背景技术

一种治疗闭经的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：女贞子17g，矮地茶17g，栀子7g，茺蔚子17g，玫瑰花12g，鳖甲13g，覆盆子12g，车前子17g，卷柏12g，山茱萸17g，穿山甲8g，柏子仁18g，仙茅12g，莪术13g，五灵脂12g，穿破石18g，木香7g，虎杖18g，鸡血藤12g，赤芍13g，大枣12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约7厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗闭经的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例女55例，年龄18～48岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、年逾18周岁女子，月经尚未初潮者，属原发性闭经；
2、女子已行经而又中断3个月以上者，属继发性闭经；
3、须与妊娠期、哺乳期、绝经期等生理性停经相鉴别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：月经来潮，连续3次以上正常行经；
2、有效：月经恢复来潮。但月经周期未正常；
3、无效：月经仍未来潮。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-12个疗程，治愈38例，有效13例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：李某，女，23岁。就诊时自述半年前乳房经常感觉胀痛，月经量少，周期时而提前时而延长，直至前两个月出现月经停闭。妇科B超检查，提示子宫缩小，给予雌激素、黄体酮等药物治疗后月经复来，但停药后又出现月经停闭。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，自觉胀痛感减轻，月经来潮，继续服用3个疗程，连续3个月周期正常行经，治愈。随访半年，一切正常。
病例2：王某，女，37岁。就诊时自述闭经已有两年，平日里总是面色发黄，头晕目眩，睡眠不佳，曾口服雌孕激素有月经来潮，停药后再次闭经。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，月经来潮，面色明显改善，食欲增加，睡眠质量显著提高；续服4个疗程后，月经连续正常5个月，至今未复发。

1.一种治疗闭经的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：女贞子10-30份，矮地茶10-20份，栀子5-15份，茺蔚子10-20份，玫瑰花10-20份，鳖甲5-15份，覆盆子10-20份，车前子10-20份，卷柏10-20份，山茱萸10-20份，穿山甲5-15份，柏子仁10-20份，仙茅10-20份，莪术5-15份，五灵脂10-20份，穿破石10-20份，木香5-15份，虎杖10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，赤芍5-15份，大枣10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗闭经的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：女贞子20份，矮地茶15份，栀子10份，茺蔚子15份，玫瑰花15份，鳖甲10份，覆盆子15份，车前子15份，卷柏15份，山茱萸15份，穿山甲10份，柏子仁15份，仙茅15份，莪术10份，五灵脂15份，穿破石15份，木香10份，虎杖15份，鸡血藤15份，赤芍10份，大枣15份，甘草10份。
