Description

本发明涉及具有高尼古丁含量的香烟组合物。
过多吸烟目前被认为是世界健康重要问题之一。因此,众多吸烟者可以做的最有利的事情是减少或者最好是甚至完全戒烟。然而,经验表明,大多数吸烟者发现这是极为困难的。一般认为这种困难是因为众多吸烟者依赖被认为是烟草烟气中危险因素之一的尼古丁所引起的。然而,最重要的危险因素是烟草燃烧时所形成的物质,例如一氧化碳,焦油产物、醛类和氢氰酸。然而,当试图通过改进卷烟或使用不同过滤咀来减少烟中焦油和其它有害物质时,似乎尼古丁的量也减少。对吸烟者来说,一般不希望减少尼古丁的量,因为他会以更剧烈的抽烟和更深地抽吸烟来补偿低的尼古丁量。因而,最终往往使吸者吸入同等数量的有害组分,尽管卷烟“较干净”。因此,如果尼古丁可以合适的形式掺入烟草制品中,并且如果这种尼古丁由于加热而从发热体中释放出来并混入烟颗粒中,这就有可能抑制吸烟者对增加吸入量的愿望。结果是不改变尼古丁的数量,同时减少有害物质的数量。
本发明涉及香烟组合物,其中,尼古丁是以一种由环状化合物和尼古丁所形成的包合配合物的形式掺入香烟材料(如普通烟草、无尼古丁草本植物或低焦油烟草)中。环状化合物最好是α-,β-或γ-环糊精之类的多糖类。
环糊精以前就已用于烟草产品。例如,从美国专利3,047,431中已知将包合配合物形式的调味材料掺入烟草料中。环糊精还被建议作为卷烟过滤咀的添加剂用于吸收尼古丁和焦油(DE2527234和JP  51032799)。
环糊精包合配合物可以用熟悉本技术领域的人们所周知的方法制得。最普通的方法包括搅拌或振动带有尼古丁的特殊的环糊精水溶液。反应最好是在普通的溶剂如水中进行。
按照本发明,包合配合物可以和烟草或无尼古丁香烟材料混合。另一种方法是将包合配合物按任选规定的体积以插入形式放置而与过滤咀相接。还可以是沿着卷烟纸内壁延伸并与之分离的细管形式或作为卷烟纸内壁上的一层而使之具有包合配合物。
通过以下实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
制备β-CD和尼古丁的包合配合物(β-CD-N)
将100g水加热至75℃。添加28gβ-CD并搅拌该溶液使之溶解。再添加3.5ml尼古丁。混合物在室温下搅拌大约4小时。将所得之混合物过滤,并在35℃的干燥炉中干燥。
实施例2
给惯用的烟斗装上从Honeyrose  de  Luxe  Herbal  Cigarattes获得的草本植物材料。该材料根据卷烟包装资料确保无尼古丁,并用于本试验,以便观察包合配合物中的尼古丁是否实际被释放。如果使用普通的烟草,则会很难估计由包合配合物释放的尼古丁量。往该草本植物材料中填加60mg尼古丁-β-环糊精(等于60×0.115=6.9mg尼古丁),并将另加的无尼古丁草本物料装在该配合物上。每个试验中使用约0.35g草本物料。在对照试验中没添加包合配合物。
点燃烟斗并使用一个注射器抽入空气使其通过草本植物料。包括包合配合物在内的全部数量的草本物料通过使用注射器而燃成50ml的烟气。抽15-18次之后,物料完全用尽。
将烟气通过10ml的0.05MHSO水溶液,将尼古丁捕集在其中。对溶液进行尼古丁的分析并获得如下结果:

试验1和2表明尼古丁由包合配合物释放出,并且当烟粒形成时实际上是粘附在烟粒上。如果不是这种情况,则吸烟者一点也得不到尼古丁,而是冷凝并吸附在整个烟斗管里。
试验3和4中发现少量的尼古丁。这些尼古丁很可能是前面含尼古丁的试验进行时产生并残留在装置中的。

Claims (5)

1、香烟组合物,它包括一种包合配合物形式的尼古丁和香烟材料,所述包合配合物是由环状化合物和尼古丁形成的,该组合物在升温时即释放出尼古丁。
2、根据权利要求1的组合物,其中的环状化合物是环化多糖类,最好是环糊精。
3、根据权利要求2的组合物,其中的环糊精是β-环糊精。
4、根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的组合物,其中的香烟材料是低焦油烟草。
5、一种使香烟材料含有尼古丁的方法,该方法包括由环糊精化合物和尼古丁形成一种包合配合物,然后,将所述香烟材料和所述包合配合物混合在一起从而使尼古丁稳定在所述香烟材料之中直到该物料经受升温。
