一种汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法。
背景技术
碳纤维是一种力学性能优异的新材料,它的比重不到钢的1/4,碳纤维树脂复合材料抗拉强度一般都在3500Mpa以上,是钢的7-9倍,抗拉弹性模量为23000-43000Mpa也高于钢。但碳纤维材料也只是沿纤维轴方向表现出很高的强度,其耐冲击性却较差,容易损伤,所以在制造成为结构组件时,往往利用其耐拉质轻的优势而避免去做承受侧面冲击的部分。碳纤维组件手感与塑料差不多,却有着钢铁一般强度和韧性,不仅能够帮助整车有效减重,更由于其昂贵的特性而变成奢华的象征。由于碳纤维特殊的千变万化的纹路,得到不少爱车者的喜爱,部分汽车厂家采用了碳纤维内饰件。现有汽车碳纤维内饰件存在的主要问题在于,碳纤维内饰件所使用的树脂材料受到一定限制,需满足耐磨性、阻燃性要求,并且往往其VOC含量过高,环保型差,如果采用低VOC树脂制备碳纤维内饰件,相对于现有大多采用的塑料内饰件来说成本过高。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,生产出的碳纤维内饰件满足环保要求,且成本低。
实现本发明目的的技术方案:
一种汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤1:制备内饰件碳纤维表面预成型体;
步骤2:将步骤1获得的预成型体放置于内饰件模具中,进行注塑,然后加热成型。
步骤1中,先在内饰件模具顶面涂覆脱模剂;然后再涂刷树脂组合物,所说树脂组合物由树脂和固化剂组成;再铺贴碳纤维织物;最后,将内饰件模具加热,获得预成型体。
步骤1中,将内饰件模具加热时,在一个负标准大气压下,温度为50—60度的烘箱中,1—2小时。
步骤1中,铺贴碳纤维织物时,用刷子或刮刀挤压碳纤维织物。
步骤2中,加热成型时,将注塑后的模具在70—80度下烘烤7—8小时进行定型,然后再100度下烘烤2小时成型。
步骤2中,加热定型后,对内饰件表面进行打磨修复、亮光处理。
步骤1中,树脂组合物各成分所占的重量份数为,树脂50-80,固化剂15-24,树脂采用低VOC树脂。
本发明具有的有益效果:
本发明先制备内饰件碳纤维表面的预成型体;然后将获得的预成型体放置于内饰件模具中,进行注塑,然后加热成型。本发明仅在内饰件的表面使用碳纤维材料,内饰件主体材料仍采用塑料,在保证汽车内饰件耐磨性、美观性,提升整车档次的前提下,大幅降低了树脂使用量,有效降低VOC含量,满足环保要求,且成本低。本发明将碳纤维制作工艺与传统塑料件的成型工艺相结合,沿用原塑料件模具,无需重新对单个内饰件进行结构设计和对整车的内饰安装结构进行重新集成,仅需在碳纤维表面采用低VOC树脂,进一步降低了制备成本。
本发明制备内饰件碳纤维表面的预成型体时,先在内饰件模具顶面涂覆脱模剂;然后再涂刷树脂组合物,所说树脂组合物由树脂和固化剂组成;再铺贴碳纤维织物;最后,将内饰件模具加热,获得预成型体;本发明充分利用了现有内饰件模具,有效降低成本。本发明将内饰件模具加热时,在一个负标准大气压下,温度为50—60度的烘箱中,1—2小时,能够获得更佳的内饰件碳纤维表面的预成型体制备效果。
本发明加热成型时,将注塑后的模具在70—80度下烘烤7—8小时进行定型,然后再100度下烘烤2小时成型,加热定型后,对内饰件表面进行打磨修复、亮光处理,能够获得更佳的内饰件制备效果。
本发明碳纤维表面的树脂组合物各成分所占的重量份数为,树脂50-80,固化剂15-24,树脂采用低VOC树脂,进一步保证了内饰件的环保效果。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本发明汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备内饰件碳纤维表面预成型体;
先在内饰件模具顶面涂覆脱模剂;然后再涂刷树脂组合物,所说树脂组合物由树脂和固化剂组成;再铺贴碳纤维织物;最后,将内饰件模具加热,获得预成型体。
所说树脂组合物各成分所占的重量份数为,树脂45—75,固化剂30—60,树脂采用低VOC树脂。本实施例中,树脂采用迈图公司的EPON135环氧树脂,固化剂采用迈图公司的EPON1366固化剂,树脂量份数为60,固化剂重量份数为18。
碳纤维编织物采用日本东丽T300碳纤维织物,碳纤维编织物按照模具顶面的形状剪裁,铺贴碳纤维织物时,用刷子或刮刀挤压碳纤维织物,重复1—2次。
内饰件模具加热时,在一个负标准大气压下,温度为50—60度的烘箱中,1—2小时。
步骤2:将步骤1获得的预成型体放置于内饰件模具中,进行注塑(注入ABS或PC塑料),然后加热成型。
加热成型时,将注塑后的模具在70—80度下烘烤7—8小时进行定型,然后再100度下烘烤2小时成型。加热定型后,还需对内饰件表面进行打磨修复、亮光处理。
如图1所示,加工后的内饰件由碳纤维表面预成型体101和内饰件主体102构成,其中内饰件主体102为塑料件。

1.一种汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤1:制备内饰件碳纤维表面预成型体;
步骤2:将步骤1获得的预成型体放置于内饰件模具中,进行注塑,然后加热成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,先在内饰件模具顶面涂覆脱模剂;然后再涂刷树脂组合物,所说树脂组合物由树脂和固化剂组成;再铺贴碳纤维织物;最后,将内饰件模具加热,获得预成型体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,将内饰件模具加热时,在一个负标准大气压下,温度为50-60度的烘箱中,1-2小时。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,铺贴碳纤维织物时,用刷子或刮刀挤压碳纤维织物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中,加热成型时,将注塑后的模具在70—80度下烘烤7—8小时进行定型,然后再100度下烘烤2小时成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中,加热定型后,对内饰件表面进行打磨修复、亮光处理。
7.根据权利要求2-6任何一项所述的汽车碳纤维装饰内饰件的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,树脂组合物各成分所占的重量份数为,树脂50-80,固化剂15-24,树脂采用低VOC树脂。
