背景技术
妇科炎症是女性的常见病和多发病，临床上常见的妇科炎症有阴道炎、宫颈炎、盆腔炎和子宫内膜炎等。妇科炎症发病原因复杂多样，与自身体质较弱和不洁生活习惯等密切相关。据世界卫生组织统计，全世界约87％的成年女性患有不同程度的妇科炎症，我国70％的已婚女性患有不同程度的妇科炎症。近年来，妇科炎症的患病率呈现明显上升趋势。妇科炎症不但给女性的身体健康造成极大的危害，严重时还会导致不孕、宫外孕。
目前妇科炎症的治疗一般以外用西药为主，这些药物多含有甲硝唑、克霉唑等抗生素或化学消毒杀菌剂，长期使用会对肝肾等器官造成一定的损害，而且容易使病菌产生耐药性，破坏阴道造成菌群间的相互制约关系而导致菌群失调，破坏阴道自洁和防御能力，导致病情反复，不能彻底根除。

本发明提供的技术方案是一种治疗妇科炎症药物组合物，包括以下重量份的原料制成：槐花8～10份、车前子6～10份、芍药5～8份、黄芩5～8份、桔梗5～8份、桃仁4～6份、泽兰4～6份、蒲黄4～6份、三棱4～6份、甘草5～8份。

上述制备方法为：将配方量的槐花、车前子、芍药、黄芩、桔梗、桃仁、泽兰、蒲黄、三棱和甘草混合粉碎后置于容器中，加水提取，将提取液过滤，滤液浓缩至浸膏、干燥，即得。
水的加入量为投料重量的8～10倍，提取1～3次，每次提取1～3h。

桔梗(Platycodongrandiflorus)，是多年生草本植物的根，有止咳祛痰、宣肺、排脓等作用。
芍药(学名：PaeonialactifloraPall.)芍药科芍药属多年生芍药的根，它具有镇痉、镇痛、通经作用。对妇女的腹痛、胃痉挛、眩晕、痛风、利尿等病症有效。
桃仁，为蔷薇科植物桃Prunuspersica(L.)Batsch或山桃Prunusdavidiana(Carr.)Franch.的干燥成熟种子。具有活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘的功效。
泽兰，又名露蕊乌头(学名：AconitumgymnandrumMaxim.)是唇形科植物地瓜儿苗或毛叶地瓜儿苗的干燥地上部分。其性温，味苦、辛，有活血通经、利水消肿的功效。

以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述，但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
配方：槐花8份、车前子6份、芍药5份、黄芩5份、桔梗5份、桃仁4份、泽兰4份、蒲黄4份、三棱4份、甘草5份。
制备方法：将配方量的槐花、车前子、芍药、黄芩、桔梗、桃仁、泽兰、蒲黄、三棱和甘草混合粉碎至100目，置于容器中，加入投料重量8倍的水提取1h，提取液过滤，滤液浓缩至至60℃时相对密度为1.2的浸膏，干燥，即得。
实施例2
配方：槐花10份、车前子10份、芍药8份、黄芩8份、桔梗8份、桃仁6份、泽兰6份、蒲黄6份、三棱6份、甘草8份。
制备方法：将配方量的槐花、车前子、芍药、黄芩、桔梗、桃仁、泽兰、蒲黄、三棱和甘草混合粉碎至200目，置于容器中，加入投料重量10倍的水提取3次，每次提取3h，合并提取液，过滤，滤液浓缩至至60℃时相对密度为1.4的浸膏，干燥，即得。
实施例3
配方：槐花9份、车前子8份、芍药6份、黄芩6份、桔梗6份、桃仁5份、泽兰5份、蒲黄5份、三棱5份、甘草6份。
制备方法：将配方量的槐花、车前子、芍药、黄芩、桔梗、桃仁、泽兰、蒲黄、三棱和甘草混合粉碎至150目，置于容器中，加入投料重量9倍的水提取2次，每次提取2h，合并提取液，过滤，滤液浓缩至至60℃时相对密度为1.3的浸膏，干燥，即得。
实施例4
配方：槐花8份、车前子10份、芍药5份、黄芩8份、桔梗5份、桃仁6份、泽兰4份、蒲黄6份、三棱4份、甘草8份。
制备方法：将配方量的槐花、车前子、芍药、黄芩、桔梗、桃仁、泽兰、蒲黄、三棱和甘草混合粉碎至100目，置于容器中，加入投料重量10倍的水提取3次，每次提取1h，合并提取液，过滤，滤液浓缩至至60℃时相对密度为1.4的浸膏，干燥，即得。
通过以下临床试验验证本发明的有益效果：
1、临床资料
挑选门诊患者500例，年龄22～46例，平均31.7岁；病程最短14个月，最长22个月，平均16.5个月。随机分为5组，实验组1～4和对照组，每组100例。实验组口服给药实施例1～4的药物组合物,一次0.1mg，每日3次，7天为一个疗程；对照组给予妇科千金片(株洲千金药业股份有限公司，国药准字Z43020027)，口服，一次6片，一片0.32g,一日3次，7天为一个疗程；受试患者均具有不同程度的带下量多，黄白相间或黄色，质粘稠或如豆腐渣状，气味大或臭，外阴不适或瘙痒、疼痛，小腹、腰骶疼痛，口苦咽干、小便短赤，舌红苔黄腻，脉细弦或弦滑。西医诊断为外阴炎，阴道炎、宫颈炎、盆腔炎、附件炎、子宫内膜炎。中医辨证属湿热蕴结或兼脾虚湿注型。西医诊断为外阴炎、阴道炎、宫颈炎、盆腔炎、附件炎、子宫内膜炎。
2、中医诊断标准：①小腹疼痛或少腹一侧或两侧疼痛；②带下量多，色黄或白，呈脓性、水样，或携血丝，有臭秽气；③腰骶酸痛；④神疲肢软；⑤肛门坠痛；⑥经期延长；⑦月经量多；⑧口苦咽干；⑨阴痒或有痛感；⑩舌质淡红，苔黄或黄腻，脉滑或弦细。必备上症前4项，余症具1项辨证即成立。主症的四级记分为：“+”轻微；“++”中度；“+++”中高度；“++++”高度。“+”计2分。
治疗方法：使用本发明实施例1制得的避孕套。一周使用3～5次，一个月为一个疗程。
3、疗效判定标准：
痊愈：主症积分较治疗前减少91％以上；
显效：主症积分较治疗前减少70～90％以上；
有效：主症积分较治疗前减少35～69％以上；
无效：主症积分较治疗前减少小于35％。
4、治疗结果见下表1

由上表可知，本发明的治疗妇科炎症的药物组合物用量少，且对妇科炎症有良好的治疗效果，值得在临床推广使用。
Claims (6)
1.治疗妇科炎症的药物组合物，其特征在于：包括以下重量份的原料制成：槐花8～10份、车前子6～10份、芍药5～8份、黄芩5～8份、桔梗5～8份、桃仁4～6份、泽兰4～6份、蒲黄4～6份、三棱4～6份、甘草5～8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗妇科炎症的药物组合物，其特征在于：各原料的重量份为：槐花9份、车前子8份、芍药6份、黄芩6份、桔梗6份、桃仁5份、泽兰5份、蒲黄5份、三棱5份、甘草6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗妇科炎症的药物组合物，其特征在于：其制备方法为：将配方量的槐花、车前子、芍药、黄芩、桔梗、桃仁、泽兰、蒲黄、三棱和甘草混合粉碎后置于容器中，加水提取，将提取液过滤，滤液浓缩至浸膏、干燥，即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗妇科炎症的药物组合物，其特征在于：水的加入量为投料重量的8～10倍，提取1～3次，每次提取1～3h。
5.根据权利要求3所述的的治疗妇科炎症的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述浓缩是将滤液浓缩至60℃时相对密度为1.2～1.4的浸膏。
6.根据权利要求3所述的治疗妇科炎症的药物组合物，其特征在于：所述粉碎是将混合物料粉碎至100～200目。
