技术领域
本发明涉及水体改良技术领域,尤其涉及一种快速絮凝的水体澄清剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高,日常生活中使用到大量的化学化工物品,而其产生的大量废弃物则排入到水体中,与此同时,池塘、水库、湖泊等养殖水体中,因饵料、渔药的大量投入和鱼类排泄物的积累,都导致了水体污染、水质浑浊、观赏度下降。因其产生的污染物远大于水体的自身净化能力,部分污染物逐渐沉积在底泥表层,形成厌氧层,而厌氧层的长期存在,一方面导致水体底泥产生出硫化氢等有毒有害物质,另一方面也会为病原菌的繁殖生长提供有利条件,最终影响到水生动植物的健康。
而现有的水质澄清剂虽然能一时的改善水质,但容易出现反复。具体地如申请号为201010615788.9的中国专利公开了一种水质净化剂,其组分为:电气石5-20重量份、蒙脱石20-60重量份、沸石100-500重量份、糖蜜5-30重量份、磷酸盐0.5-5重量份、色氨酸0.1-1重量份、微生物制剂10-50重量份。其中含有大量的无机矿物质粉末,这些无机矿物质粉末在水体中很难被分解和吸收,多次施用后会在池塘底泥中积累,从而可能产生二次污染。
热解炭由于发达的内部孔隙结构和较大的比表面积,对水中有机污染、重金属、悬浮污染物等具有很强的吸附净化能力,而铁是微生物体内多种酶的组分,是微生物氧化还原反应电子传递体系中一种必不可少的电子载体,使用有机铁填充,能显著提高水体中化学耗氧量、总氮及总磷等的去除效果,强化水处理的效果,因此将有机铁和热解炭结合,在水体改良澄清方面具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种快速絮凝的水体澄清剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种快速絮凝的水体澄清剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:啤酒糟23-25、小麦谷朊粉5-6、焦硫酸钠2.1-2.3、黄原胶3-4、聚丙烯酰胺3-4、活性炭粉3-4、葵花盘68-70、四氧化三铁粉末1.8-2.2、0.1mol/L草酸亚铁溶液29-30、醋酸溶液适量、水适量。
所述的快速絮凝的水体澄清剂制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将葵花盘置于高温炉中,在420-450℃下密闭加热40-60分钟,取出后将其置于体积分数为2.5-3.0%的醋酸溶液中,完全浸没后保持20-24小时以进行充分的酸氧化,之后用水洗涤至中性,50-55℃下烘干,再将其加入到0.1mol/L的草酸亚铁溶液中,再加入焦硫酸钠,加热至40-45℃,不断搅拌下反应100-120分钟,之后用水洗涤至中性,在70-80℃下烘干,得有机铁改性炭粉备用;
(2)将啤酒糟、小麦谷朊粉混合投入发酵池中,补充水分至发酵堆最大含水量的60-65%,发酵3-4周后取发酵物料压榨过滤得酵渣和发酵液备用;
(3)将步骤1所得改性炭粉加入到步骤2所得发酵液中,再加入黄原胶并加热至42-45℃,保持此温度预热20-30分钟,之后加入四氧化三铁粉末,调节PH至5.5-6.0,在530-550W功率下超声混合60-65分钟,过滤后用水冲洗至中性、烘干得磁化改性粉末备用;
(4)将步骤3所得粉末置于125-140W高压汞灯下辐照15-20分钟,再与步骤2所得发酵渣、聚丙烯酰胺、活性炭粉以及其他剩余物料混合造粒,即得本发明水体澄清剂。
本发明的优点是:
通过热解炭作为澄清剂载体,利用有机铁改性以增加产品的表面粗糙度和亲水性,配合超声作用加入四氧化三铁等磁性材料,极大的增强了澄清剂对水体中重金属离子、有机污染物以及悬浮杂物的吸附性,而汞灯的辐照使澄清剂表面氧化并产生极性基团,进一步增强了澄清剂的生物相容性,令本澄清剂能在水体中稳定的、长期的发挥作用,使其具有极强的水体澄清作用,保证水质的清澈。同时本发明的水体澄清剂通过添加黄原胶、聚丙烯酰胺等原料,实现了在水体中的快速絮凝效果,能够在短时间内吸附水体中的悬浮物、有害重金属等,改善水体可视度,促进阳光的透射,进而强化水生植物的光合作用,提高水体氧的释放,具有较好的经济价值和环保价值。
具体实施方式
一种快速絮凝的水体澄清剂,由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:啤酒糟23、小麦谷朊粉5、焦硫酸钠2.1、黄原胶3、聚丙烯酰胺3、活性炭粉3、葵花盘68、四氧化三铁粉末1.8、0.1mol/L草酸亚铁溶液29、醋酸溶液适量、水适量。
所述的快速絮凝的水体澄清剂制备方法的具体步骤如下:

(4)将步骤3所得粉末置于125W高压汞灯下辐照15分钟,再与步骤2所得发酵渣、聚丙烯酰胺、活性炭粉以及其他剩余物料混合造粒,即得本发明水体澄清剂。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,发明人选取两块条件相同且两年内未清洁的养殖鱼塘作为供试对象,其中一块使用本发明澄清剂作为实验组,另一块使用市售普通水体改良剂作为对照组,使用2个月后,实验组鱼塘较对照组可见度明显提高,水体中悬浮颗粒减少,6个月后取鱼塘底泥检测,其中有机污染和重金属残留分别较对照组降低了52%和66%,实验组塘中鱼虾活力较高,可见本发明水体澄清剂具有较好的实际使用效果。

(1)将葵花盘置于高温炉中,在420-450℃下密闭加热40-60分钟,取出后将其置于体积分数为2.5-3.0%的醋酸溶液中,完全浸没后保持20-24小时以进行充分的酸氧化,之后用水洗涤至中性,50-55℃下烘干,再将其加入到0.1mol/L的草酸亚铁溶液中,再加入焦硫酸钠,加热至40-45℃,不断搅拌下反应100-120分钟,之后用水洗涤至中性,在70-80℃下烘干,得有机铁改性炭粉备用;
(2)将啤酒糟、小麦谷朊粉混合投入发酵池中,补充水分至发酵堆最大含水量的60-65%,发酵3-4周后取发酵物料压榨过滤得酵渣和发酵液备用;
(3)将步骤1所得改性炭粉加入到步骤2所得发酵液中,再加入黄原胶并加热至42-45℃,保持此温度预热20-30分钟,之后加入四氧化三铁粉末,调节PH至5.5-6.0,在530-550W功率下超声混合60-65分钟,过滤后用水冲洗至中性、烘干得磁化改性粉末备用;
(4)将步骤3所得粉末置于125-140W高压汞灯下辐照15-20分钟,再与步骤2所得发酵渣、聚丙烯酰胺、活性炭粉以及其他剩余物料混合造粒,即得本发明水体澄清剂。
