一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,按质量份数包括纤维50?70份、碳酸钙填料25?40份、助燃剂0.5?8份、虾青素1?5份、烟草提取物0.5?8份、天然色素0.1?5份、乙醇2?10份、余量的水;将纤维、碳酸钙填料在配浆池中混合均匀得到造纸浆料;将助燃剂加水溶解制备助燃剂溶液;将虾青素溶解到乙醇溶液中并加水稀释后,加入烟草提取物和天然色素搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液;然后将染色溶液加入至助燃剂溶液中,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液,将造纸浆料生产卷烟纸纸基,在施胶段添加混合溶液于卷烟纸纸基上。本发明可赋予卷烟纸独特的外观,丰富和谐调卷烟烟香,提升卷烟抽吸品质和安全性。

Description

一种含虾青素的卷烟纸
技术领域
本发明属于卷烟纸材料技术领域。
背景技术
卷烟纸位于卷烟燃烧的最外围,与空气直接接触,是卷烟烟支的重要组成部分,主要由植物纤维和遍布在其结构中的填料微粒组成。卷烟纸进行染色处理后可以赋予卷烟独特外观,实现卷烟产品的功能化和差异化。由于卷烟纸在烟支吸食过程中直接参与燃烧,因此作为独特外观卷烟纸中重要成分的天然色素,其安全性和稳定性是天然色素选择过程中的重要问题。天然色素在卷烟纸中染色环保、无毒,安全性较高,但是天然色素对光照、金属盐等敏感,在抽吸及放置过程中可能会产生颜色的变化,影响外观。因此,在卷烟纸的抄造过程中一般要用抗氧化性强的原料作为护色剂,解决天然色素稳定性的问题。
虾青素是一种红色的天然类胡萝卜素,广泛存在于自然界中。天然虾青素由于其特殊的分子结构,具有超级抗氧化活性和显色功能,可作为光保护剂和强抗氧化剂淬灭由强光和过度氧化产生的多种活性氧,防止活性氧对细胞的伤害,因此虾青素的稳定性显著优于其他天然色素。中国专利CN200810138419.8公开了一种彩棉纤维卷烟纸,将碳酸钙填料、彩棉纤维、木浆纤维在配浆池中混匀,按正常卷烟纸生产工艺进行彩棉卷烟纸生产。中国专利CN201010584511.4公开了一种彩色卷烟纸及制备方法。中国专利201310445798.6公开了一种添加彩色纤维的卷烟纸及其生产方法。中国专利201310446805.4公开了一种含有红景天的彩色卷烟纸及其制备方法。但直至目前,尚未有虾青素在卷烟纸中应用的相关专利报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种可有效利用虾青素的抗氧化作用,以获得天然色素稳定的卷烟纸,赋予卷烟纸独特的外观,丰富和谐调卷烟烟香,提升卷烟抽吸品质。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,该卷烟纸包括如下质量份数的组分:纤维50-70份、碳酸钙填料25-40份、助燃剂0.5-8份、虾青素1-5份、烟草提取物0.5-8份、天然色素0.1-5份、乙醇2-10份、余量的水;将上述质量份数的纤维、碳酸钙填料在配浆池中混合均匀得到造纸浆料;将助燃剂加水溶解制备助燃剂溶液;将虾青素溶解到乙醇溶液中并加水稀释后,加入烟草提取物和天然色素搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液;然后将染色溶液加入至助燃剂溶液中,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液,将造纸浆料按造纸工艺生产卷烟纸纸基,在施胶段添加混合溶液于卷烟纸纸基上。
本发明所述虾青素是从甲壳类动物、藻类中提取的天然虾青素,提取物中虾青素的有效成分质量含量为2%-8%。所述纤维为木浆纤维、麻浆纤维中的一种或者几种。所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾,苹果酸钠、苹果酸钾、酒石酸钠或酒石酸钾中的一种或它们的混合物。所述天然色素为紫胶红、栀子红、甜菜红、红曲红、萝卜红、高粱红、栀子黄、姜黄素、可可壳色、栀子蓝中的一种或按照任意比例结合的几种。所述施胶段添加混合溶液的添加方式为双面添加。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
a.本发明首次将虾青素应用于卷烟的卷烟纸中,该卷烟纸可以赋予卷烟纸独特的外观,丰富和谐调卷烟烟香,提升卷烟抽吸品质。同时由于虾青素油具有很好的抗氧化作用,可以在卷烟纸着色的同时解决天然色素稳定性的问题,提升卷烟的安全性。
b.本发明所述的卷烟纸生产工艺简单操作方便,无附加工段涂布技术亦与现有技术工艺相配套,其工艺方法简单易行,操作方便。
c.本发明所述的卷烟纸可作为一种防伪的特殊用纸,基于本发明可通过改变彩色卷烟纸生产中的染色工艺和配方生产出各种不同色彩的卷烟纸。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式详细描述本发明。但是,本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体描述的优选实施方式。
实施例1
称取木浆纤维700kg、碳酸钙350kg,在配浆池中混合均匀得到造纸浆料;称取柠檬酸钾15kg、柠檬酸钠10kg加水溶解制备得到助燃剂溶液;称取从甲壳类动物中提取的天然虾青素15kg溶解到40kg乙醇溶液中并加水稀释后,加入称取的烟草提取物50kg、紫胶红5kg、姜黄素4kg、栀子蓝2kg,搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液然后将染色溶液加入至助燃剂溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液。天然虾青素中的有效成分质量含量为5%。将造纸浆料按现有技术造纸工艺生产卷烟纸纸基,在施胶段添加处采用喷淋方式进行双面添加方式,在卷烟纸纸基上添加混合溶液即可。
实施例2
称取木浆纤维600kg、麻浆纤维100kg、碳酸钙300kg,在配浆池中混合均匀得到造纸浆料;称取苹果酸钾25kg、柠檬酸钠10kg加水溶解制备得到助燃剂溶液;称取从藻类中提取的天然虾青素20kg溶解到60kg乙醇溶液中并加水稀释后,加入称取的烟草提取物50kg、甜菜红10kg、红花黄6kg、可可壳色4kg,搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液然后将染色溶液加入至助燃剂溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液。天然虾青素中的有效成分质量含量为2%。将造纸浆料按现有技术造纸工艺生产卷烟纸纸基,在施胶段添加处采用喷淋方式进行双面添加方式,在卷烟纸纸基上添加混合溶液即可。
实施例3
称取木浆纤维500kg、麻浆纤维250kg、碳酸钙400kg,在配浆池中混合均匀得到造纸浆料;称取酒石酸钾或酒石酸钠20kg、苹果酸钠20kg加水溶解制备得到助燃剂溶液;称取从藻类中提取的天然虾青素50kg溶解到100kg乙醇溶液中并加水稀释后,加入称取的烟草提取物80kg、紫胶红或栀子红20kg、姜黄或栀子黄30kg,搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液然后将染色溶液加入至助燃剂溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液。天然虾青素中的有效成分质量含量为8%。将造纸浆料按现有技术造纸工艺生产卷烟纸纸基,在施胶段添加处采用喷淋方式进行双面添加方式,在卷烟纸纸基上添加混合溶液即可。
实施例4
称取麻浆纤维500kg、碳酸钙250kg,在配浆池中混合均匀得到造纸浆料;称取柠檬酸钾9kg加水溶解制备得到助燃剂溶液;称取天然虾青素44kg溶解到80kg乙醇溶液中并加水稀释后,加入称取的烟草提取物5kg、高粱红或红曲红或萝卜红1kg,搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液然后将染色溶液加入至助燃剂溶液中,充分搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液。天然虾青素中的有效成分质量含量为6%。将造纸浆料按现有技术造纸工艺生产卷烟纸纸基,在施胶段添加处采用喷淋方式进行双面添加方式,在卷烟纸纸基上添加混合溶液即可。
将按照上述四种实施例生产出来的卷烟纸作为样品,以普通卷烟纸作为对照,分别应用到某卷烟牌号中制备卷烟,卷烟样品按照国标GB5606.5-2005中的卷烟感官质量评价标准对卷烟样品进行评吸,评价结果如表1所示。将按照上述四种实施例生产出来的卷烟纸作为样品,以不添加虾青素的卷烟纸作为对照样,对保存了2天、5天、7天、15天和30天后的样品和对照的L*,a*,b*和dE值进行色差分析,结果如表2所示。

从表1可以看出,将按照上述四种实施例生产出来的卷烟纸应用在卷烟上可以提升卷烟烟香浓度和烟气质感,降低卷烟刺激性,改善卷烟舒适性,提高卷烟的抽吸品质。
表2卷烟纸色差分析
从表2可以看出,按照上述四种实施例生产的卷烟纸的色差数据可以看出,与对照样相比,L*,a*和b*变化幅度均变小,四个卷烟样品在保存30天后,色差变化在1.39-2.27ΔE之间,卷烟纸的色差变化较小。
本发明所述烟草提取物均可采用现有技术产品,可以市购,也可自行制备。
本发明的卷烟纸可以赋予卷烟纸独特的外观,丰富和谐调卷烟烟香,提升卷烟抽吸品质。同时由于虾青素油具有很好的抗氧化作用,可以在卷烟纸着色的同时解决天然色素稳定性的问题,提升卷烟的安全性。

Claims (6)

1.一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,该卷烟纸包括如下质量份数的组分:纤维50-70份、碳酸钙填料25-40份、助燃剂0.5-8份、虾青素1-5份、烟草提取物0.5-8份、天然色素0.1-5份、乙醇2-10份、余量的水;将上述质量份数的纤维、碳酸钙填料在配浆池中混合均匀得到造纸浆料;将助燃剂加水溶解制备助燃剂溶液;将虾青素溶解到乙醇溶液中并加水稀释后,加入烟草提取物和天然色素搅拌均匀,配制得到染色溶液;然后将染色溶液加入至助燃剂溶液中,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液,将造纸浆料按造纸工艺生产卷烟纸纸基,在施胶段添加混合溶液于卷烟纸纸基上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述虾青素是从甲壳类动物、藻类中提取的天然虾青素,提取物中虾青素的有效成分质量含量为2%-8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述纤维为木浆纤维、麻浆纤维中的一种或者几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾,苹果酸钠、苹果酸钾、酒石酸钠或酒石酸钾中的一种或它们的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述天然色素为紫胶红、栀子红、甜菜红、红曲红、萝卜红、高粱红、栀子黄、姜黄素、可可壳色、栀子蓝中的一种或按照任意比例结合的几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种含虾青素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述施胶段添加混合溶液的添加方式为双面添加。
