背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,工人的工作环境不断改善,但是仍有一些工人需要在夏天从事户外工作,恶劣的天气对他们的衣物提出了非常高的要求,衣物面料除了材质轻盈、质地牢固外,还必须能防紫外线、透气散热性能好,还有,此类衣物清洗起来略有难度,由于排汗不畅滋生的细菌很难清除,这些问题都存在于市场上的户外工作服面料中,有待于解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种户外工作服面料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种户外工作服面料,由经过改性涂层处理剂预处理的苎麻纤维织造而成。
优选的,所述的改性涂层处理剂主要成分为聚氨酯涂层剂和膨胀蛭石超细粉。
优选的,所述的聚氨酯涂层剂为形状记忆聚氨酯涂层剂。
优选的,所述的膨胀蛭石超细粉,为将膨胀蛭石机械研磨至超细粉状态,过600目筛,取筛下物。
优选的,所述的改性涂层处理剂还包含纳米二氧化钛。
苎麻,为我国特产,被世界誉为“中国草,中国宝”。苎麻纤维吸湿透气性是棉纤维的3-5倍左右,同时含有叮咛,嘧啶,嘌呤等有益元素,具有抑菌、透气、凉爽、防腐、防霉、吸汗等功能,是世界公认的“天然纤维之王”。最适合做枕套、凉席的面料。其具备以下主要特性:抗菌抑菌。1、同样数量的细菌在显微镜下观察,细菌在棉、毛纤维制品中能够大量繁衍,而苎麻制品上的细菌在24小时后被杀死75%左右。这是因为苎麻纤维含有叮咛、嘧啶、嘌呤等微量元素,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等起到抑制效果,具有天然抑菌、防螨、防臭功能。经试验证明,经50次反复洗涤后,其灭菌效果仍达98%以上,可有效遏止纺织品的细菌、螨虫二次污染问题。2、除臭吸附。苎麻纤维内部特殊的超细微孔结构使其具有强劲的吸附能力,能吸附空气中甲醛,苯,甲苯,氨等有害物质,消除不良气味。经过日晒后,可以将吸附的有害物质挥发掉,使得其吸附功能自动再生。3、吸湿透气。苎麻纤维有“天然纤维之王”的美誉,其独有的活性空腔导汗纤维结构可以使吸入的汗液渗透到空腔内并快速导出,让它具备了优越的透气性和传热性,吸水多而散湿快,有着让人非常惊喜的凉爽感。4、防霉耐磨。苎麻纤维十分坚韧,强力大而延伸度小,加上不易受霉菌腐蚀和虫蛀,被誉为“千年不烂软黄金”,因而被广泛地应用于飞行降落伞、保险绳、家纺等领域,具有超强的防霉耐磨功能,很好地延长了物品的使用寿命。5、质地轻盈。苎麻纤维质地轻盈,同容积的棉布与苎麻布相比较,苎麻布轻百分之二十。
但苎麻纤维比亚麻,大麻粗二到三倍,而且纤维端呈尖锐状,接触皮肤有刺痒感,国际上不被认可做直接接触皮肤的纺织面料。
蛭石是一种天然、无毒的矿物质,在高温作用下会膨胀的矿物。它是一种比较少见的矿物,属于硅酸盐。其晶体结构为单斜晶系,从外形上它看上去像云母。膨胀蛭石是生蛭石片经过高温膨胀后形成的,其体积能迅速膨胀数倍至数十倍,体积膨胀后的蛭石就叫膨胀蛭石,其是层状结构,层间含有结晶水,容重在50-200kg/m3,热导率小,是良好的隔热材料。质量良好的膨胀蛭石,最高使用温度可达1100℃。
本发明采用了针对苎麻纤维的一种优化处理工艺,使用膨胀蛭石超细粉和形状记忆聚氨酯涂层剂对苎麻纤维进行表面处理,一是通过涂层和超细粉可以改善了苎麻纤维表面纤维端呈尖锐状,接触皮肤有刺痒感的缺点;二是膨胀蛭石纤维具备超大的比表面积,可以起到吸附剂的作用,可以吸收空气中的部分灰尘以及有毒气体等,减少对人体的危害;三是加入形状记忆聚氨酯可以使面料具备形状记忆功能,使面料具备一定的形状记忆功能,阳光照射后即可恢复悬垂性,免烫;四是聚氨酯涂层还具备防水性能。
本发明中加入二氧化钛,主要目的增加苎麻纤维的抗菌性能及抗紫外线性能。
一种户外工作服面料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、预处理:先将形状记忆聚氨酯涂层剂和适量水加入搅拌机中,搅拌10-15min后,加入膨胀蛭石超细粉,继续搅拌20-30min后,加入纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀后,将苎麻纤维加入,并静置8-12小时,进行预处理;
B、开松清棉:将苎麻纤维送入开棉机,进行开松清棉;
C、梳棉:将经开松清棉的纤维进行梳棉,将纤维束彻底分解成单根纤维;
D、并条:将生条经过并条工序进一步加工成熟条;
E、粗纱:将熟条加工成同支数和不同捻度的粗纱,以供细纱工序使用;
F、细纱:将粗纱纺成具有一定特数、符合质量标准或客户要求的细纱;
G:络筒:按客户的要求对混纺纱线进行络筒;
H:织造:注意张力,控制工艺参数,确保布面匀整;
I:染色整理:按客户要求进行染色和整理。
本发明的有益之处在于:通过对苎麻纤维的改性处理,使面料不但质地轻盈、耐磨、具备良好的吸湿透气性能,而且还具备抗菌、抑菌、吸附有毒有害物质的特点,同时还兼顾了户外工作服面料所应具备的防水、防紫外线等要求。其抗菌、抗菌、抑菌、吸附有毒有害物质的特性是由面料本身及添加的天然、无毒的膨胀蛭石细粉和纳米级二氧化钛综合作用而得,具备持久性,不会应为水洗而逐渐消退。本发明所述的面料使用苎麻纤维,原料充足,市场广阔,符合国家大力提倡的绿色可持续发展要求。

H:织造:注意张力,控制工艺参数,确保布面匀整;
I:染色整理:按客户要求进行染色和整理。

检测标准为GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗50次后织物的抑菌率。
表二为:将实施例1-4的样品进行抗紫外线检测:
检测标准为GB/T18830-2209《纺织品防紫外线性能的测定》,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗20次后织物的抗紫外线性能。

3.如权利要求1所述的户外工作服面料,其特征在于,所述的膨胀蛭石超细粉,为将膨胀蛭石机械研磨至超细粉状态,过600目筛,取筛下物。
4.如权利要求2所述的户外工作服面料,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯涂层剂为形状记忆聚氨酯涂层剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的户外工作服面料,其特征在于,所述的改性涂层处理剂还包含纳米二氧化钛。
6.一种户外工作服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、预处理:先将形状记忆聚氨酯涂层剂和适量水加入搅拌机中,搅拌10-15min后,加入膨胀蛭石超细粉,继续搅拌20-30min后,加入纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀后,将苎麻纤维加入,并静置8-12小时,进行预处理;
B、开松清棉:将苎麻纤维送入开棉机,进行开松清棉;
C、梳棉:将经开松清棉的纤维进行梳棉,将纤维束彻底分解成单根纤维;
D、并条:将生条经过并条工序进一步加工成熟条;
E、粗纱:将熟条加工成同支数和不同捻度的粗纱,以供细纱工序使用;
F、细纱:将粗纱纺成具有一定特数、符合质量标准或客户要求的细纱;
G:络筒:按客户的要求对混纺纱线进行络筒;
