设置于固定架上,上活动片和下活动片的另一端相接触,复位弹簧的两端分别与上活动片和下活动片相连,固定架的一侧部设置有顶出机构,顶出机构连有顶板,顶板同时与上活动片和下活动片相抵触,上活动片和下活动片在顶板的顶力作用下反向分离,拉丝钩包括钩体,钩体的一端处连有一倾斜通道,倾斜通道内设置有夹板,夹板的底部为粗糙面,扁丝料设置于倾斜通道和夹板的粗糙面之间。
