Abstract

过氧乙酸在芽菜生产中的应用,在芽菜生产过程中用重量比0.03%的过氧乙酸水溶液浸种1-24小时,用重量比0.05%的过氧乙酸水溶液催芽1-3天,其生长期用重量比0.1-0.2%的过氧乙酸水溶液每天处理1次,每次1-8小时,处理2-3天。经过处理,可大大降低芽菜生产中污染报废率,从而生产成本大幅度降低。

Description

过氧乙酸在芽菜生产中的应用
本发明属于植物无土栽培技术领域,特别涉及过氧乙酸在芽菜生产中的应用。
利用无土栽培法生产芽菜是指利用无机营养液直接向芽菜提供生产发育所必需的营养元素,代替由土壤和有机质向植物提供营养的栽培方式,这种栽培方式克服了土地、气候的制约,改善了劳动条件,有利于实现机械化、自动化生产,省水、省肥,并能改善作物品质,提高产量,特别是能进行无毒、无公害、绿色食品的生产。但是它存在严重的缺陷,一是易污染,引起病毒传染甚至演变成毁灭性灾害。二是因缺氧易引起根腐。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能降低芽菜生产中污染率的方法。
为达上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:过氧乙酸在芽菜生产中的应用,用重量比0.03%的过氧乙酸水溶液浸种1-24小时,用重量比0.05%的过氧乙酸水溶液催芽1-3天,在其生长期用重量比0.1-0.2%的过氧乙酸水溶液每天处理1次,每次1-8小时,处理2-3天。
本发明中采用的过氧乙酸有如下特征:(1)杀菌、抑菌能力强。经实验,同样条件、同样浓度下,过氧乙酸比山梨酸钾、邻苯基苯酚钠、丙酸钙等杀菌、抑菌能力强。过氧乙酸是一种强氧化剂,其杀菌机理主要靠氧化作用及过氧化氢、醋酸的协同作用。1kg过氧乙酸的杀菌作用相当于10kg来苏尔、17kg石炭酸、28kg酒精。对细菌性病害、真菌性病害、病毒病害及竞争性杂菌均有较强的杀灭作用。因此可大大降低污染报废率。(2)无公害,过氧乙酸分解产物是醋酸、水和氧气,长期使用不会造成残留和环境污染,可以进行无公害、绿色食品生产。(3)多用途,过氧乙酸主要有三方面功能,一是杀菌、抑菌,二是作为理想的酸剂调节培养液PH值,三是提供活性态氧。(4)使用方便,过氧乙酸极易溶于水,可与水任意比例混溶。(5)低成本。
根据豌豆芽和赤豆芽生产实践,经过氧乙酸水溶液处理的盘污染报废率最大不到6%,而未经处理者盘污染报废率高达30%,生产成本大大降低,且经过处理的芽菜长势整齐一致,提高了品质。
下面通过实施例进一步对本发明作以说明。
实施例1,过氧乙酸在豌豆芽生产中的应用:
用0.03%(重量比,下同)过氧乙酸水溶液浸种24小时,再用0.05%的过氧乙酸水溶液催芽三天,然后用0.1%的过氧乙酸水溶液每天处理1次,每次8小时,连续处理3天。
实施例2,过氧乙酸在赤豆芽生产中的应用:
用0.03%(重量比,下同)过氧乙酸水溶液浸种24小时,再用0.05%的过氧乙酸水溶液催芽三天,然后用0.2%的过氧乙酸水溶液处理3天,每天处理1次,每次8小时。

1、过氧乙酸在芽菜生产中的应用,其特征在于,用重量比0.03%的过氧乙酸水溶液浸种1-24小时,用重量比0.05%的过氧乙酸水溶液催芽1-3天,在其生长期用重量比0.1-0.2%的过氧乙酸水溶液每天处理1次,每次1-8小时,处理2-3天。
