本发明公开了一种一体化触摸装置的制作方法,按下述步骤进行:在液晶屏上玻璃基板上溅镀金属网格层,涂布光刻胶,对光刻胶进行曝光显影,蚀刻金属网格层,去除光刻胶,形成金属网格形的感测图案层,引出第一感测电极,然后涂布OC绝缘层,在OC绝缘层上溅镀金属网格层,涂布光刻胶,对光刻胶进行曝光显影,蚀刻金属网格层,去除光刻胶,形成金属网格形的感测图案层,引出第二感测电极。本发明在液晶屏上玻璃基板表面和OC表面溅镀金属网格层,替代传统的ITO层,无需透明导电层,减少了生产工序,减低了材料成本和人工成本。

一体化触摸装置的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电子元器件领域中的触摸装置制作方法,具体是一种一体化触摸装置的制作方法。
背景技术
随着电子产品的更新速度越来越快,对触摸显示的要求也越来越高,传统的触摸显示工艺已无法满足电子产品朝轻薄化发展的要求。而on-cell技术是指将触摸面板功能嵌入到彩色滤光片基板和上偏光片之间的做法,原有技术是把触摸面板和液晶屏单独的粘贴在一块,厚度都达不到要求,而且一些传统的on-cell实现触摸功能还主要依赖于ITO来实现,成本又比较高。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术存在的上述问题,而提供一种一体化触摸装置的制作方法,其在液晶上玻璃基板溅镀金属网格层和在OC绝缘上溅镀金属网格层,替代传统的ITO层,可以减少工艺工序,实现产品轻薄化,降低产品成本。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种一体化触摸装置的制作方法,按下述步骤进行:
(1)在整张液晶屏上玻璃基板表面真空溅镀铜金属层,低温真空溅镀:0.01~0.5pa,温度:0~90℃,金属铜层厚度15~20un;
(2)涂布光刻胶,将要蚀刻的金属铜层覆盖,光刻胶厚度:2±0.5um,均匀性3%以内,烘烤温度80~90℃;
(3)对光刻胶进行曝光,在光刻胶光刻网格电极图案,紫外光波长:300nm;光通量:80~150mj;
(4)对光刻胶显影并硬化,采用NaOH,浓度0.05~0.1MOL/L,温度18~36℃,时间40~100秒,蚀刻金属层形成金属网格层图案层,引出第一感测电极;蚀刻用材料:HCL60%~75%+H2O 30%~35%,温度40~45摄氏度;
(5)滚涂一层OC绝缘层,然后在OC绝缘层上面按照步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所述方法形成金属网格图案层,引出第二感测电极;即为on-cell触摸屏。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
本发明在液晶屏上玻璃基板表面和OC表面分别溅镀金属网格层,与传统的制程需要在上玻璃基底上形成网状性的金属网格,形成透明导电层,以及将金属网格和透明导电层网格化图案,形成感测层相比,替代了传统的ITO层,无需透明导电层,减少了生产工序,减低了材料成本和人工成本。本发明这种on-cell触摸屏既可以实现产品的轻薄化,又可以在成本和工艺上有很大的优势。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
on-cell触摸屏的FPC通过热压的方法粘贴在金属网格层的引线端子处,FPC的热压一层紧贴液晶屏上玻璃基板。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图给出的实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但实施例不对本发明构成任何限制。
参见图1,本发明这种一体化触摸装置,是由液晶显示屏101、金属网格层102和105、FPC103、OC绝缘层104形成的层叠结构构成,其具体制作步骤如下:
(1)在液晶显示屏101的整张上玻璃基板表面真空溅镀铜金属层,低温真空溅镀条件:0.01~0.5pa,温度0~90℃,铜金属层厚度15~20un;
(2)涂布光刻胶,将要蚀刻的铜金属层覆盖,光刻胶厚度:1600~2500um,均匀性3%以内,烘烤温度80~90℃;
(3)对光刻胶进行曝光,在光刻胶光刻网格电极图案,紫外光波长:300nm;光通量:80~150mj;
(4)对光刻胶显影并硬化,采用NaOH,浓度0.05~0.1MOL/L,温度18~36℃,时间40~100秒,蚀刻金属层形成金属网格层102的感测图案层,引出第一感测电极;蚀刻用材料:HCL60%~75%+H2O 30%~35%,温度40~45摄氏度;
(5)滚涂OC绝缘层104,然后在OC绝缘层104上面按照步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所述方法形成金属网格层105的感测图案层,引出第二感测电极;
(6)通过热压方法使FPC103粘贴在金属网格层102和105的引线端子处,金属网格层102的FPC103热压层紧贴液晶显示屏101的上玻璃基板;
通过上述步骤即制成图1所示的on-cell触摸屏。

Claims (1)

1.一种一体化触摸装置的制作方法,其特征在于,按下述步骤进行:
(1)在整张液晶屏上玻璃基板表面真空溅镀铜金属层,低温真空溅镀:0.01~0.5pa,温度:0~90℃,金属铜层厚度15~20um ;
(2)涂布光刻胶,将要蚀刻的金属铜层覆盖,光刻胶厚度:2±0.5um,均匀性3%以内,烘烤温度80~90℃;
(3)对光刻胶进行曝光,在光刻胶光刻网格电极图案,紫外光波长:300nm;光通量:80~150mj;
(4)对光刻胶显影并硬化,采用NaOH,浓度0.05~0.1MOL/L,温度18~36℃,时间40~100秒,蚀刻金属层形成金属网格层图案层,引出第一感测电极;蚀刻用材料:HCL60%~75%+H2O 30%~35%,温度40~45摄氏度;
(5)滚涂一层OC绝缘层,然后在OC绝缘层上面按照步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所述方法形成金属网格图案层,引出第二感测电极;即为on-cell触摸屏;on-cell触摸屏的FPC通过热压的方法粘贴在金属网格层的引线端子处,FPC的热压一层紧贴液晶屏上玻璃基板。
