技术领域
本发明属于水产饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种改善体色的大黄鱼饲料。
背景技术
大黄鱼是我国传统的四大海产之一。早年在舟山渔场、福建海域,大黄鱼的年产量十分可观。野生的大黄鱼不仅外形呈金黄色,且肉质细嫩、营养价值高,深受消费者的喜爱。但随着近海捕捞强度的加大,新的渔具渔法的应用,特别是敲罟作业的方式,极大地提高了捕捞大黄鱼的生产力。但这种方式的作用原理是通过共振,使大黄鱼头里的耳石共振导致死亡,不可避免地造成了大黄鱼幼体的死亡。随后,大黄鱼的产量一蹶不振,野生大黄鱼的产量一直都很低。
为了拯救大黄鱼资源,为消费者提供质优价廉的大黄鱼产品,开展大黄鱼的人工养殖提上了日程。且随着养殖技术的突破,以福建为代表的大黄鱼产地的大黄鱼养殖业得到了快速发展。
但是,通过数年的养殖实践发现,养殖大黄鱼与野生大黄鱼在体色上存在明显差别,这种差别严重影响了养殖大黄鱼的卖相,使得养殖后的大黄鱼在市场上难以卖出好的价格,最终挫伤了养殖企业的积极性,不利于行业的后续发展。
因此,研发一种既符合大黄鱼营养需求,又可改良大黄鱼体色的饲料是十分重要的环节。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善体色的大黄鱼饲料,以期在为大黄鱼提供充足营养的前提下,对大黄鱼养殖期间的体色起到好的改良作用。

本发明通过在饲料中添加白鱼粉、蚯蚓粉、乳清粉,可较好地满足大黄鱼生长期间对蛋白质成分的需要。所添加的土豆渣,与大麦面一起构成淀粉的主要来源,可为大黄鱼的生长提供能量。加入的槐树叶粉、桑葚干粉和石莼粉,可提供纤维素和淀粉。其中特有的微量元素、矿物质和多糖等,有利于大黄鱼的生长。裂壶藻藻油、沙棘籽油与精炼鱼油一道,可提供有益脂质成分。加入的微量元素和矿物质组分,可满足大黄鱼生长所需。饲料中还添加了双歧杆菌等有益菌,赖氨酸等必需氨基酸,可增强养殖大黄鱼的体质。在以上成分的基础上,特别加入了筒柱藻粉、裂壶藻粉、雨生红球藻粉、葡萄籽粕、柠檬草粉、姜黄素等体色改良成分,可显著改善大黄鱼的体色。通过这些组分的吸收和利用,可起到明显的体色改良作用,使所养殖的大黄鱼体色接近自然条件下的金黄色。

应用实例
将本发明的饲料用于大黄鱼成鱼养殖试验,过程如下:
试验在青岛七好公司动物饲料工程技术研究中心实验室进行。选择大黄鱼成鱼(280±30g)作为试验动物,使用本发明饲料和现有的目前国内使用量最大的两个进口品牌(进口A、进口B)饲料进行对比试验,每种饲料3个重复,每个重复200尾,每天按体重2%~5%投喂饲料,试验共进行60天,结果显示对比饲料所养殖的大黄鱼体色没有明显改善,相比野生大黄鱼体色偏白,偏暗淡。但使用本发明的饲料,大黄鱼体色得到了很大的改善,体色明显优于对比饲料所养殖的大黄鱼体色,接近野生大黄鱼体色,体侧上方有金黄色,且较亮。与野生大黄鱼在体色上,没有明显区别。饲料养殖过程中,生长速度明显优于野生大黄鱼,也优于对比饲料所养殖的大黄鱼。
