本发明公开了一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,包括:一个框架,所述框架左右两侧分别设有固定支架,固定支架上设有安装孔,框架上方设有第一水室,框架下方设有第二水室,所述第一水室设有进水口,所述进水口处设置过滤网和水室盖,所述第二水室设置出水口,所述出水口处设置水室盖,所述框架中间为散热芯体,散热芯体包括散热管和翅片,散热管水平设置在第一水室和第二水室之间,翅片均匀设置在散热管外侧,所述固定支架上还设置防尘装置,所述防尘装置包括防尘框、防尘片,支撑轴,所述防尘框上水平设置防尘片,且防尘片对应设置在散热管的上方,防尘片两端分别与防尘框通过可伸缩支撑轴固定。本发明设置防尘装置,将灰尘阻挡在防尘片上,解决散热管和翅片灰尘清洁不便的问题。

Description

一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器
技术领域
本发明涉及工业设备领域,具体地说,是一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器。
背景技术
设备工作时会产生大量的热量,与高温接触的零件受到强烈的加热,而这些多余的热量如果不能快速的散发出来,高温不但会导致设备运行不稳定,使用寿命短,甚至很可能就会毁坏正在工作的设备,散热器作为附在发热设备上的一层良好的导热介质,成为冷却系统的核心部件,散热器主要是通过和发热体表面接触,吸收热量,然后再将热量发散到设备外部。
散热器实现热量传递的方式有三种:热传导、热对流和热辐射,热传导是指物质本身或当物质与物质接触时,能量的传递;热传递指的是流动的液体(气体或液体)将热带走的热传递方式;热辐射指的是依靠射线辐射传递热量;在日常的热量传递中,这三种散热方式一般都是同时发生,共同起作用。现有的工业散热器一般都是翅片时散热管,长时间使用后,散热管上堆积的灰尘影响散热效果,但是散热管上由于设置翅片,堆积灰尘后清理起来不方便,效率低。因此需要一种具有防尘效果的装置,同时又不影响散热管道散热效果。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有技术中的存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,在散热管表面安装防尘装置,将灰尘阻挡在防尘片上,解决散热管和翅片灰尘清洁不便的问题。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,包括:一个框架,所述框架左右两侧分别设有固定支架,固定支架上设有安装孔,框架上方设有第一水室,框架下方设有第二水室,所述第一水室设有进水口,所述进水口处设置过滤网和水室盖,所述第二水室设置出水口,所述出水口处设置水室盖,所述框架中间为散热芯体,散热芯体包括散热管和翅片,散热管水平设置在第一水室和第二水室之间,翅片均匀设置在散热管外侧, 所述固定支架上还设置防尘装置,所述防尘装置包括防尘框、防尘片、支撑轴,所述防尘框上水平设置防尘片,且防尘片对应设置在散热管的上方,防尘片两端分别与防尘框通过可伸缩支撑轴固定。
进一步地,所述支撑轴位可伸缩支撑轴,所述可伸缩支撑轴包括内管和管,所述内套管的端部设置带凸粒的弹簧扣,所述外套管上设有凸粒大小相应的通孔。散热器不使用闲置时,可将过按压凸粒,将内套管缩回外套管,缩短支撑轴的长度,缩小防尘片与散热管之间的空隙。
进一步地,所述防尘片与支撑轴所成夹角为45°。防尘片有一定的倾斜角度,便于灰尘沿着防尘片表面滑落,防止灰尘堆积。
进一步地,所述水室盖内设有密封圈。有效保证水室盖的密封性,防止水室内的水漏出。
进一步地,所述散热管和翅片均为铝制材料。铝制材料耐腐蚀性强,散热效果好。
进一步地,所述框架下方设有橡胶减震耐磨垫。对散热器的第二水室起到一定的减震效果,同时避免搬动时磨损到散热器。
进一步地,所述散热管内的横截面为圆形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明所述的一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,设置防尘装置,防尘片位于散热管及翅片上方,防尘片呈倾斜状态,灰尘可以沿着倾斜面滑下,防止灰尘落到散热管和翅片上,清理起来更加方便。
(2)本发明所述的一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,防尘装置中的支撑轴为可伸缩支撑轴,散热器工作时,支撑轴的内套管从外套管伸出,防尘片被撑开到与支撑轴所成角度为45°,散热器不工作闲置时,内套管缩到外套管内,可将过按压凸粒,将内套管缩回外套管,缩短支撑轴的长度,缩小防尘片与散热管之间的空隙。

如图1-4所示的 一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,包括:一个框架1,所述框架1左右两侧分别设有固定支架2,固定支架2上设有安装孔3,框架1上方设有第一水室4,框架1下方设有第二水室5,所述第一水室4设有进水口6,所述进水口6处设置过滤网和水室盖,所述第二水室5设置出水口7,所述出水口7处设置水室盖,所述框架1中间为散热芯体8,散热芯体8包括散热管81和翅片82,散热管81水平设置在第一水室4和第二水室5之间,翅片82均匀设置在散热管81外侧, 所述固定支架2上还设置防尘装置9,所述防尘装置9包括防尘框91、防尘片92、支撑轴93,所述防尘框91上水平设置防尘片92,且防尘片92对应设置在散热管81的上方,防尘片92两端分别与防尘框91通过支撑轴93固定。
本实施例中所述支撑轴93包括内套管931和外套管932,所述内套管931的端部设置带凸粒933的弹簧扣,所述外套管932上设有凸粒933大小相应的通孔。
本实施例中所述防尘片91与支撑轴93所成夹角为45°。
本实施例中所述水室盖内设有密封圈。
本实施例中所述散热管81和翅片82均为铝制材料。
本实施例中所述框架1下方设有橡胶减震耐磨垫。
本实施例中所述散热管81内的横截面为圆形。

1.一种带有可调式防尘装置的水冷散热器,其特征在于:包括:一个框架(1),所述框架(1)左右两侧分别设有固定支架(2),固定支架(2)上设有安装孔(3),框架(1)上方设有第一水室(4),框架(1)下方设有第二水室(5),所述第一水室(4)设有进水口(6),所述进水口(6)处设置过滤网和水室盖,所述第二水室(5)设置出水口(7),所述出水口(7)处设置水室盖,所述框架(1)中间为散热芯体(8),散热芯体(8)包括散热管(81)和翅片(82),散热管(8)水平设置在第一水室(4)和第二水室(5)之间,翅片(82)均匀设置在散热管(81)外侧, 所述固定支架(2)上还设置防尘装置(9),所述防尘装置(9)包括防尘框(91)、防尘片(92)、支撑轴(93),所述防尘框(91)上水平设置防尘片(92),且防尘片(92)对应设置在散热管(81)的上方,防尘片(92)两端分别与防尘框(91)通过支撑轴(93)固定;所述防尘片(92)与支撑轴(93)所成夹角为45°;所述支撑轴(93)为可伸缩支撑轴,所述可伸缩支撑轴包括内套管(931)和外套管(932),所述内套管(931)的端部设置带凸粒(933)的弹簧扣,所述外套管(932)上设有凸粒(933)大小相应的通孔。
