本发明公开了一种阻尼器偏置的滑轨缓冲机构,连接在外轨上,包括相连接的缓冲器固定部和缓冲器活动部,缓冲器固定部和缓冲器活动部之间连接有弹簧、阻尼器及自锁机构,所述缓冲器活动部设置有悬臂,悬臂向外轨侧边延伸,所述缓冲器固定部设置有固定座,所述阻尼器一端连接在悬臂上,另一端连接在固定座上,阻尼器设置于外轨侧面。将阻尼器设置在外轨侧面,并让悬臂向滑轨打开方向延伸,缩短了滑轨阻尼机构的长度,能够使中轨做的更长,从而增加滑轨承载能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑轨阻尼器,具体而言,涉及一种阻尼器偏置的滑轨缓冲机构。
背景技术
滑轨缓冲机构用于吸收滑轨回收时的冲击,由复位弹簧、阻尼器及其他附件构成。限于阻尼器自身的长度,滑轨缓冲机构整体长度偏长,在滑轨收回时占据了应属于中轨的空间,使中轨不得不缩短,导致滑轨整体承载能力不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种阻尼器偏置的滑轨缓冲机构,将阻尼器偏置于外轨一侧,节约滑轨缓冲机构所占的空间,从而可以加长中轨,提高滑轨整体承载能力。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阻尼器偏置的滑轨缓冲机构,连接在外轨上,包括相连接的缓冲器固定部和缓冲器活动部,缓冲器固定部和缓冲器活动部之间连接有弹簧、阻尼器及自锁机构,所述缓冲器活动部设置有悬臂,悬臂向外轨侧边延伸,所述缓冲器固定部设置有固定座,所述阻尼器一端连接在悬臂上,另一端连接在固定座上,阻尼器设置于外轨侧面。
进一步的所述悬臂上开设有固定槽,固定槽向滑轨打开方向延伸,所述固定座与外轨末端齐平,所述阻尼器主体设置在所述固定槽内,阻尼器活塞杆连接在所述固定座上。
优选的,所述悬臂设有拱形避让槽,拱形避让槽一端连接在缓冲器活动部,另一端悬置在外轨侧面。
优选的,所述拱形避让槽内设置有外轨的侧边及弹簧。
进一步的,所述固定座开设有卡槽,所述阻尼器活塞杆固定在所述卡槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:
将阻尼器设置在外轨侧面,并让悬臂向滑轨打开方向延伸,缩短了滑轨阻尼机构的长度,能够使中轨做的更长,从而增加滑轨承载能力。

参照图1至图3所示,一种阻尼器偏置的滑轨缓冲机构,连接在外轨100上,包括相连接的缓冲器固定部1和缓冲器活动部2,缓冲器固定部1和缓冲器活动部2之间连接有弹簧3、阻尼器4及自锁机构5,所述缓冲器活动部2设置有悬臂21,悬臂21向外轨100侧边延伸,所述缓冲器固定部1设置有固定座11,所述阻尼器4一端连接在悬臂21上,另一端连接在固定座11上,阻尼器4设置于外轨100侧面。
所述悬臂21上开设有固定槽211,固定槽211向滑轨打开方向延伸,所述固定座11与外轨100末端齐平,所述阻尼器4主体41设置在所述固定槽211内,阻尼器4活塞杆42连接在所述固定座11上。所述悬臂21设有拱形避让槽212,拱形避让槽212一端连接在缓冲器活动部2,另一端悬置在外轨100侧面。所述拱形避让槽212内设置有外轨100的侧边及弹簧3。所述固定座11开设有卡槽111,所述阻尼器4活塞杆42固定在所述卡槽111内。
作为本发明的另一种技术方案,阻尼器4的活塞杆42连接在悬臂21上,将阻尼器4的主体41连接在固定座11上。

1.一种阻尼器偏置的滑轨缓冲机构,连接在外轨(100)上,包括相连接的缓冲器固定部(1)和缓冲器活动部(2),缓冲器固定部(1)和缓冲器活动部(2)之间连接有弹簧(3)、阻尼器(4)及自锁机构(5),其特征在于:所述缓冲器活动部(2)设置有悬臂(21),悬臂(21)向外轨(100)侧边延伸,所述缓冲器固定部(1)设置有固定座(11),所述阻尼器(4)一端连接在悬臂(21)上,另一端连接在固定座(11)上,阻尼器(4)设置于外轨(100)侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑轨缓冲机构,其特征在于:所述悬臂(21)上开设有固定槽(211),固定槽(211)向滑轨打开方向延伸,所述固定座(11)与外轨(100)末端齐平,所述阻尼器(4)主体(41)设置在所述固定槽(211)内,阻尼器(4)活塞杆(42)连接在所述固定座(11)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滑轨缓冲机构,其特征在于:所述悬臂(21)设有拱形避让槽(212),拱形避让槽(212)一端连接在缓冲器活动部(2),另一端悬置在外轨(100)侧面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滑轨缓冲机构,其特征在于:所述拱形避让槽(212)内设置有外轨(100)的侧边及弹簧(3)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的滑轨缓冲机构,其特征在于:所述固定座(11)开设有卡槽(111),所述阻尼器(4)活塞杆(42)固定在所述卡槽(111)内。
