本发明是这样实现的,一种多元复合钢管,包括钢管母体,其特征是:钢管母体内依次设有刚玉陶瓷层、粘接层、高分子聚合聚氨酯层。
所述刚玉陶瓷层为由氧化铁红、铝粉、石英砂经自蔓延高温反应离心形成的过渡层和陶瓷层。
所述粘接层由开姆洛克胶粘剂、稀释剂甲苯及异丙醇混合灌涂风干形成,姆洛克胶粘剂、稀释剂甲苯及异丙醇按照1:1:1的比例混合。
所述高分子聚合聚氨酯层包括高分子聚合层、聚氨酯层;所述高分子聚合层由改性聚乙烯、环氧树脂和改性剂经自蔓延加温离心形成;所述聚氨酯层由聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸脂、固化剂3,3-二氯-4,4-二氨基二苯基甲烷、亚甲基双邻氯苯胺混合加温经高速离心浇注形成。
本发明结构合理简单、生产制造容易、使用方便,通过本发明,针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种能提高钢管质量,克服陶瓷等复合管的缺陷。多元复合管的技术方案是:包括钢管母体,内依次设有刚玉陶瓷层、粘接层、高分子聚合聚氨酯层。本发明是在钢管内通过自蔓延加温在离心力的作用下形成的一种多元复合管。
多元复合管具有优异的耐磨、耐酸、耐碱、防积垢、耐低温、耐辐射、耐水解老化、高弹性、抗冲击、重量轻等综和性能,能广泛应用于电力、冶金、煤炭、石油、化工、机械等行业中。

下面结合附图以及附图说明对本发明做进一步的说明。
本多元复合管包括经喷砂除锈的钢管母体1、刚玉陶瓷层2、粘接层3和高分子聚合聚氨酯层4,钢管母体1、刚玉陶瓷层2、粘接层3和高分子聚合聚氨酯层4分别由外向内设置,母体钢管1经喷砂除锈,粘接层2由开姆洛克胶粘剂和稀释剂甲苯及异丙醇混合灌涂风干。
高分子聚合聚氨酯层包括高分子聚合层、聚氨酯层,其中,高分子聚合层由改性聚乙烯、环氧树脂和改性剂经自蔓延加温离心形成;聚氨酯层由聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸脂、固化剂3,3-二氯-4,4-二氨基二苯基甲烷、亚甲基双邻氯苯胺混合加温经高速离心浇注形成。具体的,聚氨酯层中,聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸脂按照3:1的比例混合加温,再配合聚氨酯层的总量13%的固化剂3,3-二氯-4,4-二氨基二苯基甲烷、亚甲基双邻氯苯胺经离心加温浇注形成。
本发明制得的复合管具有良好的综合性能,根据实验结果,各项数据如下:
